February 18th, 2012 @ 6:45 pm. Naya had all but two hours left before her shift at Shatter's Cafe ended, honestly she couldn't wait because working doubles back to back was exhausting. Even though she really didn't have to work because she had the support money from her parents, that her grandmother had set aside for her for when she decided to move out on her own. Unfortunately the woman passed before she was able to do so, still eventually that money would get depleted so Naya worked to keep the extra on hand in case she needed to use it. Besides pretty soon, she and Luke would be getting married, and they would have a place to call their own. Well, Luke had already acquired the house from his first marriage to a woman that left him, and the second one just lived there and made no effort to make it work between them. Now it would be their home. Still, Naya tried to make sense as to why those women left him the way they did, with no attempt to make things work because he had flaws and was broken. It was clear they had no idea what they were missing. Underneath all of those flaws and broken pieces of his life was a man struggling to make it out, all he wanted was for an extended hand to show him the way and to be loved for who he was no matter what. Naya wanted to be there to help him, to extend her hand out for him to grab a hold of if he felt like he was going to slip. She would pull him through the hardest of times and would love him through it all. The one thing that Naya had on those other women was the fact that she knew how to treat a person right, she had been through it before with her ex girlfriend even though she was the one that decided to call it off. As she cleaned off a few of her co-workers tables for her while she was waiting on customers, Naya glanced up at the door to see a few more customers walk through the door and sighed softly because she knew it would probably be a little longer before she got out of there. Hearing the boss call out her name, Naya was already heading towards the station to put the rag and cleaner back underneath, grabbed the dry towel to dry her hands and made her way over to take the family of four's drink order. Once ordered, she wandered off towards the station to get their beverages poured and returned with them on a tray. Delivering each glass to the appropriate person, Naya flipped the tray under her arm and went to the next table to get the other family's order. Again repeating the process, heading back over to get their drinks and returned to distribute them. Off to the next table to take the gentleman's order, Naya blew a strand of hair from her face and smiled brightly "Welcome to Shatter's.. My name is Naya.. Can I get you a drink to start you off?" she asked. Taking a double look, she noticed that the man she was serving was her fiancé "Hey..... When did you sneak in here?" she asked teasingly.

Luke had been a busy boy in the past three weeks, planning a vacation to St. Lucia's with the money he had saved, and the cash he had won from a contest, earned from ironically smoking cigarettes. Despite the various health issues that arose from smoking, it did lead to him winning enough money to afford a vacation away from the shitty weather of Evergreen. It had been hot one week, snowing the other and everyone it towned seemed to be getting sick because of the lack of patterns of it all. People rushing into Mack's for cold medication, looking for a cheap and quick fix.
Luke needed to get out of this weather, enjoy the warm weather for a few days. he had already given Dorothy and work the head's up, using his vacation time to double as a couple's getaway. He wanted to get to know Naya better, to be able to feel like he could know her really well and to do that, Luke needed to stop being such a dick and actually show his romantic side again. He used to have it, by the girls flowers, write them little notes in their lockers, a picnic by the lake once but he had ignored that side for quite some time.
He had promised himself that he was going to try him damnedest to make things work, he couldn't just get by life on the bare minimum, and he certainly couldn't bitch and complain when he was alone if he wasn't putting any real effort into things. It took three weeks of planning, but he was going to give this girl the time of her life, he was ready for it. The hotel was booked, the plane tickets were paid for and he had taken it upon himself to pack his luggage already. He wanted everything to be a perfect, all he needed was for his fiancee to get off work.
Shatter's Cafe was busy, he figured it was a Saturday night rush or something. His hands in the pockets of his coat, he walked in, asking for a table that was being served by Naya. He waited patiently for her to make her rounds, scanning lazily over the menu, she had two hours left and their plane was scheduled to fly out at around midnight, giving her enough time to quickly pack her luggage. ”Hey beautiful, what time do you get off?” He said, smirking.
”I have a surprise for you, for us. I figured I'd wait here until they let you go.” They had seen each other in between their first meeting, he invited her over to his place, started making room for her to move in, a few boxes in place. And if all worked out, she'd be coming back and moving in as soon as that plan landed into the Indianapolis airport. A smile on his face, ”I'm sure your boss won't mind if I just watch you as you make your rounds, I'll even pay.”

Naya had been so exhausted from working long hours like she had been, mostly trying to put away some extra money, kind of like a nest egg for both her and Luke to draw from in case they needed to. They had talked about it while she had spent the last week over at his home, which would soon become their home, moving some of her belongings there. Most of the furniture she had bought for the apartment was going to stay, there was really no reason for them to bring it when there was already furniture there at the house. Naya still had a few things left to pack before she was officially moved in. The last thing she expected was to find Luke sitting at the table she walked up to, causing her to do a double take to make sure she wasn't dreaming. The shock had been so great that she stood there looking like a deer caught in headlights.
Once her mind had processed the fact that yes, it was Luke sitting there did she smile and inquired when he had gotten there. Naya's smile widened when he called her beautiful, but then it turned upside down at his inquiry. "Not for another two hours." The desire of her shift ending sooner was fueled now that he was there, all she wanted to do was go home with him and relax. "Maybe I can get off earlier since I worked doubles the last couple of days." she replied. Taking a seat in the chair across from her, Naya glanced over at her boss who was busy chatting up one of the other waitresses, to make sure she wasn't looking at her. Sitting down on the job if you weren't on break was frowned upon there, maybe the woman wouldn't notice long enough for them to chat a bit.
Luke's mention of a surprise for the both of them had Naya tilting her head in curiosity. "A surprise huh? What sort of surprise are we talking about?" she inquired. She couldn't complain, she liked surprises but this had her wondering a lot. What on earth did he have in store for the two of them? Different thoughts invaded her mind, trying to piece together what it could possibly be. "You're going to wait here for two hours while I'm working, I might get nervous and drop something." Naya laughed. Glancing back over at her boss when Luke mentioned her, the look and shaking of the finger at her told Naya that either she was in trouble or two, she needed to get up and work. "I don't think she'd mind as long as you don't distract me too much." she said raising her eyebrow at him teasingly.
Well, she wasn't really teasing. He was a complete distraction already, just not in a bad way. Naya was still able to work but her mind would certainly be elsewhere. Hearing her name being called out again, she looked at Luke and sighed "I'll be right back..." she told him. Making her way over to the elder woman, Naya cringed thinking about how she might get yelled at for sitting on the job, instead when she got there, her boss had decided to let her go home earlier than she would have. So instead of two hours, she'd be getting off in thirty minutes. The woman noticed the amount of hours she had put in over the course of the time she had been there, otherwise why else would Naya get off earlier than the time she promised to work? Either way, she wasn't going to complain.
Heading back over to Luke with a great big smile on her face, "Well, you got lucky. I get off in thirty minutes. I guess my efforts had paid off from working the extra hours that I did. So, in the meantime, is there anything I can get you to eat or drink?" she inquired pulling her tablet out.

Interesting situation Luke was in, because in such a short time for their engagement, he was actually taking things seriously. In a sense he was going back to his roots, and going back to being the romantic guy that try his best to woo his girlfriend. He'd been a nice guy for a loser, he just let his spiteful attitude get the best of him, made him hard and allowed him to ignore the counselors who pleaded with him to stay in school, to just graduate. He was only a few credits from getting his diploma but he didn't need them. He figured he'd been doing fine without any of that, didn't need it now.
Naya was a special girl, she wasn't superficial and she wasn't dainty, he didn't have to worry about offending or scaring her away because she seemed wild, crazy and just the spirit to match his own. He needed to settle down with someone that could drive him crazy, could make him stay and not run and maybe he needed someone who would just get up and run with him, drop the world and run to somewhere new, somewhere better and more interesting than this.
Watching her was something of a privilege, he wasn't going to deny that fact that he was a man in all retrospect. She was an attractive woman, and he'd thought about being with her on a more than honorable level. He figured it was okay now, especially when they were to wed in some amount of time. He was aware of how forceful the Vow could be about deadlines but there was just something about chapel weddings that just turned him off. Maybe it was the fact that he'd been there twice already and both times did nothing but fail.
This was going to be different, him and Naya were going to have a fresh start and he was damn sure he was going to make this trip a surprise for her. He was determined to show this girl that he was worth the time, rose petals on the bed, champagne by the beach, all the romantic shit that girls liked. He wanted to be the best for her, he wanted this to be the last girl he married because honestly, he was getting kind of tired of starting like someone and then having it all go to hell afterwards.
So he waited, ordered his drinks and a order of fries to pass the time. The quick glances to his cell phone helped him keep track of time. A mental checklist of all the things he needed to have on him. He was ready, he just needed to be extra ready just in case anything happened.
Finally.
He watched her retreat in the back, probably clocking out and with a smirk on his face he greeted his fiancee, ”Let's get out of here. You have some packing to do.” He was more than ready to just leave this town for a little bit, sometimes it just seemed like this town was too much in long periods, maybe it was because he'd been here all his life.

Luke had already made a huge impression on Naya. There wasn't anything else he could do to surpass that was there? She didn't know but by the way he showed up all anxious for her to get off work, there must have been something he was up to. What that was exactly, she wasn't sure though she had a pretty good idea that it was going to be a nice surprise. Even if he didn't want to tell her what it was. As she sat with him for the few moments that she did, the time seemed to slip by quicker now that he was there. Naya sent in his order and brought it to him after it prepared, then had to rush off to tend to her other customers. Every now and then she would glance over at Luke to give him a smile, and a couple of those times she almost dropped her tray and ran into someone.
Talk about embarrassing moments, at least it was something to put away into memory to save for a later time. Her mind refocused on the 'surprise' that Luke had mentioned, making her wonder what they were going to be doing. Just the thought was driving her crazy, she wanted to know so bad that it was eating at her. Naya kicked it into high gear trying to get done quicker so that she could just be done with her shift and have the rest of her night with Luke. All Naya really wanted to do, after putting in all these long hours for them to have some sort of nest to dip into when they needed to, was to spend time with him. Okay so they had spent some time together when she had moved in her things, but most of that time was taken up by putting it all away.
Naya wanted some real time with Luke, the kind of time where they could cuddle up on the couch or soak in the tub, something relaxing where work wasn't required unless they decided to spend 'their first time together' before they were married. The thought had Naya thinking about that, they never talked about them being together on a more personal level. Well, she'd like for it to come naturally whether they were intimate before or even after they were married. There were several times during her moving in that she wanted to give herself to him, Naya sighed softly thinking about it as she looked over at him once again for a brief moment before glancing at the time to see that her shift was done. The woman smiled happily and made her way to the back to grab her things and clocked out, and as she made her way back out to Luke who greeted her.
Naya glanced up at him when he mentioned packing, she looked at him even more curious now. As they headed out of Shatter's Cafe, she stopped and stood in front of him. "Okay sneaky, if I need to pack, I need to know what to bring. Unless you plan on telling me where we're going, then I can figure out what to bring." she asked gently tugging at his jacket before giving him a pouty lip. "Well, before we go anywhere. I'm going to grab a quick shower." she stated wrapping her arm around him as they walked to the vehicle.

For the first time Luke had the opportunity to do something right in his life, he had the opportunity to possibly have that weak in the knees, can't stop thinking about them romance that everyone was looking for, and with Naya he was pretty sure he had found it.
He wanted that sort of romance, he wanted to fall so in love with someone that he feared losing them, that he actually wanted to change, not only for them but for him too. He'd gotten it wrong in the past, changed for the girls and didn't realize that it wasn't supposed to be like that, he was supposed to change but not because they told him to or wanted him to be different, he wanted to be the one to want to change, being told to didn't exactly make anyone want to do anything at all for that matter.
Naya was different, he couldn't explain it but honestly in comparison the other girls, with the exception of Dottie and all the history that came with them, she made him the happiest he'd ever be. He wanted to be happy, it sucked being the same miserable fuck that he had to tolerate everyday, waking up in the morning, hungover from the night before, cigarette in his mouth, he was a walking talking zombie lately, and he really needed to get out of this rut before he just killed himself, he didn't handle pressure well and there was nowhere to run this time.
”Mhm, well I guess in that case I'd pack for weather warmer than this town.” He was sure that would give much away, but as she insisted on a shower, he smirked, ”As soon as we get home, the clock will start ticking, if you ain't ready we are leaving even if you are naked.” That'd be a sight to see, he'd be lying if he hadn't thought about being in between those long legs of hers, playing with her hair, but the time would come. He wasn't going to rush things with this one just for the sake of easing his need for sex.
A smirk on his face the whole drive home, a boy with a secret that he knew his fiancee wanted to know. The drive was unbearable, the waiting for her to gather her shit was just the same. He wanted nothing more than to tell her to hurry her ass up so they could but that would be a little rude on his part. He kept glancing at his phone to check the time, luckily they had about an hour and a half playtime if things were prolonged but he wouldn't rely on them. Finally, he saw her zip up her last bag, stepping forward to start lifting, he kissed her on the lips.”Okay, the cab's here. I hope you aren't afraid of planes.”

They were leaving Evergreen? Well, anywhere that was warm beat the cold because Naya wasn't much on freezing weather, even if it did have it's perks. Still, the fact that Luke was doing a good job of keeping where they would be going a secret, no matter how slick she tried to be by doing everything she could to get it out of him. He was tougher than he appeared, it was fun trying to guess. So where they were going had a warm climate, that gave Naya enough information to figure out what to bring with her at least. She had a few ideas come to mind about what she'd bring, the basics really.. Tee shirts, shorts, skirts, something nice to wear in case they go out, bathing suit if they were staying at a hotel with a pool. Oh she had plenty more ideas other than just those few things, but first was that shower she desperately needed. Especially having to go through the kitchen and having grease pop on her.
When Luke commented about they were leaving whether she was clothed or not, she looked over at him with her mouth dropped slightly "Ohh, you wouldn't.." she said teasingly "I swear I'll be quick. Besides, I'm not like other girls. I can get in and clean, then out in ten minutes." she stated sticking her tongue out at him. The only time Naya took longer than what she usually was, was mainly when she had a lot of stress on her, then she enjoyed taking at least thirty minutes to relax. However she wasn't able to do that this evening, not that she was complaining, because she wasn't at all. She was actually excited to find out where they were going. As soon as they arrived to their home, Naya got out of the car and raced to the door to unlock it, then made a mad dash to the bedroom to pull her suitcase out and set it on the bed to get packing. First, she was taking that shower so that she had the extra time to pack up what she wanted to take with her.
While in the shower, Naya thought back to what her friend Bailey whom she was suppose to babysit for sometime at the end of the month. She and Nate were going somewhere, so she offered herself up to watch the children for them. Naya had always wanted to be a mother and after finding out that Luke had a daughter from a prior relationship that never truly developed into something more, she was more than happy to take on the step-mother role to baby Alice. The only that that Naya had hoped was that she would be a good mother like Dottie was to the child. Even if she had no idea as to why the mother had left like she did, at least Alice would be well taken care of that's for sure. Who knows, maybe later in the future Luke wouldn't mind having another child, but for now that would have to stay the way it was, a possibility in the future. Ten minutes passed and she was out of the shower drying off.
Naya had gotten dressed and was back in the bedroom packing up exactly what she had listed in her thoughts earlier. Naya had also grabbed the new lingerie she bought just a few days prior, even had the thought in mind to model it off to Luke to see what he thought. When the last few items were in her suitcase and zipped up, Naya pulled it off the bed tugging it behind her as she headed out to meet up with him. Returning the kiss, she nodded when he mentioned that the cab was there. Though she didn't expect his next comment that he hoped she wasn't afraid of planes, she raised her eyebrow in even more curiosity. "Nope not afraid at all." she said giving him a sweet smile. Naya wasn't worried about flying, in fact she liked it because the scenery below was absolutely gorgeous. During the ride, Naya snuggled up to Luke still curious as to where they were going, but decided that she'd find out when the time was right.

The bags were packed, he was ready, she was ready and there was nothing stopping them from their going on their spur of the moment romantic getaway, nothing stopping him from leading her into that ceremony without her prior knowledge, he was ready. He wanted something new, he wanted something big and he wanted her, it just seemed right. He could feel it and he didn't want to ruin something good for once, that was all he could think about, the fact that he had something good and pure and there was nothing stopping him from having it, no drama, no lies just himself.
At the mention of her nothing being afraid of planes, he chuckled. Reaching into the pocket of his jeans, he pulled out his cellphone to make sure the taxi was on time. It would be stupid for him to drive, and then park his car for a week, the cost would probably out rival the overall trip to the island. He coyly led her outside their home, carrying the last of their bags out the door and into the taxi's trunk, after the last bag was placed, he let the door close with a gentle but efficient slam.
The drive was under forty-five minutes, something he was grateful for, and as he moved their luggage into the check in, he made glances at his fiancee and a playful smirk emerged on his lips at the thought of her sitting there unsuspecting while he knew the whole plan, like a sly cat who knew exactly where the mouse was hiding. She was his little captive until they got to the hotel, unsuspecting little mouse. As soon as the boarded the plane, he made sure to snatch any evidence of where they were going, boarding passes, tickets everything.
He wasn't going to give up the information THAT easily, especially after everything he went through to plan such an event. It just wasn't every day that Luke had romantic genius, these things took time, took the right girl and the right mind set. Sure any loser could give a girl flowers but it took a special kind to plan a surprise wedding and honeymoon all in one shot. If he wasn't getting laid for this, he might as well be castrated because he was pretty sure this was deserving of all the brownie points in the world for this whole trip.
The plane ride was smooth, the banter back and forth with Luke not giving up any idea whatsoever as to where they were landing, he was too excited about this to ruin it for her. It was terrible because he was so used to just spilling the news on something and having to wait to tell her the surprise was killing him more than anything. It would have been a relief to been able to just shout it at her, but he'd have to compose himself and hold it together, they were only an hour or so away now.
Finally, after what seemed like forever on that damn plane, all he needed was a good cigarette and he'd be fine. It took about a good forty-five minutes before they were back on the charter bus on the way to their hotel, that was where the blindfold came in handy. As soon as they landed, he placed the black fabric over her eyes, shielding her senses and preventing her from seeing where she landed. They were so close, and he was so ready to just land on their bed in their suite and sleep the night away, of course if sleep was on the agenda.
Their hotel room was waiting them, all clean and fresh and as Luke led her and their cart of luggage into the room, he looked around. It was better than the picture showed him, he just hoped she was impressed because Luke was usually impressed with a lot of things, he just didn't show it half the time. ”Ready to see where you are?” He asked, moving behind her and whispering into her ear, his hands went to the loose knot he made behind her head and tugged it free, allowing her to see the room fully. ”Welcome to St. Lucia's, Naya.”

Still with no knowledge of what was going on, where Luke was planning to take them or what exactly they would be doing when they get there, Naya was excited to find out because for months now, the thought of actually going on a vacation had been a distant dream. Even with the money her grandmother saved for her over the years along with what she made at Shatters, it was impossible. Especially since she was trying to save for everything else. But Luke, he made it all possible and for that she was grateful. During the whole escapade of putting their luggage in the trunk, then getting into the taxi to be transported to the airport, the time they spent sitting the back seat on the ride up there, she thought about where he was taking her.
The only thing that Naya did know was that where they were going was warm, so it made her think about Hawaii. It was a warm place and very nice, but there was no way that they could afford that. Arriving at the airport and made a dash to the gate, it was quite obvious he was trying to keep it all a secret, he didn't give the ticket to her or the boarding pass that she'd need to get on. Seeing his smirk, Naya shook her head and laughed because there was no point in nagging him about it. He was serious about him wanting it to be a surprise. As they got on the plane and took off, she stared out of the window outside watching as the stars started to peek out of the sky.
Though Naya couldn't help but ask him a couple more times where they were going, but he just wasn't giving into her pleadings. So as much as it was eating away at her inside, she took the hint and quit asking him. Eventually she'd find out when they got there. Naya just needed to find a way to relax and enjoy herself in the meantime, besides, she didn't want to bug him anymore about it because even she knew it could get annoying and eventually could upset him and that was the last thing she wanted to do. Something she didn't want to do period. When the plane landed and both got off, they got their bags and went onto a bus to get to were they were going. Before she could even get a chance to even look around, Luke had blindfolded her which was unfair but sexy as hell.
As tempted as she was not to peek, Naya promised Luke that she wouldn't until they got to their destination. Besides, this was the best surprise ever for not knowing where she was. Yet anyway. Feeling Luke stop and could hear the waves crashing against the shore, and could smell the salt in the water, Naya was even more curious now than she was before they even got there. "I am more than ready," she replied excitedly. As the blindfold came off and everything was revealed, along with where they were, Naya gasped in shock. Never in a million years did she ever think she'd see this place, turning to Luke with her hands still over her mouth and eyes widened with surprise...
"How?" she asked in disbelief. In that moment realizing that how he managed to get them there, he did and she was surprised that it literally brought tears to her eyes. Naya snaked her arms around him, "It's beautiful and...." she couldn't even finish her comment, instead her lips met his in response to the rest of it. Now she knew why he wanted to keep it secret, everything was just stunning and romantic, what mattered more to her though.. was the fact he was there with her sharing in the moment.

After the long plane ride, the drive to the hotel and the actual waiting time between the check-in desk and arriving at their room, Luke was more than ready to just get into his own private suite, take a hot shower and lay in a soft bed. There was only so much toll a body could take before you just crashed and he wanted to make sure they were completely and fully situated before at least attempting to sit down, passing out would just completely ruin the surprise and potentially the whole weekend and he was pretty sure Naya would think he was lame.
Not that he cared anyway, people would think what they want, it was always how it was and even though he was going out on a ledge with this whole thing, he was ready to press his luck and be a romantic. He wanted to wow the socks of this girl, make her feel like a million bucks when he took her out on the dock in a few days, he was just hoping she wouldn't back out or think it too much, he didn't know this girl entirely but he hoped he knew her enough for this to work.
He was nervous, he'd admit it. He didn't know how Naya would react to all this, the island, the hotel room and he wasn't sure if it was too much pressure or too little or what. He was pretty much a nervous wreck and to make matters worse he hadn't had a cigarette since stopping by Naya's work, his anxiety was kicking in and he didn't know she would take it. The pounding in his chest was audible through his ears, of course she wouldn't be able to hear it. That was at least something to be thankful for.
Then the blindfold came off, and he was more than pleased to see her reaction. Her face was more than enough assurance that he was on the right track and doing the right thing. It really gave him a confidence boost, given the last few months and being left twice and having Dottie marry Vlad and all, Luke was feeling pretty shitty but this made things worth it, this made Luke actually want to try his hardest for this girl, to make her fall head over heels and keep things rolling that way, he wanted that and potentially needed that in his life.
The best thing that came out of it was the kiss, and he allowed himself to think of all the thoughts that a man damn well should in a hotel room with his beautiful fiancee. He couldn't help it, with her lips against his, it was just pure bliss and the perfect thing to help him with a second wind of energy. He deepened the kiss softly, parting her lips with his tongue and slowly moving his hands into her hair.
He leaned in close to smell her scent, kissing her lips once more before pulling away, his hand still wrapped around her waist. ”You're beautiful, one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen.” He was telling the truth, though his head was filled with the aching in his jeans. Hours on a plane and driving to the hotel, just picturing this moment did wonders for a guy and his pants. ”I should probably stop trying to kiss you before I do something we both regret.” He didn't want to ruin this by pushing her too far, but if she was willing to go further than he certainly wouldn't stop her.

Thinking back to when they first met at Mancini's after being matched, between them there were no expectations other than what common sense told them. (Honesty, Loyalty, Devotion and Communication) Those four things were what made up a strong relationship between two people and both of them wanted that. Over the course of the time they spent together, getting to know each other and finding out all they each endured in their past relationships. Luke seemed like he had more hardships than happiness, this made Naya want to show him that wasn't like those other women. She wasn't a person that gave up when things got hard, it just made her that much more determined to make things better. She wanted to show Luke that all she wanted to do was to make him happy, to know what it was like to have someone love you as much as you love them, to be there as a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listen and to give advice when asked. Wasn't that what a relationship was about? To love them through it all.
In Naya's mind, every moment spent together was like another tiny piece of the puzzle being put together, every milestone was just another part of the bigger picture. Now here they were, standing in a hotel room on St. Lucia's island and Naya was shocked in the best way possible. It didn't matter how he was able to do this, the fact that he did it was just amazing all in itself. It was perfect and everything she had imagined it would be, but was so much better with him there with her. There were just no words to describe the way she felt, but she had no problem showing Luke just how grateful she was by pressing her lips to his. There was this feeling in the pit of her stomach, sort of felt like butterflies really, something that she hadn't felt since Diane which was strange. Was she falling for Luke, well hell how could she not? He was everything she had wanted in a man. He was certainly honest, didn't hide who he was and blunt.
Luke didn't act like he was perfect, which was good because she didn't like guys that were so perfect that it became so sickening. He was real and he did the best that he could for them. To her, he was just perfect for her and the fact that he had a romantic side to him, she loved that about him and wow.. She really was falling for him and it didn't scare her, which was new because it scared her before with Diane. Feeling Luke deepen the kiss, a soft moan escaped her lips as she granted him access. Her hands slid down from his neck to his chest and rested there for a moment or two before they moved back up and caressed both sides of his face. Suddenly disappointment fell over her when he pulled away, but his compliment made it go away and brought a smile to her face. The comment he made had Naya tilting her head slightly, "You mean, we shouldn't stop or we will regret it if we do." she replied pulling him closer to her. "Luke.., nothing with you would ever be a regret to me."
It was true, she never had any regrets with him like she did with Diane. As much as she didn't want to think of it like that, but there were a lot of regrets with the woman, things she wished she never done. Naya looked into his eyes and playfully nudged his nose with hers, "I want to be your everything.." she said embracing him with her head rested upon his shoulder.

He didn't expect things to turn out like this but little did Naya know, the two of them were on much more of a vacation, this trip was for their wedding day, their honeymoon and just everything for them. This was the make or break moment in their relationship, they could leave as a married couple or leave as broken up. He couldn't tell, nor could he predict the future. He couldn't tell if this was too much or too little or if he was wrong or right but he didn't care, nothing made sense but he didn't care.
This was their moment and if she wanted to be his everything, then he'd give her just that. He wasn't perfect, he was still the scared boy he was years ago. Just a little older and a little wiser but a tiger never changed his stripes, he couldn't change and he was happy that Naya was willing to accept that. And in some ways, Naya seemed just like him and he loved the feeling of having someone identical near you, she made him happy, truly happy and there wasn't anything he'd change about the girl sitting beside him in this hotel room.
Her words brought nothing but encouragement to the man who had no sense of self control, this wasn't what he needed, he didn't need to think the thoughts he was thinking. Sure, he had thought about fucking the girl in front of him from the day they met, things didn't get any easier when he caught glimpses of her ass, the way she licked her lips. It just sent shivers down his spine and ahem, a rise of attention in his pants. One that at times had a ignorant way of showing which is why they invented basketball shorts.
She was beautiful, too damn good for him and with moments like this, where his lips was pressed against hers, he realized just how damn lucky he was to be matched to a woman like her. She was smart, funny, and just so damn sexy. He knew there had to be at least a handful of men who would kill to be where he was, and he was just grateful it had been him who got her instead of all of them. He probably deserved her more too, as well. His third wife, he needed one that would actually last.
”I think we should just go for whatever feels right then...” He wasn't even thinking at that moment, the green flag was more than enough to give him what he needed, to give him permission to take things to a whole new level and they both knew what that level would lead to, the place he wanted so badly to be in. It started with his lips crashing back into her's, his hands exploring hesitantly the areas of her body. His hands went to her shoulders, rubbing the length of her arms before placing a soft kiss on her neck.
Slowly, he led her back towards the bed, leading her body onto the soft mattress before bringing her lips back in for another kiss. ”You are so beautiful, Naya.” His hands reached for his shirt, tugging the fabric up and over his head before tossing it onto the ground. So, he was a little horny. He hadn't had sex in quite some time, the last woman he'd been was Jillian and that was only because his wife wouldn't give it up. Eagerly, his hands went to her shirt, playing tugging at the fabric as he waited for her permission to go forward.

To have things turn out the way they did, Naya couldn't imagine it getting any better than this. Though she could be wrong. Luke had been keeping things secretive lately, which didn't alarm her because she trusted him, though it did make her curious a lot. Having heard things about Luke through rumors which she never really paid attention to, because that's what they were rumors that probably weren't even true. Even if they were, who says a person couldn't change their ways if they wanted to. Besides, he had been honest with her from the beginning so there was no reason to not trust what he says. When he says he's going to do something, he does it without missing a detail. But who knew what else Luke had in store for them there, and as curious as she was, Naya wanted to keep it just that, a secret until he was ready to reveal it.
Even if spending a week in St. Lucia was the only thing he wanted to surprise her with, then it was the perfect surprise. He didn't need to impress her any further, he alone had already impressed her for sure. This though, it was simply amazing and hoped that the expression on her face was enough to tell him how grateful she was for the surprise. He was an amazing man and romantic too, he made her happy in ways no one else could. In return, she wanted to make him the happiest man in the world. As cliche as that sounded, it was true. Naya knew that she'd be lying if she said that she didn't love him yet, the truth of the matter was, she was falling in love with him more and more every day. It was hard not to, just the little things he did made her feel special and he didn't need to change for her, if he wanted to change that was up to him.
Since moving out of the apartment, she had quit sleeping there too. There had been many mornings and nights that she wanted to feel him against her and inside her, especially when he curled up and pulled her close to him. So when he pulled away making the comment of doing something they might regret, she counted the statement with regretting not doing what they've been wanting to do for quite some time now. There was no way she was going to let him slip through her fingers this time, having to keep herself in check all those times before. Go with whatever feels right, Naya liked the sound of that and she wasn't going to hesitate to go on what she felt. Wrapping her arms around him as their lips met, hands exploring places that neither have yet touched. The way he rubbed her arms sent goosebumps over her skin.
The gentle kiss on her neck said that he was taking it slowly with her, not that she was a virgin in any sense. Needless to say, it was sweet and the way she pictured it would be like. Walking backwards and moved up onto the bed, tasting his sweet lips against hers. His compliment to her had Naya blushing more, as if he needed to do that. Hell he always made her blush, maybe he did it because he thought it was cute. Watching him remove his shirt and tossed it to the ground, then moved to hers tugging at the hem of it. Naya raised up a bit and helped him pull it and her bra off at the same time. Made it easier that way. "Luke... you don't need to ask.." she said pulling him closer to her and wrapped her legs loosely around him. First kissing his lips, then moved to his jawline up to his ear and down his neck, giving little nips in between kisses.

This was a time where Luke was torn, settled between the lands of damned if he did and damned if he didn't. He didn't want to give Naya the wrong impression of him, that had worked out so wrong in the past with the women he'd been with. They always thought he was only after them for a quick piece of ass and really he just didn't want to alone. Well, that was mostly true with the rare exception like that drunken one night stand he had not too long before the divorce papers came through but that was another story.
He felt like a teenage boy with his hormones, the need and desire to just have his hands all over her, his body against hers without any restrictions. He found it almost ironic, the boy from a broken home that lost his virginity in the back of his shitty pick-up to the man who was going to sleep with his bride to be in this over the top five star hotel. He was pleased with how things turned out, and how devastating things could have turned out if he didn't get his shit together when he did months ago.
For the boy that had nothing, the idea behind his motives was something of a more personal level. His only pushing motivation was to give himself something his parents never could. With a dead-beat father that left before he was born and a mother who couldn't get her shit together, he lived a life where he had to fend for himself. He wanted Naya to stay with him, he wanted the stability, and most importantly he wanted to give her the world she deserved. He didn't even care if she refused, he wanted to give Naya the world at the palm of her hands.
He wanted to fall in love, it had been so long since he'd been in love with someone and actually meant it. He learned that words didn't mean anything because they were so overused. His counselor in school told he couldn't think like that, but he ignored her. He could think whatever damn way he felt like it. Actions meant much more and they came from the heart. You couldn't bullshit actions, they always turned out to reveal the person's full intentions. You could mangle words in so many ways they were invalid to most extents.
But now he had her where he wanted her, and it felt so damn good to actually be able to release the tension he was building up. With Scarlet, the sexual tension was getting to him, he had no choice but to seek an alternative. With Naya, he wanted things to be different and with her reactions he didn't doubt things would be very different. Maybe this is what he needed, someone like him to just tame him down and keep him under control. He was honestly well overdue to settle down and have a stable and long term relationship.
Her actions earned groans as her torso became completely nude and vulnerable. He couldn't help himself as he scooped her breasts in his hands, his mouth going to one of her nipples before taking it between his tongue and teeth. ”Fuck, you fit perfectly in my hands.” He murmured gently before switching breasts. It was pretty amazing, feeling her skin in his hands, the things he wanted to do to her in such little time. His erection was straining against his jeans as his mouth lingered up to her shoulders, placing a trail of kisses until he met with her neck, sucking the skin gently.

Luke never once gave Naya the wrong impression of him, if anything she understood he had desires that needed to be fulfilled. And though part of her wanted to wait till after they were married, the other part of her wanted him right now. The desire to be with him intimately had been in her mind since they first met, she wanted to learn every bit of him from the physical all the way to the mental and emotional aspect. Naya didn't expect anything more or less of him but to be himself, as she has accepted him as. Both had a shitty past which would become no more than a blur in their life now that they were together. She wanted to help him look forward to the future with her in it, to be happy and not have to worry about anything anymore.
Though having promised him time and time again that she wouldn't leave, Naya understood that words were nothing more than just that. Words. It was a matter of action, proving to Luke that she wasn't going anywhere and that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. They both deserved to be happy for once in their life and that time was now until the end of their days. Since they first met and even just a few short days later moved in with him, there were many nights where Naya laid in bed hoping that their marriage would be everything they wanted. She wanted to fall in love with Luke, and even though she was scared to death to fall in love again, it was something she longed for and wanted more than anything in the world.
There were also times during the middle of the night where Naya wanted to simply strip Luke down to nothing, to feel his body against her skin, to taste him and to feel him inside her moving at rate of pleasure to fill their desires. Though she had to admit.. Naya didn't think she was able to hold out as long as she had, not that she planned on holding off on it but there was that part of her that wanted to wait and well it didn't get that far because she didn't want to wait anymore. Not only was it mentally fucking her, but she would have dreams about them causing her to wake up and all those cold showers didn't really help much either. Even then all she was able to think about was warming up to him. Naya wanted to satisfy his every desire, to let him know that he didn't have to look anywhere else other than to her for everything.
Once she exposed the upper part of her body, feeling a little more comfortable now that her breasts were restricted to the fabric that fit snugged against her. Naya arched her back slightly feeling Luke's hands move to her breasts, a feeling that sent a familiar sensation coarsing through her body. When he began to toy and tease her nipples with his tongue and teeth, she let out a soft moan to let him know that she liked what he was doing. Moving her hands down his back to his sides, she smiled at his comment. "Now you're making me curious to how well you fit perfectly inside me..." she said in a soft seductive tone, gently pressing her hips into his. Naya could feel how hard he was through his jeans, hell she was wearing a skirt for heaven's sake.
Turning her head slightly to give him better access to her neck, the way he kissed her made the hair on her arms stand up by how good it felt, but the desire to take control overwhelmed Naya. She had been use to being the dominate one, and had to remind herself that this wasn't Diane. Everything was practically new to her, not being the one in control over everything. Eventually she'll get use to the fact that she couldn't be in control all the time, so for the time being she pushed it away and enjoyed the way Luke made her feel. Her heart pounded against her chest, nervous yet excited at the same time knowing that at some point they would be tangled in each other filling the desire that they've been holding back.
Naya found her lips tracing the crook of his neck to the other side and up to his ear where she whispered to him softly "I want you so bad Luke.." Her own words surprised her, sure it was true but she didn't expect to say it to him just yet. Okay so he had her turned on, way before they even got on the plane and it was more so the images in her mind of the two of them that had her that way. Them being partially clothed and tangled the way they were only turned her on even more.
