If I'd use US paygrade systems for US only, it would mean I'd have to include paygrades and ranks for all other nationalities of every other member too, creating 80 layers of text for every nation.
The PSD is currently set up for the making of ID cards as rapid as possible, where the only large chunk of work is placing in new National seals, national armed forces and the avatar when neccesary. Everything else is just selecting the right layer  .I've been working on an editted version where the seal opacity is raised with 5% but shrunken a bit. The changes aren't really that noticeable unless you keep the versions next to each other, but I think they look even better now .Wait for an update in the coming hour or so.
