Yep and IMO it is better than the original, though I do miss the cheesy dialogue like the Jill sandwhich moment etc.....Long live Barry!

I prefer the darkness in REmake....the mansion in the original was too bright which didn't make it scary...not that the RE games are all that scary anyway (I'm brave me biggrin.gif )

Personally, I thought the Mansion in the original was much scarier. There were less paintings, and the walls were more barren, because of it. For whatever reason, I find bare walls to give it an eerie feel, but that's just me. The dialogue with the original is probably what made it seem less scary, it gave it a comical feel. >.>;

I love Barry, he's an awesome character and doesn't get enough respect, he's one of my two favorite characters from the series. : )

Barry is too nice to be hated.....he rules. There was no way I was going to let him die during my playthrough.

I didn't realise how young and weird Wesker sounded in the original. His is much better in this one, but then so are all the voices pretty much xd.gif

2._laugh.gif, actually, I noticed the last time I was playing Rebirth that during a few parts Wesker sounds very ... um... dorky... Not sure that's the right word for it.. but he sounds... odd. Not like an evil sadistic traitor. I guess it is true that Richard Waugh really is the only one who can make him sound like Wesker. xd.gif
