Article I: Governing
A. Posting on any forum is a privilage, not a right.
B. You agree to obey the verdict of all Moderators and Administrators by registering for this forum.
C. By violating rules or guidelines, you acknowledge that your posting may be restricted or your account banned.
D. If you believe a Moderator has exceeded their authority, you may contact an Administrator about the matter.
E. The verdict of an Administrator is final, and may not be appealed.

Aticle II: Posting Ettiquette
A. Spam is tolerable only in the Phaenixer's Jabbering section and the Troll Happy Fun World section.
B. Topics posted in the wrong section will be moved. If this becomes a problem, a 10% warning will be administered.
C. Off-topic posts will be deleted except in Spam topics. If this becomes a problem, a 10% warning will be administered.
D. You agree not to post anything pornographic, racially or sexually intolerant, or inappropriate for young viewers.
E. By registering, you agree to post at least once a month. Failure to do so without viable cause for absence will result in the deletion of your account.
F. Before you post in OOC forums, you must post a character in the Coming of Eight section.
G. You agree to avoid the use of racial and sexual slurs in OOC topics. Violation of this rule will result in a 10% warning.

Article III: Roleplaying Ettiquette
A. Before you post in the Songs of the Kai section, you must register a character in the Coming of Eight.
B. All characters must follow proper format or they will not be reviewed.
C. Ask via PM before joining an existing story. Many authors prefer not to have new people randomly join in their roleplaying and writing. Failure to follow this rule will result in a 20% warning.
D. Use of any NPC or PC without prior consent from both an Administrator and the creator of the character will result in an account suspension for three days.
E. Character Sparring should be done in the Phaenixer's Jabbering forum.
F. In spars, god-moding is strictly prohibited. If you are against a God-Moder, issue a complaint to an Admin to rectify the situation.
G. Out of respect for other posters, multi-post only in solo stories. This is a warnable offense if it is repeated.
H. Out of respect for other posters, make all roleplaying posts at least 100 words.

Article IV: Power to the People Section
A. Do not spam here. Posting rights will be restricted if you do.
B. Personal attacks are absolutely unacceptable. Your account will be suspended for six days.
C. All information must be backed up with sources. It is preferrable that this is a link, but if you give the location within text, that is also acceptable.
D. The SoI Administration reserves the right to restrict any member from posting in the political section for any infraction of rules. We do NOT want this section to go to hell!
E. An attack on a politician is not a personal attack. I dont care if you insult politicians. They are not members of this board.
