Buddy was about to get married for the first time ever! He had proposed twice but both of them turned him down, then when he arrived home, which he shared with his girlfriend of a year with his newly bought wedding ring, he found that she had robbed him and left. It left him heartbroken. All he wanted to do was settle down and be happy with a beautiful girl, but it seemed impossible. So, he moved to America to join The Vow. It matched him up with a lovely girl named Emily. He hadn't met her in person, but the letter had a photo of her attatched. He hoped it would go well, he just wanted to settle down, why was that so hard for him? Fate was so playing against him, it just wasn't fair!
He was standing at the alter, waiting for his bride. He was so, so nervous, so his cousin tried to comfort him. His cousin lived in America in New York and he told Buddy about The Vow, so he asked his cousin to help him though the ceremony, to calm him down. Buddy just didn't want to be rejected again, he didn't know if he could handle it anymore. His cousin squeezed his shoulder and told him to chill out. Buddy just smiled and patted him on the back.
Buddy dressed as smart as he could. He wore a black suit, a white shirt and a pale blue tie. He wanted to add a little color, because he didn't want to look dull or like he was attending a funeral in all black. He really hoped his bride would like him, he wasn't bad person and he was a big family man, so he hoped there was nothing about him that she would dislike, but no one was perfect and he knew that. He also hoped that Emily would be good inspiration for a new character for a book he wants to start. He had run out on ideas for characters and he decided he would base his character on his new match.
