Who do you believe is the most useful unit? Note: useful, not best stats w/growths n' such.

I think Ross, actually. Ross, Seth, or Joshua. But really Ross, because he should max strength right in the beginning, and there aren't too many sword-weilding enemies in the game. He can kill anything in two hits. Can he take a hit? Sorta. . .

I think that Lute would be a good candidate. She has great magical strength, so she can kill most enemies, even in the early stages of the game. She's also pretty fast, so she can dodge a lot of enemies. The only way that she wouldn't be useful is if she went up against a swordmaster or something.

No, Lute has such a great luck growth that she can avoid a lot of criticals. She is also very fast and has an excellent growth in magic. I use her a lot, and I gave her Excalibur. Thanks to my arena abuse and silver card, I got to give her some body rings to help the con problem.

I wasn't talking about her luck. I was talking about her defense. SMs usually have great skill and can hit pretty good.

I've had a change of opinion in this topic. I'd say that Joshua is the most useful. He's really fast and strong, and criticals almost everything in sight. He's also really great for arena abusing for money.

Hypocrite. Seriously. You just said ignore stats, then you put it in your answer why.

The most useful is Seth because he starts strong and can hold his own throughout the game.

I would have to agree with The Man Made of Awesome. At the end of the game my first time through Adhulma went to Seth and he dosen't dissapoint.

For me I think the most useful is Joshua. Swordmen (or what you call them in English) are always useful for me in early chapters.

Yeah, me too. Their speed is really helpful, especially considering that most of the first chapters are filled with bandits and axe users and such.

Wait the most usefull unit is....... Myrrh You all can't deny it. She kills everyone in one hit and the only level I have seen her die in (Other then the Fight with the DK) is in the first level you get her, because of all the druids. Other then that level she is practiclly invincible.

Well, she only has a limited number of uses (unless you cheat). If she had an unlimited number of uses, then she would be the most useful.
