Slowly and steadily, the small craft descended down and onto the southern side of the planet. The location was as good as any, and even though she was of the Sith, getting to the actual planet hadn't been too big of a deal, mainly because she made certain to avoid any hints of fleets, and she also used the three dimensionality of space to her advantage -- flying thousands of miles lower, than what would be the norm, which allowed for visual contact to be avoided with her craft. Using a slick, metallic substance on the actual metal of her ship allowed for many forms of radar locating to be bounced back, she took similar precautions against the possibility of sonar.

However, that meant that basically the only option she had, was to go onto the planet via the southernmost tip -- as she'd probably be spotted if she chose any other direction to go in. Though, she didn't see much need to hide herself amongst the crowd, mainly because there really wasn't any documentation of her ever being on this planet before, nor were her robes incredibly "Sith" looking, in fact, they just looked like fancy, red colored robes that any individual would wear.

Currently, her somewhat updated version of the Sith Infiltrator, was running on an auto-pilot based system. The ship wasn't exactly recognizable as a "Sith Infiltrator" right off the bat, as it had the outer appearance of a similar ship, though of different color and with a separate design to the cockpit, it being a bit more circular than the other variants that exist. Though, even if she somehow did end up getting spotted by some sort of patrol, and asked to land for whatever reason, she already had a rather delicate lie planned out in her mind. Hopefully, she wouldn't have to talk to any authority figures here -- especially since this was the Capital Planet of the New Jedi Order, at least, she was pretty positive it was.

As of now, she did know of a location where she could actually land her ship, and still be able to look casual about it. That small location, which wasn't that small in all honesty, was located pretty close to where she swooped in. In fact, she could actually see where it was from her location. Naturally, she called towards that particular hangar, requesting to land there. The response was a positive, which wasn't odd to her as the owner of the place was a family member, though a rather distant relative, who didn't really know about her involvement with the Sith, or why she was on Coruscant, or how she got a ship. The list went on and on, but those were the main few points.

After landing in the rather dinky hangar, which housed maybe a few other ships of varying designs, and of unknown origin. There were a few people milling about, though the Sith Apprentice made no mind of them as she exited her own ship, which looked to be a millenia ahead of whatever else was in the brown colored location.

As she got out, she did notice the dirt and grime the walls had collected over the years, hell, there were even cobwebs in most of the corners. Papers, bits of food, and all other manner of rotting material covered the sick smelling floors, and her feet made prints as she walked across the dirt covered ground. Her brother, Jayn, was up ahead, looking as if he had walked out of a wedding and into a trash dump.

"Jayn." She mumbled, her voice barely audible in the room. The fact that she didn't find him all too interesting was apparent, though, she didn't really care about how interesting her brother was -- she always remembered the guy as being a boring, dull, and over eccentric individual. The fact that he had allowed her to land here, wasn't much of a surprise, and now she knew why he allowed her to land for such a small fee. "You want something?" she added, thinking that her brother was interested in her ship, or something along those lines.

"No, no. Nothing I want from you, lil' sis." he responded, laughing a bit as he said that, "God, you look like you've gone to Hell and back." he added, noting the scars on her face, and the fact that the rest of her body was covered off by red and black apparel. The color scheme looked interesting, though it didn't exactly make his sister look all too "friendly", but then again, he didn't care all too much.

"Then I'll be leaving." she mumbled, already walking away from the guy, and towards the thick, steel door which was set in the grimy, dirt covered walls. Her brother just shrugged his shoulders.

"Be sure to be back around, before you leave." He responded, walking off to some deeper area of his small place. Anavrin just sighed, and shoved the dirt covered door open, looking out and onto the streets of Southern Coruscant. "This is going to be a suckish trip..." she muttered, pretty sure that going around the capital itself would be the best idea, though taking notes along the way wasn't all too bad either, as she didn't exactly know what kind of information was wanted.

Quickly, she headed off down the nearest road, the light from above illuminating her way in a golden/yellow light.

She walked down the long, busy streets, watching as vehicles of every make flew by. Most of the people seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere, which was irritating at times as they'd push you out of the way in order to complete their mental task. However, a large building up ahead caught her attention, and she supposed that starting there wouldn't be that big of a deal. So, quietly, she walked towards the large, white colored building.

Silently, she entered the building, looking about it curiously. The place looked like it was a library, which was actually where she supposed she should've started originally. "Now... what to look for..." she mumbled to herself, somewhat doubting that anything interesting was here, but looking for a map of the planet would be extremely helpful, especially with her knowledge of Coruscant.

Without making a sound, she went off to look through the shelves that were there, not really knowing where to start, but she had time, in fact, and she had a lot of time on her hands. "No... No, that's not it..." she mumbled to herself, being sure to not disturb others around her. She simply continued to push through the shelves, her eyes scanning for the particular thing she was looking for – which didn’t seem to be all too easy to find, in the first place.

Kuya scratched an itch in her hair as she poured over her latest mathematical conquest. She was, starting from scratch, trying to run the calculations to derive the equasions used in hyperspatial travel. She was close, but the variable gravity-constant constantly came out wrong in different ways. Without a consistent failure it was very difficult to find out why she kept getting the wrong result.

She chewed on one of her fingernails when she sensed something amiss. She lifted her head from her notes and looked in the direction that bothered her. A strange woman in red robes with midnight black hair was searching the shelves. But she wasn't normal. Her scarred face and the sense of darkness eminating from her set Kuya on high alert. She acted casual though, getting up and moving towards the math section which was close to where the strange woman was examinging shelves. Looking through the holographic displays she kept glancing discreetly at the mysterious woman.

She compared her height to the known height of the shelf and then figured in her body type to calculate her age. Taking careful note of how far her back slumped and the way her eyes looked as she skimmed over the volumes Kuya estimated her age to be roughly in her early twenties. The dark sense Kuya got from her was curious: As if the woman was very angry, but she didn't look it. It kept all of Kuya's concentration not to blatantly stare at her to try and get a better sense of her.

Anavrin moved her finger from one of the shelves, looking up a bit higher with a sigh. The whole process of trying to find precisely what she was looking for, was tiring and it was incredibly frustrating. It didn't take her long to begin to consider the alien idea of asking someone for help, but at least she wouldn't have to trek very far, as someone seemed to be rather close to where she was looking. Walking over to the mathematical section, she approached Kuya, though she had no clue who the individual was, nor did she care all too much.

"Excuse me." she started, mainly being polite due to asking for help, and being blown off for being "rude" would be pretty embarrassing, and she'd be no closer to her goal than previously. "I'm looking for a larger map of the area, but I can't seem to find it. Do you know where such a map would be?" she phrased her question with enough kindness to not stand out, and she mainly just hoped that she'd be answered quickly, so that she could move on and go find what she needed in order to continue this investigation, of sorts. Patiently, and quietly, Anavrin waited for a response from the other person, and if she was asked "Why?" she already had a few things to say.

Kuya almost panicked when she saw the woman looking at her. She forced herself to stay calm, a losing fight when she was approaching. She expected to be riddled with questions as to why she was watching her, being accused of spying, potentially put on charges of invasion of privacey.

What she hadn't expected, however, was for the woman to ask her a question.

"Excuse me," she said, rather politely, "I'm looking for a larger map of the area, but I can't seem to find it. Do you know where such a map would be?" The normalness of the question almost made Kuya do a double take and gape at her. But she manged to hold it together.

She reached out with the Force to attempt to sense any truth or lie coming up. "Yes, they would be in the Reference Section under 'Local'." Kuya said, "Would you like me to show you?" she asked, hoping to get a little more time with her, to grow used to her eddy's and ripples in the Force and perhaps get a better sense of this trange forboding feelign she got from her.

"It'd be appreciated; this place is larger than many of the libraries I'm used to being in." Anavrin responded, truth being to that, as the place was quite large to begin with, which made it an imposing task to actually go off and find something. She apparently didn't notice the scrutinizing of the other, nor did she care all that much. If anything, she just may have been impressed with the sheer size of the building's interior.

Quietly, Anavrin chose to wait, her eyes looking back to the shelves she was looking at before, curious to see if there was anything she had possibly missed -- as seemed to be the frequent case, whenever she went off looking for some particular bit of information. The fact that she seemed to be fiddling with her hands underneath her scarlet cloak, was apparent, but at most it was just something she did when pent-up with energy.

Kuya nodded and said "Very well, follow me please," She walked past her, noting the odd shuffling within her scarelt robes. What could that be? she wondered, A weapon? Is she armed and-.....no, stop Kuya. You're jumping to conclusions. Be mindful. Don't assume. she told herself.

She led Anavrin deep into the layers and pillars of the Library, taking the longest route she knew that wouldn't be easily identifiable as backtracking, wondering if this woman's true colors would be revealed. She kept her pace slow and unhurried, maintained a very patient breathing so as to not alert the other of her nervousness.

As she walked through the calming, familiar aisles, a few books caught her attention. "Pardon me a moment," she said, looking at one and taking it, "Sorry," she said, "But this is interesting." She continued to lead, stopping now and again for some books taht she had been thinking about getting later and, not wanting to waste a nice long trip through the stacks like this, she decided she could take advantage of this brief tour and grab a few.

Before long she had an impressive stack o fbooks in her hands that were getting rather heavy and hard to maintain balance. "Um, would you mind helping me carry a couple?" she asked, "And I'm sorry but I haven't gotten your name yet."

Anavrin didn't really understand this individual's love of books, having watched her grab so many. Part of her was curious as to what all of these were about, though she didn't think to verbally ask right this second. The entire, long, somewhat annoying trip didn't really seem to affect Anavrin as much, as the sights of the library, and learning where some other section were located was a handy thing.

However, when she was asked to help with carrying books, she didn't exactly want to assist, as that'd mean less time to spend in the section she was looking for, and a possible future liability, as far as her time was concerned. Though, she looked at Kuya and just said "Sure." She said that more as to not be a rude, pain in the rear who'd get ditched in the next few sections for not helping out. The other reason was that it'd also make the trip a bit shorter if she helped to carry the load, anyway.

Though, she was somewhat hesitant on the name question, mainly because she wasn't one to just give out her name to a bunch of random strangers, so she decided to go with a temporary alias. "Ciel, is my name." she stated as smoothly as if it were true, "What would your name be?" she then decided to ask, though she didn't care all too much as to what the answer was, just as long as she could call this person something, other than "Book lady."

Kuya noted a very slight hesitation in her response. So you are lieing about your identity, she thought. She now felt almost justified in her suspicions. "Pleasure to meet you Ciel," she said pleasently, "I am Padawan Kuya," She offloaded a couple of her books to Ciel, about half, then proceeded to take her along her makeshift maze of the library.

"So," Kuya asked, hoping to generate a conversation to help ease more information out of 'Ciel'. "Why are you in search of a large map of Corusant?" she asked as casually as she could muster. It seemed a rather standard question considering the request. "Are you a visitor here?" Perhaps if she knew where 'Ciel' came from she would have a better foundation for her worries.

After almost fourty five minutes of walking, Kuya knew she couldn't fake the trip any more and so led her down the final few ailes unitl they were on the 'local' area in the Reference section. The colorcoding scheme here was different from the math section, where everything was shades of blue. Here they were various shades of yellow, casting an almost daylight effect to the place.

Anavrin thought over the question a bit, more looking as if to prepare a response, versus something on the spot that may not make any sense. "Well, I'm mainly here because my brother works in the area, runs a rather... crappy little place, kinda thinks he needs some sort of cleaning crew. So, I basically haven't seen him for a while, so I just decided to drop by and... Well, that's about it. I mainly just want a map, so that I know of places to go and such, so I don't get stuck with everything he brings up... he has some of the worst ideas..." she muttered to herself, while shaking her head slightly.

The fact that the individual was a Padawan, didn't surprise her all that much -- on a planet like Coruscant, she did expect to run into at least one of the Jedi rank, and she also had a feeling that she'd end up running into a few others, along the way. However, she decided to ask a quick question, knowing that they had arrived at the section she had wanted to go to. "So, Kuya, are Padawan frequent around this specific area? Just wondering, really." she responded, though she didn't care so much if the response was something akin to; "I'm not at liberty to say.", as she had a fleeting feeling that this person didn't trust her that much, and why should she be trusted to begin with? She was only just met at a library, while wearing some... outlandish clothing, to be entirely honest.

However, Anavrin slowly drifted to some of the shelves, though she still waited for a proper response before venturing off too far, and the fact that she still held onto the half-stack of books, implied, to her at least, that Kuya wasn't about to leave.

Kuya considered her response carefully. She didn't detect deception in it. The little mutterings and some nuances she spouted had seemed authentic enough. This 'Cien' was a curious one indeed.

"Oh, a few," she opted to answer her question truthfully. "Some of us do intensive studying here. Not great numbers, mind you, but a few dozen maybe." It was starting to agitate her, this foreboding presence emanating from 'Cien'. She needed to know what about this woman was making her feel so odd.

"Do you need anything else?" she asked, "I could help guide you through the city if you wish." She was trying to put some Persuasion in her voice, but never really practiced with it so she wasn't too skilled at it yet. Her goal was to stay with this 'Cien' for as long as possible, to try and understand these feelings and to figure out just what was as out of place as things felt.

Anavrin considered the request, not really knowing why someone who seemed to be pretty busy, and cooped up in a library, would want to take out extra time to give her a "tour" of the area. However, she wasn't about to deny the offer, as it'd probably be more helpful than aimlessly walking about, while making mental notes on where everything was. Besides, talking and walking along with a Padawan may actually provide needed information, which may or may not be helpful towards the mission's ultimate goal. After a bit of thinking, and looking through the yellow marked shelves, she came to a conclusion.

"Sure, I guess that going on a tour with someone familiar with the area wouldn't be that bad of an idea." she said, though now, she was developing some suspicions about this "Kuya" person, more because she knew, from experience, that not a whole bunch of people with a lot to do, and a lot of responsibilities, would volunteer to give someone a lengthy tour in any location. However, Anavrin was able to keep this fleeting suscpision out of her countenance. "I'm just going to set all of this down... right here." She stated, putting the large stack of books she held, onto a nearby table. For now, she did still want to find a map, or some sort of reference about the area, so that she could go and look through it at a later date.

So, rather than leaving now, she just started to browse the many shelves that were in front of her. In order to keep track of where her eyes were going, she gently placed one of her gloved fingers on the shelf, and just lightly brushed it across the metallic surface. Her maroon colored eyes scanned over each, individual object as she looked for some sort of map. Eventually, after ten shelves, she did find the ideal thing, and currently grabbed the book off the shelf, and flipped through it for a few minutes. Then, satisfied, she decided to lightly put it on top of the half-stack she was carrying.

"Found something that'd work, as far as a map would go." She stated, heaving the stack of books up once again. "So now, I'm pretty much done here." she added, just in case Kuya asked if there was more, or something else that she needed.

Once 'Ciel' had found what she was looking for, Kuya stopped her own perusing of the books. Since they were in the Reference section she decided to grab a couple books on interstellar travel and galactic coordination. Now she had a small hoverdolly loaded with books for herself that, since she would be staying around 'Ciel' and showing her around the city, she'd have to have sent to her quarters in the Jedi Temple.

"Splendid," Kuya said honestly, "Then let us head for the check-out counter." Kuya led the way once again, being mindful to take a similarly long route so as to not make 'Ciel' suspicious of the long way to the Reference section and the short way back to the entrance. She was rather interested in her level of patience, since most beings would be annoyed or irritated at this point in such a long, rather meaningless journey.

At the check-out counter, Kuya filled out the form to have the books delivered. The librarian helping her recognized her and didn't ask the usual questions as to why she had so many books: Kuya was a frequent visitor of this library and had made such check-outs before.

Now free of her burden, Kuya led 'Ciel' back out the front of the library. "What is our destination then?" Kuya asked.

Anavrin hadn't cared much about the long journey; there had been plenty of things to attract her attention. She also didn't think that she was on a time limit, so the long, unusual journey through the library didn't make much of a worry for herself. At the check-out counter, she had simply watched quietly, only having brought the book she wanted after Kuya had finished up.

So now, when the two of them made it back outside to the actual "city" portion, Anavrin had just put the book she checked out into one of her inner pockets, not wanting to have to lug it around for hours on end. She sighed a bit, looking up and down the streets, though, eventually she registered that Kuya had asked a question, of what her destination was. For a few moments, Anavrin thought about it, and eventually came to an answer.

"Well... I am a bit hungry." she admitted, "So, anywhere that would sell food would do best for me." she finished, shrugging her shoulders a bit, in case a more specific "Destination" had been what Kuya meant -- as in, an actual name of a location she could possibly work with. However, Anavrin mentally shrugged at that thought, thinking that a question in that vein would be pretty odd.

Kuya had hoped that 'Ciel' would give up the location of her supposed 'brother' and then she'd be able to quickly separate the truths from lies of this woman. But her stating she was hungry seemed innocent enough. Kuya was also in a mood to eat now that she thought of it.

"Okay," Kuya said, waiving her hand in the air and hailing an airtaxi. She opened the door for 'Ciel' and letting her enter first. She moved in and sat beside her and told the driver to take them to the Array Cantina, a small diner that she enjoyed eating at.

Nodding, the driver took off. Kuya sat beside Ciel, still trying to get a better sense of her. She didn't stare at her though, her attention was on the outside of the cab, at the cityscape of Coruscant.

The rigid buildings piercing high into the sky caught the daylight like crystals, gleaming shades of red, green, yellow, blue, and various others in as many tones and hues. The multitude of airships, speeders, and spacecraft flying along at various levels on the pre-determined skylanes looked like so many colonies of ants marching along in file, all of them immersed in their day to day lives.

I should break up my daily patterns more, Kuya thought to herself as she realized that she was just as ant-like.
