Snake (Alas no idea of his ID.. so this is fairly useless really I guess.. more of a warning for people) fellow who was accusing various members of hacking on other servers some may recall (Babylonian was his main target I think) .. came on TRR the other day.... continued whining, I asked him to quit it and play the game, he got annoyed, started F-ing and blaring and flaming.. and generally being the 13 year old kid he admitted to being.. then he thought it'd be funny to start knifing me when I was crouching and reloading (I was on his team) However he stormed off when I just grinned at him.. so hopefully he wont be back. If the forgiveTK thing does turn into a temp ban.. not sure how it'd go... you do accidently kill people with grudges sometimes.

TRR Private Group: Private Posts: 141 Member No.: 649 Joined: 29-December 07	is it possible that the tk-script changed during the last weeks? about a month ago i stopped the teamkiller at the spawnpoint so he couldnt hurt my teammates (not knowing that theres a tk-limit) and was banned for about 24 hours, but yesterday the kicked teamkillers rejoined (as jackx said, just kicked not banned) isnt it possible to make a voteban-script? i made a very good working system for my friend's DoD-Server (no script, just Rules, so that a teamkiller/wounder could be voted fair, not to easy and not impossible like when he needs 75% votes and not every player cares) if you like, I'll post it here. its very simple but tested and working ;-) This post has been edited by DirtyDietz on Jan 22 2008, 09:52 AM -------------------- FAP FAP FAP

Without immediate punishment the public feels they are unprotected. I feel This spawns more jerks. TRR Private Group: Private Posts: 141 Member No.: 649 Joined: 29-December 07	the last times i played were no admins around, and the tk-limit-kick doesnt do anything against these teamwounders, without a votekick theres nothing to do against them. maybe a little spawn-skipping or time-punishment for unforgiven teamkillers would be useful, like in Battlefield2 or Insurgency(HLmod). tks are to impatient to wait... but again no use against wounders -------------------- FAP FAP FAP

I suggest that as soon as we find the person who sprays them we perma-ban him. I caught one guy, told to Arque, think he took care of it, but then, again, I saw a swastika spray. I'll try to get a screenie next time I see it (hopefully I won't).
