From the outside - yes! but as far as Cuban saying he is untouchable as trade bait that has to be Cuban's way of either believing his own BS or easin Dirk's ego (although i didnt know he had one). My opinion of this is situation is Cuban is just trying to get the most in return for his players and his team. Plus who wouldnt like to have Kobe and Dirk on the same team. But Dirk is tradable. Esp if Kobe is Tradeable and Shaq is tradeable and KG is tradable. Good for Dirk for the MVP but an MVP isnt what the people of Dallas wanted to see. They wanted to see the NBA championship. I heard many Dallas fans demand for Dirk to be traded after the playoff loss - how can a player go from that to untouchable? Dallas Fans/NBA Fans have any opinions on Cubans comments and Dirk's trade value?

I would admit that if Dallas traded Dirk this year they wouldnt win a championship this year. But they might not win a championship at all with him. Minny never won with KG, Atlanta with Dominique, Utah win Malone or Stockton. What if they can trade for Kobe and also pick up a Tyrus Thomas or Channing Frye for dirk and Jason Terry. That isnt the best example for a team trying to win now...pick up Kobe now and then sign Shawn Marion.... Dammit I'm going to bed I've gone crazy.
