Bad Things Happening In Neo Ozia, Possible Civil War

The League Should Note That the People's Republic of Neo Ozia is Nearing Civil war with one side wishing to continue to form the nation into a father knows best state, while the other wishes to form it into a democracy (Corporate Bordello style) as such trade and immigration are almost entirely blocked, it should be known that north Neo Ozia is still friendly to the league but the south if victorious will leave the league, as such as Premier of the Loyalist north Shadom Nemesis Oz would like to apologize for any problems caused by this.

Negotiations are underway there might be a compromise (like they can vote for a vice president and senators but not a different main leader)

Minas Mordred firmly supports the North, but will not enter the conflict unless the situation becomes out of hand.

Update:

1. There has been an attack by guerrilla forces near a Northern tank warehouse by a small aggressive southern group calling them selves the *Southern Neo Ozian Alliance*

2. The leader (Alex Darkhawk Zumiar) of the non-aggressive southern group seeking to turn Neo Ozia into a more democratic state opposes the actions of the *Southern Neo Ozian Alliance* as such Premier Shadom Nemesis Oz has allowed negotiations to continue anyway but the south is now under suspicion of possible double dealing.

3. In response to the Southern Neo Ozian Alliance’s attack there main base was found and destroyed by an orbital ion cannon. There were no reported civilian casualties.

Let it be known that if the south becomes violent we will back the north up 100%; Premier Shadom Nemesis Oz has always been a compassionate and wise ruler and doesn’t disserve this predicament.

1. The negotiations are still proceeding slowly but are starting to get somewhere

The population will be able to vote for

A. 5 Senators (1 from each of the 5 districts)
B. A government approved Prime Minister

C. There will also be a *real* constitution drafted, as the original one was actually just a bunch of garbage and nonsense thrown together and proclaimed a constitution.

2. There have been no additional reported attacks by the Southern Neo Ozian Alliance
however it is believed that they are still functional and are presently planning another attack.

3. The government will decrease santions against corporations (slightly)

1. The Southern Neo Ozian Alliance has seized 9 T-72B heavy tanks and has taken the city of Rolarchi hostage (a city in Telozia) an Imperial Union of Nations Peacekeeping force has moved into the area and is negotiating but the negotiations are not going well, and due to the fact that they are so hostile they have now officially been labeled terrorists and traitors by Premier Shadom Nemesis Oz and the Imperial Union of Nations senate.

2. Alex Darkhawk Zumiar of the non-aggressive south still denies any connection to the Southern Neo Ozian Alliance and publicly has condemned them for their actions.

i am all for the south, i have decided to give the south a small advantage by sending the south extra rations and far newer and deadlier equiptment-top of the line

I think the real question is here is do you support The Southern Neo Ozian Alliance OR the non aggressive south who just wants some democracy I can respect the non-aggressive south but the aggressive side (The Southern Neo Ozian Alliance) has done great misdeeds against nations that were going to stay neutral mainly Telozia who were just sitting there minding there own business and then they have one of there border cities seized.

ic. The governenmt of the Luy Maran Ei (United Tribes Cacicates, Taum, New Pindorama and UTC Army) and its territories (Oh, I won't list) supports North in its goals of repelling the rebels. The Supreme Chief of the Luy Maran Ei, Morubixaba Smertios of Golos, sent orders to prepare 150,000 men-at-arms from UTC Headquarters (UTC Army) to go help the ally.

....Recenty when asked about the conflict in Neo Ozia, Minas Mordred's president repeated his earlier statement about his support to the North and the peaceful factions in the south of the troubled nation. "I hope that the conflict will be resolved soon, but I stress at this time the nation of Minas Mordred will NOT interfere unless deemed necessary." Said the nobel peace-prize winner. 1. We made an agreement with The Southern Neo Ozian Alliance we gave them a “real” ICBM, they released there hold on Rolarchi and drove off with it and the 9 T-72B heavy tanks thinking they had gotten a good deal but when they reached the outer desert (were we thought they’d go because they had an old base there) there was a surprise in store for them when they arrived we detonated the device using a orbital control satellite which has been modified to communicate with the fake ICBM which was actually only a modified conventional bomb which instead of a nuclear warhead carried a 32,000-lb cluster bomb with napalm, which obliterated there entire base, There were no survivors and surprisingly no civilian casualties, although there is rumors of some remnants of the insidious group now hiding out far to the south in the Vorden mountains and supposedly have acquired rations and top of the line equipment from somewhere.

2. The Non-aggressive south has agreed to most of terms in the negotiations and others are still being worked on but as it stands Neo Ozia is getting back to normal and the neutral zone between the north and south has been abolished and people can move freely between north and south again.

3. Premier Shadom Nemesis Oz, would like to thank all who supported him in this time of tribulation and instability, and their all welcome to come and have a soda at the Capital anytime.

You don't enter a war to show peace. The rebel south, for example, would attack you simply because you aren't supporting them and you wouldn't be prepared, unless you god-mod...

Update: Neo Ozia has changed some laws and due to its negotiations with the south which now has a council and the nation has reformed from a corrupt dictatorship to a Democratic Socialist nation.

the Imperial union of nations is still on high alert considering the possable remnants of the Southern Neo Ozian Alliance, and as of yet there have been no new reported sightings.
