I do have sites, but some of them have mature content, therefore I might be banned.
Tell me if you want me to describe...terms you might see on fanfic sites. Just a heads up in case you want to be aware. -------------------- |

*WARNING - EXPLICIT*
Fanfic - A story created by a fan of a particular topic. Many genres. Crossover - Mixture of topics (For example, a story of Inuyasha and, say, Yugi Moto) Alternate Universe - or AU, is another word for a spinoff of a series. Horror, Drama, Romance - You will usually find well-written fanfictions here. Well developed plot and characters. Good reads if you look carefully. Mecha - Having to do with machinery (Gundam, Robotech, etc.). Hentai - Translated, literally meaning "pervert." Also called ecchi. Most of the time, it's about mindless sex. Sometimes, however, there are well-written ones (Romeo and Juliet). Descriptive/Non-Descriptive Hentai - Descriptive meaning that the sexual intercourse is thoroughly described, all parts included. Non-Descriptive just states that intercourse is under way (For example, Debbie had hawt buttsecks with Dallas. She left after that.). Lemon - A general term to alert the reader that a fanfiction contains scenes of sex, may it be descriptive or non-descriptive. Yaoi - Male sex, again Des. or Non. Des. Yuri - Lesbian sex, again Des. or Non. Des. Beast - Animal and human sex. Don't touch these, it's disgusting. Lime/Fluff - Kissing and touchy feely. Always Non Des., and are often very well-written. Action/Adventure/Fantasy/ - Different Genres. One-Shot - All about sex. Darkfic - Very Descriptive, often with rape, torture, slavery, and bondage. More to come. -------------------- |

I think this is borderlining the rules.

My exact intention.
UPDATE: Hold on, when did we ever outline any rules on what was "appropriate or not"? Which is why I hesitate to expose you people to things that you probably would find offensive, yet you seem so inquisitive I usually give in anyway. Besides, you guys are hardly the epitome of naivety, and when does the fanfiction in anyway express nudity of scenes of sexual intercourse? I believe when we watched Deuce 2, you didn't seem perturbed at the weather woman to the point where you could've left the theatre. Don't patronise me with your standards of morality and views, I am sick of people's hypocrisy, and I'm disappointed that you cannot look beyond literary fiction. Emphasis on "fiction." I'll come back when the members of this forum actually grow some balls and shed their act of innocence. Welcome to the real world, dipshits. It ain't so clear cut as you thought it was, wasn't it? Goddamn, I didn't think I signed up to a forum that was inhabited by mindless buffoons. -------------------- |

*Hey look at me, I'm actually doing some admin-ing*
Okay. On a serious note though, I do not exercise or believe in censorship. If you have something to express, that's why we have a forum in the first place. The Squirrel Haven Administration will not squelch on your freedom and rights provided to you by Canada, especially your freedom of speech. What I request, is some sort warning of some sort at least, like spoilers. Not everyone here shares the same views about everything and I expected something about appropriateness or how much freedom you can express. As long as you can express your thoughts/opinions/rants/****/etc., others can as well and you do not have the right to censor them. Even I can't. I can only stop people from hearing you, but I can't stop you from saying it. So to exercise my right to stop certain people from not hearing what you have to say, I suggest you to put a warning for any questionable topic. The warning should be placed in the subtitle, so people can see it without clicking on the topic. Any comments/flames/etc are welcome. |

Wow, I think that was the first time Gab has gotten mad on this forum...In reply to his rant, maybe some people act innocent for the benefit of those who they know are more innocent than they are
P.S. Innocence is overrated! -------------------- Carpe Noctem!
