Ok, so I'll just explain specifically what happened recently. The names have been changed to protect the innocent, no animals were harmed, blah blah blah...
Alright so, there's this girl I had a "thing" going with for a short time. Let's call her Katelyn for the purpose of the story. So Katelyn and I have a thing going and we're excited for the first date on the weekend. 2 days before she changes her mind and wants to take a break with relationships for a while cause bad stuff happened earlier in the year. Skip ahead a little more than a month. It seems like she's been drifting away from me and getting hotter at the same time. I'm like FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU.
But eventually we become friends again, then good friends, then even better friends. On Friday, I started getting hugs from her again. It seems like Katelyn is fine now and ready to start over again. Then on Sunday, me, her, and a few friends are supposed to go to our friend's band's show and I'm supposed to pick her up along with my friends. I was thinking before the show I should ask her if she wants to start things up again.
Turns out she's sick that morning so nothing happened. Then, she's sick that entire week. Apparently, she comes back on Friday (didn't see her), FUCKING GREAT, SHE'S IN NONE OF MY CLASSES ON THAT DAY. Monday, I get excited that this is a good day to "re-ask" Katelyn. Halfway through the morning she's called down to the office to leave for the day. I'm just thinking "Well then, there's still tomorrow. :/" Next day, Tuesday, I get pumped to do it. I tell my friends at lunch that it's gonna happen. They get me excited and give me advice, you know. Class after lunch, I'm just like "OMFG YES next class, next class after this, it's about fucking time." There's an announcement: "DUE TO THE INCLEMENT WEATHER, SCHOOL WILL BE DISMISSED AT 12:30"
BULL.
FUCKING.
SHIT.
Then today it's a snowday so that's just causing more of a delay. I have not had a long, legit conversation with her since Friday of 2 weeks ago. Just small talk and a hug every day she wasn't sick. And this mega-cockblock is all because of her getting sick and the school being a complete pussy to snow (when we're known as the school that never gets snowdays) all in the same time-frame. Tomorrow is a new day and the schedule is perfect, so I'll see if this goes according to plan this time.

So you got cockblocked by a school. That's annoying. I've been cockblocked for six months by the psychiatric ward and health system in this country. Makes me want to kill people.
