Dressed in a head to toe black suit. Has a bracelet on his left hand with a eye attached to the chain. His neck piece is dark green with a black eye. His face is a blue cloud that can detatch itself and move freely. His face is a hologram along with the cloud, and he also has black gloves and thick black boots as well. He also sometimes has no bracelet, as seen in his first appearance. The cloud is slightly bigger than an average male’s head, and is more so of an circle like shape.

personality

This version of Mysterio is more cunning and ruthless. He despises Spider-Man very much and any other person that displays more power than him. He is also very greedy, and loves the feel of being rich and powerful. He can act very sly, even if he is under much amount of pressure. He has also shown he can quip like Spider-Man. (IE: *Pushes Kingpin out of his window* “Humpty Dumpty. Very Nice…”)
His main weakness is his confidence. He thinks he is very smart and powerful, and that can lead him to overlook issues that deserve attention, like when he fought Spider-Man in Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #5, and thought Shroud would be no problem, when actually she disabled his technology. He has also relied too much on his arsenal of weapons, and is very much pathetic and useless without them.

extraordinary

He is very smart, and has created a suit that masks his face with a blue cloud. With the suit, he can shoot blue energy bolts that can heavily damage his enemy. He is also very strong to a certain degree, and is very quick thinking.
He has, (presumably), a very large IQ, as he states he spent his own time developing his suit. Also, he has shown to be capable of developing a giant Spider-Man hunting robot in no time at all. He has rebuilt his entire base of operations, equipped with numerous monitors and lab equipment. He also has shown to have holographs and a fear gas that drives enemies insane. (As shown in Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #3)
His main weakness is how brave and amazing he thinks he is, even though he overlooks larger issues. He has also never had back up suits, and has relied on a Plan A. Only when after a defeat will he think of a new idea. He always has faith, but is still very stupid despite his intellect.
Also, he is just a human. He can still be shot, stabbed, cut open, cracked open, torn apart, poisened, and--. Well you get the idea. He cannot defy death in any way at all and is just like you and me. Except he's evil.

backstory

Ultimate Mysterio made his very first debut in Ultimate Spider-Man Annual number three. He committed many daylight robberies by using diversions like fake getaway cars and faking robberies, only to rob the other bank blocks away. He has shown Spider-Man he is no laughing matter.

(Now, this is where things get a little confusing.)

Because he is apart of the Grey Divide Universe, he has always been the 616 Mysterio. The Kingpin he killed in Ult. Comics Spider-Man #1 was an imposter.

After the events of OMD and BND, he tried to attack Peter at his old school, where the Human Torch stopped him. This led Mysterio to blowing up his headquarters and attacking Black Cat at the Kingpin's death scene.

He has been recently seen blowing up a hospital. After getting the attention of many heroes and villains, he feels he needs to make one more big move in order to get enough status to be king of crime.

Where many people admire its bright skyscrapers and its dark, hidden back history… Mysterio walks into his new Base. It is a control room in a sewer. He flips the switch, and monitors come to life. He has access to multiple cameras in many banks, stop lights, hospitals, and more. He sits back at his desk and turns on an I-pod he got from home before he left. “Hmm… where to begin? So much possibilities! I’m so under the radar I’m on top of it! How could I have so many opportunities like this?! I must be living right.” He murmurs to himself. He gets up and stretches. Turning to a monitor, he quickly presses a few buttons. He goes over to a targeting system and enters a few coordinates. “Hmm, the Baxter building was on what street again?” He asks himself. I’m the demons they become. I’m the dagger in your back. An extra turn on the rack. I’m the beating of your heart..” “A sudden pain…” Mysterio says. The lights go out, and the missile launches into the night. “…a sudden start.” He grins at the radar. “There was a mistake I made. I call it, “letting my parents live to tell the tale”…” He laughs hysterically. He knows this will get the attention of the underworld. If thugs don't come to him for power, then no one will. He needs gangs and he needs them now. And more importantly, he needs people from all over to fear him. Or else his master plan will not work, and he can not afford that. Not when the stakes are this high, and heroes from all over are uniting. Villains are even forming alliances. What he needs now is to attack little by little. To gain underground status and strength. He gets out a checklist. He looks at his "Enemy" plan and crosses it out. "Let's just go straight to Doom, shall we?" He asks himself."Yes..." He replies to himself. "...go straight to plan Doom. The underworld will no longer mock me. They will praise me. All thugs, goons, and underlords will give their thrones to the Mysterio!"

I’m sorry to say, but I do not think that you understand the basics of this character. I understand that you are new to role playing, but the staff has tried to explain that Mysterio is a small time criminal who is pushing for power in the Underworld, not a Terrorist who bombs hospitals with nuclear missiles.
