Ah, I'd forgotten this thread was here. I love it. I don't have to think about my hair for once.

What did I eat today. I need to get out my diet diary. Good time to log it too. This morning I slept in late because I'm sick so no breakfast. Then for lunch I had an apple danish and coffee, no afternoon snack and for dinner I had 2 sloppy joes, a salad, small can of v8 AND a bunch of fries leftover from dd's dinner that I had no intentions on eating. But I did anyway. I was so stuffed after dinner. I really thought I was gonna be sick. Just to let you know how far off my diet I was today let me tell you what I had yesterday.

Yesterdays breakfast was 8oz light yogurt, small can of v8 and a fruit cup. Lunch was Tuna with light mayo on a bed of lettuce, water, fruit cup and another v8. Then for afternoon snack I had a diet bar and more water. And for dinner was a delicious pork chop(I'm likeing them a lot more now that I'm on this diet), brown rice flavored with very low sodium beef bullion and diet iced tea (should've had water). And for dessert was a scoop of reduced fat no sugar added chocolate ice cream. Oh that was so good.

So far I've lost 13 pounds. I think I'm getting a little too confident. Back on track tomorrow. The worst thing is that the cheating never even tastes that good.

I've just had cereal so far, but the breakfast thread made me hungry so I think I'll cook up some bacon-style turkey. It's the only way I can guarantee my bacon is beef-free since they seem to like to add beef here.

So far, today:

Two slices of whole wheat toast with a little tub margarine.
A navel Orange

Currently I am enjoying rice and chilli in a bowl. The rice is one of those things that take 1 minute to nuke, tomato flavour. The Chilli is Stag vegetarian chili from a can. We have a microwave at work :D.

I was out for a ride with my Dad from 10am -5pm
Along the way up the river we stopped at Mcdonalds - I had McChicken sandwich

a few hours later we stopped and we split an A&W cheese curds which is kinda like a fried cheese stick only it's small nuggets. I was trying the A&W ones for the first time to see what they were.

Then for dinner it was Pizza Hut - Meat Lovers.

I had half a ham sandwich with a handful of cheese curls for lunch. Dinner was going to be pizza at my favorite local pizza place but they gave my pizza away to other people so I demanded a refund and walked out. Then the owner had the nerve to argue with me. Anyway we wound up going to a hot dog restaraunt. I never knew hot dogs could be so expensive. For me and the girls it was $16.00. The hot dogs were decent but not worth that much money. I was just glad to finally have some food in my tummy. I was starting to shake so I knew I needed to get some food.

I won't answer often because there are very few foods I'll eat, so I eat the same meals over and over. I'm like a 5 year old: chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, burgers, hot dogs, pizza... Simple foods. And NO veggies ever. Yucky. :P

Today I went to Hardee's for breakfast and I got a sausage biscuit. I often do that on my way to work. At work I snacked on Froot Loops. I came home and ate a french bread pizza, a huge bowl of chocolate ice cream, some Hershey's Kissables, and later a candy bar. LOL (Can you tell I love my candy?)

What didn't I eat today. I think the diet is over. Lets see, oatmeal for breakfast with milk. Bologna sandwich and cheese curls for lunch. Vairous pieces of candy thru the day. Delicious pork chops, mac and cheese and collard greens for dinner. And coffee, raisin bread for dessert. Then more candy and cheese curls while watching tv. Oh and I forgot the yummy Utz chips for my afternoon snack and the cheese stick I had about 1/2 hour ago. I must be bored. I didn't leave the house all day in hopes of saving money. But I got so bored that I'll have to buy more food. Which is not saving money.

Had biscuits and gravy for breakfast. A burrito and Spanish rice for lunch and a bowl of popcorn for dinner. Also had a couple of chocolate chip cookies in there somewhere.

innocently with a bowl of oatmeal, then I took
myself out to a chinese buffet place and had
TONS of sweet potatos and broccoli, etc.......
then had a snack bar and salad in the afternoon...........
THEN took my parents out for their 40th anniversary,
had appetizer, soup, salad, orange roughy and cake!
OOOOOOOOOHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I'm SO full!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast: Homemade blueberry muffins.
Lunch: PB&J with apple butter and ritz crackers
Dinner: Vegan "beefy" mac and biscuits. YUMMY!!

Plus, my sweet tea came out perfect today. I have an iced tea pot and it's a hit or miss for some reason. Today it's the best it's been in months.

Two bowls of Trix, a cup of tea, way too much basmati rice with peas in it, a spinach and orange bell pepper salad and some triple flavour sorbet. Oh and a handful of blackberries I picked and I forgot, a can of Coke Zero. LoL.

SM: Your meals sounds simple but so yummy. I love rice but dh can't stand anything but fried rice which I could give or take.

As for me my eating has been horrible. Lunch was an 1/2 italian sub, cheese crackers and an oatmeal raisin cookie. Dinner was a chicken patty sandwich on a kaiser roll and some peas. I ate healthier when I was on a vegan diet. But I got frustrated because of the lack of instant meals and the amount of leftovers when I did cook.

Baked potato with chicken on top. Banana. Chocolate, M & M mix from Braum's. Tator tots and chicken. (The rice noodles didn't work out, too bland, DH dropped most of the seasoning mix on the floor.) Red delicious apple. 1/2 dark chocolate Snickers. Salad and raw veggies with chicken.
