Miley was finding a place to give her kits a nest for a while. She came to a place called Sunning Rocks. She found a place just big enough to squeeze in and went in. She got up to kill a mouse and find some moss. When she had eaten and found moss, she made her den and went in to rest. When in she turned to her kits and thought op names for her two males and two females. She named the white female Snow and her tabby brown female Flower. Her gray male with white spots Gray and her tabby Soldier. She heard a cat outside and sprang out of the den fiercily. She felt her hair stand on end and hissed at the intruder.

Shiningmoss lniffed the air and smelled an intruder. Her fur instantly flew up and she was about ready to look for it when she saw the intruder come out and poked her head out.

Miley saw the she cat and snarled. She wouldn't betray her fear and let the kits know she was scared. She told her kits to stay there and she would be right back. She went out and snarled to the she cat "get out of my territory and I won't give you a scar to remember me by."

Shiningmoss hissed back "you are in our territy so get out and I won't have to teach you how to stay out of other clan's territory. On the inside, Shiningmoss was a little frightened of how this loner was facing a warrior like this and how she showed no trace of fear.

Miley was not going to give up so easilly with her kits in the den. She said "you leave me and my kits alone and tell your clan to stay away from here or I will claw their fur off".

At the word kits, Shiningmoss's ears pricked up. Shiningmoss said in a friendly voice "your kits won't survive out her, come back with me to our camp and stay in the nursery.

Miley thought it was a trap. She sprang at Shiningmoss and clawed at her ear. Shiningmoss let out a hiss of frusteration. At that moment, a kit poped her head out of the den and screamed. Shiningmoss turned her head and said "go and get to your kits and see if they are ok and then come back with me to my camp. That is not an option, that is a command". She went in and got a kit from the scruff. The she cat started squirming frantically in her mouth.

Miley didn't trust this cat enough to let her walk with her kit in her mouth without being beside her. She went and got Snow. She told Gray and Soldier to follow her. Flower was with Shiningmoss. The whole way to the camp, she kept her eye on Flower.

At camp, she showed Miley the nursery and put down Flower so she could follow her mother into the nursery. She then went into Stripestar's den to make sure it was ok for Miley to be here.
