Clock Tower

As the pirate ship makes its circular route around the skies above the city it occasionally passes the large clock tower. On the higher level there is a stairway leading up to the bell which hangs atop the tower. Every hour it would chime equal to the hour it was. It has been rumoured that occasionally ghosts were seen floating around the clock tower.
