Title: Replacement URL
Description: (You should read this)
Jackson - March 30, 2007 05:05 PM (GMT)
Since www.trr.org.uk has been down for a month, I took the liberty of registering a new URL as a replacement. (seeing that telling people to go to
http://z7.invisionfree.com/TheRoyalRecruit...dex.php?act=idx didn't work out too well)
http://www.theroyalrecruits.tk is now registered as a link to this forum. Unfortunately, the .tk means that there is a lot of ads on the way here. But - hey - it WAS free.
Spread the word, there is a new URL! As I won't be attending tomorrow I hope that someone reading this will remember to talk about it on tomorrow's practice.
CSM. Jackson
Edit:
The Royal Recruits owns the
www.theroyalrecruits.com domain so this can be used aswell.

Edit:
New domain and website:
www.theroyalrecurits.com/blog
-[TRR]- Lt. Col. MPC

That works; wonderful. :)

The only problem is that we have to use the URL at least 25 times a month if we want to keep it..
gRanTeLbArT - April 12, 2007 01:18 PM (GMT)
really? that is not so much of a pproblem, I will do it once right now, so in the worst case you will have to check our site 24 times until the end of this month
edit: its just for the forums? I use
http://z7.invisionfree.com/TheRoyalRecruits/index.php? for them and it works without problems (in FF, I have it bookmarked here), maybe it doesnt like the action that is in the end of your link in addition to the index.php? thing
Jackson - April 13, 2007 06:00 AM (GMT)
Yes, it's just for the forums, since www.trr.org.uk doesn't work. I think the rest of the site is purely on that URL, but the forum is on InvisionFree's server.
gRanTeLbArT - April 13, 2007 11:50 AM (GMT)
okay, but I got used to z7.invisionfree.com/theroyalrecruits/index.php anyway, I guess I could even memorize and type it in to get here if not clicking it in the bookmark panel was much easier, so for me it is okay

Jackson, did you know that you could remove all the adds? Check it out in the section 'my marketing' or something...
Jackson - April 21, 2007 06:34 PM (GMT)
Gurra - I couldn't find any way to remove the ads. Maybe I need to pay for the site?
PS. The threat of having the .tk deleted is almost non-existant, as I just found out. In April alone, there has been 222 visits on www.theroyalrecruits.tk.

Its my homepage and I enter the web alot more than 25 times a month...

I'd just like to apologise for not renewing it. I'd drifted away from BG a long time ago forgot about it, even though I was emailed about renewing it.

I've set up
http://trr.ubermensch.tv as a link to
http://z7.invisionfree.com/TheRoyalRecruits/index.php as well, the .tk one kept showing an overuse error.
Obviously anyone else is free to use this too.
