D Cash - July 29, 2006 11:11 PM (GMT)
yeah man do you have any plans for it? you wanna it ridding 9" higher? or 2" for the ground? and if your going for a off roader I would rino line the whole thing so it wont rust, and you can get colored lineing, I have seen a HUGE white chevy truck that is white rino'd and it looks awesome! just some ideas!

So, on the first lab day in auto, me and ben hacked off my muffler with a saws all and replaced it with some exhaust pipe bought from western auto. all in all it cost about 25 bucks. now it's straight piped and sounds pretty sick. ask anyone. i'll get picks of it up as soon as i can.

-dustin

oh and new paint job on the way, and new headlights

D Cash - September 2, 2006 07:24 AM (GMT)

Master C - September 2, 2006 07:56 AM (GMT)
i can always hope tho

dustinmiller - September 2, 2006 09:03 AM (GMT)
nah, the only way my blazer is going to be scrapin speed bumps is from hittin them way too fast. i'm gonna lift it eventually. i've got plans to paint it black. with a hammered look. and my headlights are blues, i thought they'd look nice on a black blazer. and i'm planning on getting a billet grille, and a brush guard. also, mud terrains, and a 3-4" suspension lift. i've got a leak in a vacuum hose right now. so i need to replace that, and i've got to get my new straight-pipe on there better, so i don't have to worry about it falling off whilst 4 bying. i'm hoping for just one badass off roading truck. then i'm planning on getting a nice car to save me some gas.

SlowBoyRacer - September 2, 2006 09:16 AM (GMT)
Dude we are hella good at custem exhaust. first day in the show we start hack shit with the sawsall and squire dumb ass though we were gona screw up or make it sound like shit but its beast. you need to get that paint and get it into the shop asap. i told my dad to get me a camra for my birthday so i think thats what im gona get so we can take picks

dustinmiller - September 5, 2006 06:22 AM (GMT)
i painted my grille black. it looks sick. i also put some touch up paint to temporarily cover up some rust around the grille.

so just got a new deck yesterday. the old one went to shit. stopped working after turning it up halfway, it would cut and and shit. my new one is an Alpine CDE something or other. totally compatible with iPod. it displays the entire ipod on the deck. i search through playlists artists songs and all that, on the deck. it kicks ass.

D Cash - October 8, 2006 02:33 AM (GMT)
Right on Bro I like it!

Alpine Baby!
Good Call!

:ph43r:

Master C - October 8, 2006 04:38 AM (GMT)
low end alpine is still better than most shit out there - good call bro

dustinmiller - October 8, 2006 11:18 PM (GMT)
so my deck, along with all my other decks, will not save info. it won't save the radio station i was on before, and it won't save any settings. it's retarded. any ideas?

jonsey - October 9, 2006 01:09 AM (GMT)
It must be your battery all the time wire. It has to be hooked up to something that has power when your vehicle is off. Just use a multimeter to find it. If you used the same wire (without full time power) as with all your other decks, it will never save any settings, no matter what deck you have. That should fix it.

SlowBoyRacer - October 9, 2006 04:04 AM (GMT)
That's exactly what i was thinking but i figured i'd check first. thanks

dustinmiller - October 9, 2006 03:09 PM (GMT)
that last post was actually me.

dustinmiller - October 9, 2006 06:22 PM (GMT)
repainted the tailgate and hood. didn't have time for anything else. when i get more money and a nice day, we'll paint some more.

ben helped, he has pictures of before and after. the hood looks fine, but a black tailgate on the car looks kind of goofy. it'll look fine when we get it all painted though.

enjoy.
