This is a public announcement. It has come to our attention that people are once again forgetting the setting of the board. Please be reminded that Evergreen is not your average cities. It barely has crime, and therefore little to no drug culture or alternative life styles. It is a heteronormative, family values, conservative town. It’s not going to draw people who rejoice in tattoo culture or want to live the alternative life. The place is set up to be almost stepford like. It’s supposed to be for those who want to go back to a simpler time like 1950’s America. Lately there are characters that are making the board pull away from this setting and it’s our job as admins to keep to the vision that this board was set up with.

PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CREATING CHARACTERS. IF WE FEEL THAT YOUR CHARACTER WILL NOT FIT THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE TOWN WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT APPROVE THEM.

Hello members,

We have had a situation come up and it needed to be addressed. There is now a new rule under the matching section (section 6) and it is also stated in the FAQ. Please review the rules. You'll find that the new rule is completely bolded.

ATTENTION MEMBERS:

There has been a rule change in the graphics section (7c&d). We are now no longer allowing animated gifs for signatures or avatars. It has come to our attention that several members find them distracting when posting and some others (like Sayds) have migraines triggered by them.

You can post animated gifs in threads or plotpages etc., they are just now no longer an appropriate avatar or signature. If you do have an animated gif currently, you have a week to change it.
