I feel that this isn't professional, and in the end the group as a whole gets short-changed out of shitty ms paint drawings and essays. In conclusion, I believe not only should we be enforcing the registration requirements strictly, but we should also add some more creative ones, as I feel that the declining enforcement of registration rules may also be due to the fact that we've already read hundreds of essays and looked at hundreds of shitty drawings at this point.
