Staff here on the Howling Forum, reserve the right to change any of these rules, at any time. If a new rule must be added, because of the bad conduct of a member, or something be banned from the forum due to complaints-it will be done.


Basic Rules
These are rules that should be found on pretty much any forum out there, and should be a given. However, if this forum is a first-forum for anyone, these rules are needed.

*Obey all of the Staff Members. If you believe they are abusing their powers, please PM an Admin, and give them screen-caps, or quotes from that user.

*Please Respect all other Members, Staff or not. Please also, respect a member's religion, race, or sexuality. If you do not agree with that person's choice, either A, do not join, or B, keep this opinion to yourself.

*Do not post alot of chat speak, or fully in chatspeak, nor, should you use a whole bunch of similies.

*Only join with ONE account. The username can be anything you like; however, we'd like to ask that you do not include Numbers, Symbols, or other such things unless it is nessisary.
Symbols we allow: - , # , * , . , and any letters that include an accent mark.

*Do not double post, except-when posting art, etc. We allow you to delete your posts if you do double post. We ALSO allow you to Edit your posts, so if you have anything new to add, edit your post.

*Please, do not create topics for topics that already exist. Unless that topic is locked-and if it is, please see the reason, as it may have been locked for such-and-such a reason.

*Do not post an innapropiate images, and keep swearing to a minimun (or at least warn us that swearing is used alot). Drugs are included in this, keep the useage of their names very limited.

*Do not post adertisements in the C-box. They may be a link in your user, but please, don't advertise. If your showing someone a picture, etc. in the cbox-that is a different matter, and may be done.

*These rules are to be followed, understood, and respected ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE on the forum, and this-includes the C-box.

Howling Rules
These are rules that are specific to Howling. These are very touchy rules, and are more strict when it comes to them being broken. I am nice enough to make a forum about a work-in-progress, and if a strong rule in this section is broken, I will imediatly take the forum down.

*Do not complain about Howling's Subject Matter. If you are not a fan of it, then why are you here? To flame? To bash? Please don't, we will not flame you, in return.

*Do not complain if I have not given you the password to read the First Chapter. I will not give it out to anyone who joins, only those I trust will not steal it. If you complain about this, you simply will not receive it.

*Do not STEAL ANYTHING RELATED TO HOWLING, whether it be the plot, character's, etc. Stealing is an offense. If you steal, you will be automanically banned for doing so. Also, stealing may result in the closing down of this forum, I take the risk to provide a preveiw, and if that risk ends up ending badly, then it can only be blamed on two people. Myself, and those who broke this rule.

*Ask my permission before using anything relating to Howling, the exception being on Fan Fictions-used on THIS site.

*If you have specific questions about Howling, I may or may not be able to answer them, depending on what the question is, if I am willing to give out the infomation, etc.
