Clone Wars Graphic Novels

Has anyone read them? Not about the cartoon series. Just general comics about the Clone Wars. I think there are 6 volumes...maybe more. They're pretty good. The art is kind of weird, but the plot is interesting. And the battle of Jabiim was depicted very well. Poor Obi-Wan...did anyone else read any of them?

Yeah, I'm familiar with the series. I was given Vol 2 by a mate when I got back into comics recently. You're right about the artwork, it definitely is different. I like the style though. And I'm a real 'back story junkie', so anything that fleshes out characters or plotlines is a winner in my book.

I'm in the process of tracking down the other five volumes locally. Did you have a favourite, or one that you would recommend obtaining first?

I only have Vol2 -'Victories and Sacrifices'. The story line of "Catspaw" I liked and once I get some time off work and off everything else, I'll get the rest of the trade paperbacks on back issue.

You've whetted my appetite with the whole Yoda teaching speech comment....I can feel a dent in my bank balance rapidly approaching...... "Purchase these comics, you must"
