Lindsey walked in the kitchen humming as she looked around for something to eat, she tucked her brown behind her ears and she looked around the kitchen once again. " what to eat"

A servant entered the kitchen to get some wine, raw meat and blood for her master and she noticed that half of the meat was gone so she put down on a peice of paper that she needed to go to the market the next day and get more while her master was sleeping.

Darianne walked into the kitchen and sat down in a random chair.She was hungry but at a complete loss about what to eat.She picked up the note that the servant left and looked at it curiously.

Tye walked in the kitchen and wore the silver collar around his neck and looked around and saw a woman in the kitchen and bowwed to her. " M' Lady" he said politely and he avoided eye contact. His master had left him here at this castle because he just left one day and never came back and he was only 17 years old. Looking around the kitchen he saw dishs needed to be done and he began to do them. He had scars from whippings and beatings from his perivous master. He held in a sigh as he looked at the dishs and glanced at the woman and hoped she hadn't noticed and he went back doing the dishs.

"hello".Darianne was new here and was still having trouble with the idea of slaves.She had come to the castle after being on here own for a while.Here parents had tried to kill her.They would rather have their daughter dead than a Lycan.She put down the list and looked at the boy thoughtfully."Whats your name?"

He glanced in her dicrection but didn't look into her eyes, according to his old master he was scum and he was never equal to people like this lady. He was only eqaul to others slaves. " I'm Tye m'lady" he said to him and he bowwed to her and put his hands behind his back and shoulders straight and chin up and keep his eyes forward. He had learned all of this very quickly so he wouldn't get beaten. He had brown hair and hazel eyes. " Was there something you needed m'lady?" he asked politely.

"No I don't want anything , and you don't have to call me m'lady."She was suprised at how he immediatly went to attention.She noticed the scars that he had.Her eyes flashed angrily.These people are unbeleiveable. she thought.She got up and walked over to him her eyes still tracing scars.Finnally she spoke."Your master did that to you."It wasn't really a question.

He looked ahead still as he talked to her. " what do you wish for me to call you?" he asked and looked at her a moment and nodded. " yes he did I was disobeient and this is my punishment"

"You may call me by my name,Darianne."She shook her head in disgust and muttered to herself."..Punishment....like he's a child...."when she was done ranting she sat back down at the table and gestured for him to join her."I was about to eat something.Would you like to join me?"then she added."If your master asks you can tell him I ordered you to do it."

He nodded to her "m'lady I mean Darianne" he said to her and starred at her when she asked him to sit down with her. He was almost in shock. He had never been asked to sit down with a lycan. Never. He had been a slave ever since he was eight years old. He just stood in place a moment before glancing at the door and shrugged and looked at her. " what would you like to eat? I'll fix it for you.. I'll get in huge trouble if another slave comes in here and reports to the lord of the castle here that I wasn't preparing a meal or just a fruit for a guest here" he said to her still standing but near where she was but just not too close.

"Ok then."She thought for a moment."You can make......a grilled cheese sandwich."It was the first thing that came into her head."I would also like an apple."Normally she would have done those things herself,but she didn't want anyone being hurt on her account.

He nodded to her and began to make her grilled cheese sandwhich in a skillet and washed cored and sliced her apple for her and put all the slices on a plate and filled the sandwhich. " do u want peanut butter or carmel?" he asked looking at her in the eyes and looked down at the floor a moment then in her general dircction just not in the eyes again.

"No thankyou."It was odd having him not look her in her gold eyes.They are really hard on slaves here. She watched him make the sandwich with a far away look.

Once her sandwhich was done her put that on a plate and handed it to her and let the pan cool before cleaning it in silenliece and the he sat down across from her somewhat uncomfortable and glanced at her before he saw the list that another slave had left and he needed to go the market later and he yawned and covered his mouth and looked around. He was trained not to speak unless spoken too.
