Sora and Riku had defeated Xemnas, the rumour spread across the planets and they rejoiced at the fact that they had been saved from merciless Organization XIII. The heroes finally returned to their home world of Destiny Island after their gruelling adventures. When they returned, the bond between the three of them was much stronger and they were much closer. But it is a well known fact that there can’t be light without dark. And so, a new threat revealed itself to the repairing universe.

As the Darkness began to spread across the worlds again, the heroes on Destiny Island were not aware and suddenly, it was up to others to protect the worlds. From world to world, new Keyblade Wielders arose and they fought with all their spirit and heart to cleanse the troubled worlds. And after years of hard work, grand battles and terrible loss, the darkness was sent back to its hole and commenced licking its wounds.

Years passed and peace became glorified in every corner of the universe, what happened to the previous Keyblade Wielders, no-one knows, but they seemed to vanish, as if peace had consumed them.

After some time, there were distorted murmurs about large numbers of Keyblade Wielders across a few worlds, the strangest part to these tales was that these Keyblade Wielders were caught in battle, constantly fighting with no apparent care for those caught within their battles. Many innocent people had died across a number of planets. It soon became apparent that these were not just rumours and did not take long for people to find out what these factions were. It appeared that these Keyblade Wielders were not all human. No, two thirds of the combatants were Heartless and Nobodies. The final third were actually human Keyblade Wielders and they were fighting desperately to defend the numerous worlds from the mass invasion and suffering taking place.

Little did the worlds know that a war, greater than the first Keyblade War, was arising amidst all this fighting. Small groups from each race were recruiting others who hadn’t already taken a side. Without warning the war began and worlds everywhere were decimated under the pure offensive force of all three sides. Some worlds were left on the brink of nothing whilst others were totally destroyed in the war. Time passed and eventually all three sides came to a mutual peace agreement.

Years on and the worlds have recreated themselves to be better and more homely than before. Peace has swept over the world but war is on the horizon. The three sides have found a reason to hate each other now but nobody knows what these reasons are but the tensions are rising. Worlds are oblivious to this rising war but scattered around the worlds are a number of human Keyblade Wielders who are trying to prevent this war from happening.
