In The Hopistal...

Tye lay unconsince in the hosiptal connected to blood trasnfusion's and a breathing tube, he wasn't going to change into a vampire but he was having a hard time breathing and the doctors took full body xrays while he was knocked out and he had a broken arm and all of his fingers on his right hand had been broken before and his left leg. He was stable for the moment and was mumbling in his sleep stuck in a nightmare. His body was strapped to the bed so he couldn't escape or harm himself when he woke up. " Darianna" he whispered drogy and weak and he closed his eyes and heard the overseers shouts and his footsteps and kept his eyes closed until the man shook him.

" Boy! I gave you a simple task and didn't return with food and you touched a noble you scum! You slaves are just filth under my shoes.... Then you casused a sence at the market and your marked with a vampire teeth" he said as he got him by the collar of his shirt disgusted. " if you break anymore rules I'll take you back to the market and you know what happens to slaves that get sent back... I get my money back and you die" he hissed and left go and walked out.[



Tye glarred at the overseer and he cursed at him as he walked out and thought of Darianna and hoped hse was alright and passed out.

Darianna hurried through the halls and stopped right outside the hospital doors.Its all my fault. she thaught.If I hadn't asked to go to the market with him , the vampire would have ignored him... She wasn't sure if Tye would even talk to her anymore.

She thaught back to when they first returned.After dropping Tye off in the hospital.She escorted the vampire straight (sp) to the dungeon.The vampire hadn't confessed to anything and was still in a cell now.The other nobles were furious (sp) with her.

"You went to the market with no gaurd?!?!" That was the first thing they yelled.Then they went on about how she shouldn't be going off by herself, especially when she was wounded.They didn't talk about the fact one of their out-of-control pups hurt me.. she thought.The next phrase was."You changed in the market? Did you ever think about stealth Darianna?!?!". When she pointed out that she was trying to save Tye they laughed. "You should have let the bloodsucker get him, it would be one less human to feed". She left after that.Darianna wasn't going to listen to those idiots while Tye was in pain.

The overseer opened the door, pulling her out of her thoughts.He gave her a half hearted bow and walked on.She thought about Tye again.This time wondering if he'd be afraid or disgusted by her.She had seen how he paled when he saw her eyes.Maybe I shouldn't.... She was about to turn around when she heard Tye call her name.Curiously she pushed open the door.He was asleep on the bed but he said it again.She sat down on a chair by the cot.Her eyes blurred with tears.I'm sorry Tye..

Tye woke up hearing the nobles shouts and he groaned in pain and looked around and saw Darianne there and frowned when he saw her tears. " Lady Dariaane" he whispered looking at her and reached for her hand but hestatied the words of the overseer still in his mind. " Are you hurt?" he asked looking at her a moment and coughed alittle and wanted to move but was strapped down and sighed. " I know I got you in trouble.... I'm sorry Lady Darianne..... I did so many things wrong in the market" he said looking at the cieling and he closed his eyes and felt his shoulder sting in pain and he knew they wouldn't give him pain medicine and he sighed and closed his eyes again.

Darianne smiled weakly through the tears."Im fine Tye...I-."She paused, she had promised herself no hysterics."Don't worry about the other nobles Tye.They've been mad at me before." Besides they won't kill me if I break the rules. she added mentally. Seeing him there made her feel very bad about herself.I could have prevented this... Its my fault he's hurt.She asked him another question to get that off her mind." Did the over seer yell at you?"

He looked at the ceiling again and felt rage and fury fill him and he clenched his injured arm his knuckles white, the viens in his neck were showwing and he calmed himself down before answering. " He did" he said and saw the overseer in his mind and he wanted to rip him to pieces. just you wait you *artard..... I'll do what you've done to me he thought still angry and he took in a deep breath feeling dizzy and kept his eyes closed for a few moments.

Her eyes went wide."I'm sorry Tye I didn't mean to upset you."She said, a little frantic. She was too mad at herself to be mad at Michael.Its all my fault! She thaught again,this time yelling at herself. She wiped her eys with the back of her hand.But silent tears kept coming." Tye if-.."She sniffed."If you want me to leave you I will....I....I don't want you to be killed because of me."

He looked at her a moment " Lady Darianna please don't leave.... I'm not mad at you I'm furious for what the overseer said even if it was true I still hate it" he said and looked at her and wanted to break free from the straps and wipe her tears but that would be touching her and he sighed and looked at her a moment. " please don't cry.... I hate it when people cry...... and it's not your fault it's my own I was the one that fell and scrabbed my arm that attracted the vampires...." he said to her and heard the nobles still agruing about Tye's faith and he rolled his eyes and sighed and looked at her and felt his shoulder burn in pain.

Darrianne did her best to ignore the nobles in the hall.She didn't want to hear the dicision.Knowing them it would be harsh and that would just make her feel worse then she already did.

"-maybe we should just send the boy off-." " Why would we do that? Its a waste of money."another voice cut in."We should let the vampires have him-"

Darianne put her hands up to her ears.She couldn't stand that anymore.After a moment she took them down.If its that bad for me its even worse for him.Besides I deserve it..." Don't blame yourself Tye." She had planned on saying something else but she lost her train of thought.She wiped her eyes again and did her best to stop crying.

Tye listened and sighed " It is my fault" he said to her and didn't want to hear the nobles yelling at each other and wanted to rip out his ear drums. " why are you crying?" he asked looking at her. " Can you undo these straps please I need to move my body beginning to ache horribly" he said to her and heard the nobles still agruing and looked at her. " Lady Darianne it's going to be ok" he whispered to her and heard the door bang open and some of the nobles came in.

" Slave" one said in digust " If you break anymore of the rules then the overseer is taking you back to the scum bucket you came from..... or give you to the vampires and that will be entertainment ideed..." hissed the man and he looked at Darianne. " Why are you crying over a peasant.... he's scum the subjects meant for our controll.... They think they can make their own decsions but they are stupid...." he hissed and reached for her hand. " leave the slave... there is a ball torommow night here and you will be attending won't you?" he asked looking at her a smile across his face.

Darianne looked at him in shock for a moment.She had forgotten about the ball.She wasn't going now and especially not with him. " Let got of me!" She pulled her hand away and winced when her bandage scraped against one of the straps.She tried to play it off."I have no intentions of going.Why should I?" She glared at him.

"You will attend the ball tomorrow night."He said angrilly."Or you can give up on seeing your slave at all."He smiled again, this time mockingly.

Darianne looked at him completely shocked.She looked from him to Tye and back again.She opened her mouth to say 'you wouldn't' but knew perfectly well that he would.She looked back at Tye.After a moment she stared at him again."How low are you willing to sink?" she shook her head.

Tye was looked at the man wanting to rip him to pieces and struggled against the straps and felt her skin against him and he froze and hoped the nobles didn't see it. He wanted to say ' Let go of her you slim ball. You can't force her to do anything she doesn't have to do anything that she doesn't want to do!' He just looked at them and saw the overseer smirking at the door and he glarred at him then looked at the nobles. They made his skin crawl and he wanted to protect Darianna. " Go Darianna.... I'll be ok" he told her.

Darianne stared at Tye for a while. First I nearly get him killed and now this.. She turned back to him with narrowed eyes. " Fine then I'll go".Darianne glarred at him.She didn't want him to think for one second that she was enjoying herself.

"So now you have to have the slaves permission?" He looked at her, disgusted."Your not coming back to see him". He grabbed her wrist , with no regard for the bite that his pup had given her and began to pull her from the room.

She tryed to pull away ignoring the pain. " Get off of me!" .Unfortunately he was stronger.I'm going to sneak back to see Tye....He can count on it...

"You have reversed roles Darianne. Your not going any where without one of us knowing about it. And as for you" He pointed at Tye."If we hear you were out of line,"He smiled."We will let the vampires use their imagination."

Darianne looked back at Tye, hoping he wouldn't blame himself for this.She would be back to talk to him about it.With one last look she was pulled out of the room.

Tye looked at her " Darianna!" he said trying to break the binds that held him and didn't have the strenght to move at all. He cursed at the lycans and felt fear rip through him as the vampires came into his mind and he shut his mouth wanting to get Darianna away from him. He sighed and closed his eyes after she had vanished from site and felt tears sting his eyes and he kept his eyes closed and heard footsteps and didn't open them and felt the overseer's chain around his neck.

Slave..... I can't wait to give you over to the vampires and watched them rip you to pieces..... to drain your your life inch by inch.... I'm sad I can't do it myself but it will still be most entertaining" he said pressing the chain harder to his throat making him choke then he saw the doctor about to come out of his office and he smirked at him and spat on the floor taking the chain away from his throat.

Tye wanted to shout in fury at the overseer and he coughed from not being about to breath well and he felt the pain start to go away and he saw the doctor putting painkillers in his iv. " thanks Doc" he said before slipping back into darkness the vampires that might kill him haunting his mind.

Darianne tiptoed around a corner.Her hair was in a bun with with curls spiraling down from the back.She was wearing a off the shoulder floorlength, green ball gown.She had a pair of silver pumps in one hand and was holding up her dress in the other.The ball had been murder for her.She thought about Tye the whole time.Even when one of the nobles asked her eagerly(sp) to dance.

"Just forget about it.He's just a slave.A few days from now, you won't remeber he existed." Darianne knew that wasn't true but she kept quiet.Right now she truly hated the other nobles.She snuck away after the second round of drinks.They wouldn't notice if she dissapeared for awhile.


They had added a gaurd to the hospital wing just in case something like this happend.He was asleep.It was after two am after all.She crept around him and pushed open the door.She made sure all of the dress was inside before closing the door , and then she cursed the nobles for making her wear it.She walked over to Tye's bed ,sitting her shoes down on the way over."Tye..?" she whispered."Are you awake?"She looked around nervously(sp).She wasn't sure if the doctor was there.

He was talking in his sleep his body twitched for a few moment then he heard someone break through the nightmares he was having and his eyes shot up and he looked around and saw Darianna and looked at her from head to toe and grinned to her. " you look like an angel" he told her with a smile and he saw the look on her face. " What's wrong?... " he asked looking at her. " The doctors a good guy he understands he's helping me with a plan.... He won't tell them, he gave me pain meds after you and the nobles left" he said to her and looked at her again. " You're going to get in trouble for being here" he told her and sighed and looked at her a moment and smiled agian.
