THE RULES - Ver. 3
1. Alright, the first rule I will lay down is that, though this may sound weird, I will only give a mod/Admin position to someone that I know personally. The reason is that I'm a member of another forum where one of the mods went corrupt, started to ban almost everyone, and took over. The situation is resolved by now, but even so, I'm still shaking.
2. There are no word filters enabled, but keep in mind that it is entirely possible for ten-year-olds to join, so curse responsibly. Also, ANY flaming will result in a warning, ten of which and you are banned. Flaming of a particularly despicable nature may result in two. 3. Double posting? Try to avoid it where possible, but there is no penalty. 4. Anything sexual beyond hugging or kissing will have to be removed (I am required by law to do this) and may result in a warning. 5. Anything duragatory or insulting qualifies as flaming, but you knew that. Just don't flame, man. Don't do it. Also, being rude to any mod/admin will not be tolerated. (You can be a little rude to me, though, I'm a fun-loving guy.) 6. Try to make your posts mean something. I will not punish anyone for spam, but stay mostly on topic so I don't have to change this rule. 7. Do not make posts in a thread that have the effect of "WTF is this stupid thread supposed to be about anyway?" These posts embarrass thread starters and usually require action to correct. As a corollary to #7, do not drag a thread such as one about a video or piece of artwork unless the function of a thread is to post videos related to the subject of discussion. If a thread is posted about one thing, like a particular person's artwork or a video, make a new thread for your own related subject. If a thread is meant to be a conversation about a variety of related things, then you may post related items. Maintain politeness and courtesy in all your actions, and consider your posts carefully before you make them (I.E, will this detract from the thing he posted?) This is especially important in the creativity corner. Imagine someone else taking their writing and posting it in a thread about yours. 8. Enjoy yourself within these rules, and we'll get along fine. Violate them, and there will be conflict. I'd rather not inflict that upon InvisionFree's fine servers, so behave yourself.
