Well, I decided to start a hair journal here, what the heck, eh?

Today I CWC with NG Aloe and Lavender poo/con, wrapped in a towel after for a few minutos, then applied small amounts of coconut oil / jojoba oil / lemongrass oil / shea butter. :lol:

Wore my hair down to work, loose curls, VERY soft...me likey. :)

I just bought a hair fork off IcyDove on the other board...oh my I MUST stop spending $ on hair toys. :wacko:. I guess $20 USD for a Baerreis (sp) fork is pretty good though.

Hoping my France Luxe stuff arrived today...sigh!! I paid for my flexi8s today, too. That order is closing on Feb 5 or 6.

Lazy Sunday...

CWC yesterday wih my NG 'poo/'con. Hair is liking it. Put in the usual mix of oils / butters. Yawn :). With my gimpy fingernail I haven't been able to do any updos...grrr!! I am hoping my France Luxe stuff arrives tomorrow :/.

Took my hair vitamins yesterday, gotta remember to take them today, too.

Yesterday DH measured me at 71.5 CM / the first line after 28" (I can't read imperial measurments worth a darn!)

Man, I love real coconut oil. I greased my hair up some last night and wearing it in an inside out braid today and my hair feels nice, yo!

Got my hair in a quasi cinnabutt bun held with clear GHD pins. GHD pins kick @$$!

My Buffs® I ordered via a local business are in! I am gonna go pay for them today. I got Fire Blue and Canada. I am gonna give the Canada one to DH cause I already have one :D.

I feel a strange need for a bright yellow scrunchie..perhaps I shall hunt one down today at the dollar store, eh?

I've worn my hair to sleep in PB's "sleep tail" for two nights running :). Wearing it up in an ordinary bun with a Baerreis fork and this butterfly pin my SHT sent me. :)

I feel the urge to change my washing products....again. :rolleyes:

Is there a schrunchie-holics anonymous!? Everytime I see scrunchies at the dollar store, I have an overpowering urge to buy one. I literally have dozens of them. Daeana "enabled" me by sending me some, too. Evil woman. (thank you hehe!)

I am wearing the dragonfly hair fork thingies Daeana made me (oh and the blue and white necklace, too) and holy moly my scalp is itchy! :o

This afternoon I have the eye dr appt and pick out some new glasses. Yay!

Gonna wash tonight, didn't have time this AM (dog decided to tell me his ear had a build-up of wax when it was time for me to leave work! ARGH!) I managed to grab one of my scritching combs to combat the itchies.

Got the hair back in a plain ole low pony with the dark green velour scrunchie daeana sent me :).

I had good braid action going last night, my curl pattern was totally disturbed (looked almost straight) so I braided and mmm I dunno the braid felt nice and soft and I love this softttttt velour/velvet scrunchie too. :tup:

I've been WO for about a month. Gave myself a trim several weeks ago. I'm around 29" or 73CM. I'm having weird urges to cut my hair much shorter, not sure why.

I'm shedding like CRAZY lately :o.

Just got DH to measure wet hair. 27.5" / 70CM! yay! On track again. CWC today, too. Used Pantene con for curly hair, and a "natural" shampoo. Gotta go to bed now, yawn. I jogged on a treadmill at the Rec Centre today for 30 mins! I love jogging! Gonna go snowshoeing on Saturday, too.

Hair is 73.4CM/28.89" today. I CWCed.

Time to run off to Weight Watchers to weigh-in. I dread weighing in now. I hate how my weight fluctuates from week to week. ARgh!

I'm down 1.2 lbs. Yay.

I bought stay put elastics (for jogging), Pantene con for wavy/curly hair and ouchless bobby pins from Fartmart (Walmart.) I already had the "thinner" style of stayput elastics but I bought the thicker black ones. I like them a bit better I think. Oh, I got more of those clear small ouchless "elastics" as my old ones all disappeared. Lol.

I bought a conair shower comb, too.

I hurt my back yesterday so I had to ditch work today. I got two new betta fishes last week, their names are "Azul Cobalto" and "Vermelho" which mean Cobalt Blue and Red in Portuguese. They are in separate containers, as they would kill each other. It is funny to see the Rato (rat) Valentina stare at Azul Cobalto swimming around in his bowl. Azul is a happy fishie and already built a bubble nest. He will eat food right from the tip of my finger. Vermelho is not as tame or as happy.

I did a quick WO wash today and my hair liked it. I have sort of floofy soft waves. I put on my USA buff and held it in place with two bobby pins. My hair is too...something so the Buff eventually starts to slip.

I'm trying WO again just for the H of it. My hair looks like pooooo right now. Holy disturbed curl pattern, batman!

I have a split end here and there but nothing too extreme. I aint cutting for a long freaking time. I am tired of being stuck in the '20s'.

I got a big trim back to 25.5". I am sad to have BSL length again but my hair looks and feels a lot better. I'm loading it with 'cones now which it absolutely LOVES! I'm using the biosilk serum and I got the tresemme shampoo that is anti breakage.

I put the satin pillowcase back on my pillow and I will sleep with either a braid or a PB sleep tail.

I'm peeved at how slow my dang hair is growing. I got like .40 in a month when I should have gotten .50. Lame!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so upset I wasted so much time on that other board. It's crystal-clear to me now I NEVER belonged there. I received a PM on that board from someone that upset the **Swear Filter** out of me. She didn't mean to upset me but she was like, searching through my journal to show me how i was constantly dissing the board and stuff. Well, I was just expressing how I was feeling. I did get ripped off in that one group order, why wouldn't I be upset and feel betrayed by that?!?!

Also, I'm PMSing, which makes me even more sensitive to BS than usual. Oh, I'm also upset I'm still...not pg. Yeah we're not in a "position" to have a kid but I'm getting old and my DH doesn't even want one and I'm sick of it.

CWCed today, combed my hair when it was full of conditioner. Gently dried my hair with a towel, forgot to use silicone oops. lol. Wore my hair in a ponytail with a silk scrunchie after my hair was dry.

My hair is still growing realllly slowly. Yawn. I CWC 2 - 3 times a week, usually when my scalp starts getting crank-tastic. I use the NG poo and con.

In other news: I've taken up baking. Also, I'm addicted to action movies, specifically bruce willis ones. My mom's in love with him now that I lent her "Hostage" bwahahha.

I'm slowly working on my website, too.

Yesterday I had to run with the garbage can to meet the garbage truck but I lost my balance and went flying, lol. I landed on grass at least! I bruised my shin but I was glad nobody saw what happened. I told Gus and he said "did the garbage go all over the place?" How typical of him, not asking me if I was ok but wondering about the damned garbage.

Yesterday I CWCed. My scalp was pretty itchy. I also used a home kit to wax my bikini line. OWWWWWWwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

I was pondering straightening tools at the store but didn't buy any. I did buy lily of the valley soap and the bikini wax strips and..a denim miniskirt for $9.99. According to "What Not to Wear" in two years I will be too old to wear a mini skirt so no time like the present. :D
