New Members need to read this, it explains why your account may not be instantly e-mailed back to you. We are sorry for this upset.

**We have, as of late, been hit with several attacks of spam. These topics are being deleted and threads should be back to their normal state (usually of inactiveness...) Do not be frightened of this, we will not cause harm to your computer or anything of this matter, it's just to makethe forum less crappy.

Rules:
1. No sexual jokes or mentions.
2. No racial jokes.
3. No Text Talk (LOL, g2g ect.), and try not to go overboard with 1337 Talk.
4. Type correctly, it won't kill you. This means correct grammar and spelling. If you have a GOOD reason why you can't follow this rule, tell an admin or mod.
5. No double posting, it's a warning and a merge at first, strike afterword. You can ONLY do this to bump a topic (do NOT bump a very dead topic), if it's your art topic (you can only do this with new work), or if no one has replied in two-three days.
6. No Flaming, ok. I don't care if you hate the person. Flaming will not be tolerated at all.
7. No spamming! We couldn't give a crap if you LOVEZ VECTORMAN or think SHADOW RULEZ! If you have two words and one sentence we couldn't care less.
8. Post in the right place!
9. NO advertising! None! We definately DO NOT want stupid post and threads on about YOUR forum. Take them elsewhere. This is ONLY allowed in signatures.
10. You are only allowed to have ONE account. If you tell us you have more than one accounts, we won't ban you. If you try to avoid a suspension or ban, all new accounts will be deleted and the old account will be permanently banned.
11. Do NOT backseat mod, or act like a mod or otherwise someone you're not.
12. Signatures can only be 250 pixels total. They also have to have a filesize under 250kb.


If you break a rule, you will get warned. Don't threat if you get one warning, but If the warnings build up, you get a Strike. Strike Two gets you a suspension. How long it lasts depends on the offense. Strike Three gets you a ban. Admin's and mods have the right to instantly ban people for severe rule breaking. Bans can be petitioned against after 2 months, The final decision falls to the admins.
