I think hair seems to grow faster once you're past shoulder length.

Bubba, I'm almost at armpit length! :applaud: Just another inch or so...

7 months ago it was just under my chin. But I think it only seems to grow fast because I never trim. ;) Yours will grow fast, too.

Ah, collarbone > shoulder. Got it now. In the crappy town that I'm from, whenever I used to ask for a shoulder length trim, they'd stretch my hair out diagonally and then trim it where my arms started - literally at the shoulder. That would make my hair longer than what I wanted, so it would land somewhere around collarbone length.

And that silly story is why I get confused about shoulder vs. collarbone length. The end.

Woo Hoo Georgy! :applaud: I think hair grows faster when you're not paying attention. That's why I only measure every couple of months. Kind of like that watched pot never boils theory, lol.
