All right, here comes the first critique:

For your Energy Reactions: The energy used to power those high beam lasers would be high yet the reaction itself more than makes up for the energy used. The only problem however is that using that tremendous energy simply to boil a bowl of water, will waste much of the energy, thuis reducing its efficiency from 100%(Yes fusion is the only known reaction to be a hundred percent efficient) to a much lower number. now i'm no Thermodynamics professor or anythign of the sort so I couldn't tell you by how much it would lower it but I'm fairly sure it'd be quite a large percentage. Then, is the reaction's output still worth the energy put in to power the high-beam lasers? Try to find another way to harness the energy(good luck with that). Maybe something involving heat waves, heat currents or something along these lines.

For Weapons:

I hope you find a way to apply enough heat and pressure and keep the weapon fairly lightweight so it may be moved along the battlefield. That is the main problem I am having with my own project(Antimatter-matter reactions. I'm currently working on its presentation and how to harness the energy of it). But if you make it, I'd be interested in buying some weapons from you.

NOTICE: This post has a 90% chance of being utterly wrong and inaccurate. All are free to poke holes into my post and prove me wrong.

Notes on MCLF/ Hydrogen Stream ICF coming soon when i can get a scanner, so i can elaborate on the images.

It's gotten pretty complex since I wrote this, so those images will be a real help.
