What Did You Eat Today?
A Neverending Poll
Answer this poll as often as you wish even more than once a day.

I'll start with today since it's now a new day, 1:49 am

I'm currently eating some Butterball Turkey Ham lunch meat (Not Turkey & Ham but combined) sandwiches with Save - A - Lot Brand Salad Dressing (Miracle Whip) on white bread.

I had some Better Made brand (Detroit Based) BBQ Potato Chips earlier.

I'm currently drinking some Diet Rite diet cola.

For Dinner I had leftover turkey noodle soup stuff. It was a mix of turkey & gravy over noodles and turkey soup.

I had a couple of Nutty Buddy type ice creams last hour.

Drinking Diet Rite again.

I had coffee this morning that had Coffee Mate - French Vanilla, the liquid kind not the powder.

When I got up today (afternoon) I went into the kitchen and there was a bag from Arby's on the counter. My dad had dropped off some of their Arby's Melts with
Roast beef and Cheddar.

So I had some of those and Mom cooked tater tots in the oven and I had some of those.

I drank coffee earlier and right now I have tea with a few drops of lemonade in it.

On Sunday I went to the grocery store and Mom told me it was my turn to cook.

I ended up taking canned chili with beans, colby & jack cheese, canned diced tomatoes, and extra wide egg noodles and I put them in a large oven pan. The kind you see at a buffet. But you can use whatever pan or amount of ingredients you wish.

I layered the ingredients as if it were a lasagne.

I let it cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 F covered with foil

I then took it out and add some water to help cook the noodles since they were still hard.

I then put it back and cooked it for another 40 minutes.

It was now done. However while I was waiting for the hot dogs to cook I turned the broiler on inside the oven, took the foil off and then let it cook under the broiler to try to evaporate some of the water. I did that for about 5-10 minutes. Since I had cheese as the top layer it ended up with dark spots from broiling but it wasn't burnt.

Anyway, I had that Sunday and then again Monday.

Any questions?

Thanks Carla, wish I could get some ice cream to you.

Mom made meat loaf today and potatoes. We also had some cole slaw that I had brought home from the store. She made a bunch of smaller loafs more like little footballs.

I had oven baked chicken thighs and legs and steak fries.

And I've drank coffee all day and still am. LOL

But in reality I only drink a tiny bit at a time. It always gets cold before I finish a cup.

This is kinda fun...

Let's see.... ....um......where is my brain?

Oh yeah...for breakfast I had the last bit of home-made bread (from the bread machine) with butter and honey..

for a late lunch I had left-overs from the night before. Stuffed pasta shells (tuna, onions, herbs, veggies) with a tomato vinigarette. Yum! I have to share this recipe with you guys, it's wonderful!

Then for dinner we had tuna sandwiches, lima beans, and yogurt with honey for desert. Lame dinner, I know, but I have to go shopping in the morning.

I'm hungry right now. Think I'll go have some toast

I had coffee and I had 2 Jimmy Dean breakfast burritos.

Did you know that according to the box if you heat them in the microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes that they will be hot?

It says on there
Caution: Product will be hot.

It was too. They used some good science aye.

I haven't eaten it yet but there is chicken and egg noodles with tomatoes cooking.

PB, I think they have to put the caution sign on there in case someone sues ("Hey, I didn't know it was going to be hot, and now my hands are burned!" Watch me roll my eyes ;) )

I'm currently eating breakfast - a piece of bread with honey, chocolate milk with my vits (multi, calcium, and antihistamine), and some huge red grapes. :D

I have been really bad all week, hogging on junk food. Last night I had 2 slices of pizza at Pizza Hut (Italian crust with extra cheese.... mmmm  ) AND a slice of garlic bread with cheese and a little salad. I want to eat better today, so maybe I'll have a few salads to "cleanse" my system. ^_^

Today DH had duty which means he has to stay on the ship all day and night. On those days I don't eat very well. I don't want to waste all the good food on myself. So I had a t.v. dinner for dinner. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't that chicken I've had in the frig saving for when he comes home. Definately will make it tomorrow.
I get off topic so easily. Sorry. Umm. Breakfast...oh I had two pieces of frozen french toast and some Capri Sun juice. Lunch was a turkey sandwich and some cheese it's then of course for dinner it was that t.v. dinner some great biscuits and....what did I drink? Oh, yeah, Pepsi lemon. I just realized how much junk I eat. I need to do better.

mmmm....ham. Today what did I eat. Waffles for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and a subway sub for dinner. Nothing spectacular. I wish I knew how to cook. Or liked doing it.
