Basically got a new computer since the other one died...being too lazy to install FFXI and all those patches at the moment...so was wondering if anything new happened yet.

update today adding a new level syncing system so high-lvl people can xp with low level friends/jobs (gear will be toned down to rough equivalent of that level) armor adjustment also takes place when you enter level-restricted areas (battlefields, zones, etc)
ToAU Job AF2, AF+1, AF2+1, new Nyzul Isle WSes, campaign updates among other random things.

apparently DCs and EPs give better xp now but I haven't looked into the details of that.

-3 lvl gives 75exp

there was some craft-specific gear in the dats previously that had latents giving +craft skill, but the latent trigger was found to be not having synth support on?

hmm i never noticed that. The boneworker ones, give +1 bone skill but the latent is unlocked by being <60 and no synth support.

nah there was nothing interesting for crafters really.

well the foulard is a new possibilty to skill up cloth.


and all that stuff is used for upgrading AF so probably not a ton of profit there.

Hm...did they increase drop rate of stuff in dynamis at all? Or power up the Relic weapons any?

drop rate in northlands and cop zones has gone up. go to the bg forums and check out the dynamis thread.

for instance, the other day we did glacier, killed a mob rdm body dropped, killed the next mob, another rdm body dropped.

people are getting multiple rdm and blm hats in xarc.


on a side note DH, would it be possible for you to try HQing me some conte cosciales? =] given that I bring you all the mats?
