As the lawyers and judge Kayla, Caitlin and myself have discussed the custody case of Castiel. We've come to the conclusion that it will more than likely be a joint custody deal between Sam and Dean, but because Sam is no longer hunting he will more than likely have the more stable home environment. So, it is more than likely Castiel will be living with Sam, and Dean will get him on the weekends and most major holidays. Even if Cassy doesn't like it it is for his own good. We must think about what is best for him.

C-class Group: Mazoku Posts: 592 Member No.: 918 Joined: 19-December 07	After hours of deliberation Caitlin and I, though representatives of Dean(her) and Sam(me), have decided that in the best interest of Castiel, being placed in the care of either Winchester would be unacceptable. So, in his best interest and to make sure he gets not only the flatbread he needs, but also the proper care we are granting custody to Ellen Harvelle. We've come to the agreement that though Mrs. Harvelle has become nomadic, which was one of the issues faced when considering placement of Castiel, she is far more mentally stable than either Winchester, which is a greater concern. Both Dean Winchester and Sam Winchester will have regular visitation rights, as granted by the state(meaning any time Cassy feels like popping in). With both parties satisfied, the ruling stands. The case is dismissed and custody of Castiel goes to Ellen Harvelle -Koto 'Sma Wesson' Davis Namutsu ------------------- We seriously have been discussing that since thursday. As of late I've been watching the episode 'Monster Movie' a lot. I don't know what it is but I freakin' love that episode. Dean is just hilarious between big pretzels and his being re-hymenated. He looks so scandalized when he found out Sam saw the new "raiders" movie without him. Sometimes he is just incredible entertaining.

Personally, I want to see the ghostfacers. I miss A.J. Buckley. Also, I'd like to see a few new hunters, preferable some nice kick ass female hunters. At least one. Ellen is pretty kick ass, but she wasn't originally a hunter, she said so. Most of the characters I'd like to see come back are dead. and bad guys. But Meg came back, so that was cool. And she's still around.

Dean is definitely no role model not to mention he's prone to violent out bursts. And Sam is a recovering addict, while he proved himself to be coming along well by spitting that blood at that dick hunter, we still can't confidently put Castiel in Sam's care either. Not in light of what Lucifer has presented us with. So, no. We can't trust Dean. We can't trust either Winchester.
