Second Ruler of Asgarth Group: Admin Posts: 61 Member No.: 2 Joined: 28-April 04	Team: Gaea's Children Mr-super-rpger-drach: All who participate please post your characters here even if it's in the "Hall of warriors" If your not in either one of the teams ask God about joining the "Evil bastards" (Frenzy and I named it that way sinc ethey haven't thought of one themselfs) Here's my char. Characters can be posted untill next week 16-June-2004. After that if you haven't posted your character or your not part of either team you can't join the battle anymore. (there has been plenty of time for God to gather a team and make chars Frenzy and I won't wait forever) Characters posted will be revieuwed and (dis)approved by me and God. I will also copy all characters posted so none can be edited during the battle. I only joined this forum for a single rpb and here�s the char I�m gonna use. If I later decide to join more rpb�s / orpg�s I�ll post chars for them as well. RPB and ORPG This char is meant to be used in different time settings and has different forms I�ll make a discription of each for and time setting. Don�t asume anything when RPBing against this char. If you think you know what she can because of story�s about werewolfs forget it since I made the rules to my liking for this char and not always will it be an average werewolf (note the 5 different forms wich isn�t common in most werewolf story�s). If in doubt ask me and I�ll tell how it works for my char. Human Name: Failces Veras Wolf Name: Hunts at Dawn Race: Werewolf Class: Greater Werewolf Age: about 10000 years Weapons: Depends on form and time setting Height: Depends on form Weight: Depends on form Armor: Depends on form Eyes: Yellow with a slight trace of green. Hair: Depends on form Appearance: (there are 5 forms Failces can use more detail about the difference later the names of each of these forms are taken from the game werewolf the apocalypse but the werewolf is not any char from that game.) Human form (homid) fantasy/medieval setting: In human form Fialces is 1.60 meters tall and has long black hair that reaches to her back. Failces could be considered a beautifull women though she�s not so beautifull that she stands out in any crowd. Failces appears to have an age of 20 years perhapse some more. Failces wears leather armor covering her chest, legs and arms. She wears metal gloves and metal boots. Failces wears a black cloack she that has a cap she can pull over her head to hide her face and it can completely cover her body and weapons exept for an big 2 handed axe that hangs on her back. Failces looks completely like a normal human exept that her eyes are awfully yellow for a human. Failces can�t be recognized as a werewolf by anymeans untill she reveals her true identity. Her weight is 70 kilos Glabro form Medieval setting: (all changes are compared to homid) This is the second form of Failces. In this form she grows taller and her face begins to look more bestial as well as there starts to grow hair all over her body. The hair on hear head will show slight traces of grey. At the same time the hair on her head becomes shorter. When Failces wears her cloack with her cap ove rher head it�s still hard to notice that she not more then an ordinary human (exept if you seen the transformation. The clothing changes slighty when she takes this shape. Her cloack get bigger took keep her body concealed. But the leather vest becomes smaller and leaves her stomach naked and mainly covers her breasts. The leather pants take on the size of her now longer and stronger legs. The metal gloves and boots disappear and are replaced by black leather ones. Also her weight increases to 110 kilos and her height to 2 meters. Crinos form medieval setting: (this is the all know werewolf form half werewolf half human) In crinos there is no doubt about Failces true identity as a werewolf. All clothing and weaponry disappears as she has no more need for them. The only weapons she needs are her claws and teeth. Failces doesn�t use this form for anything other then fighting but in this form there is not much she can do besides that. The if the axe would have remained it would have seemed like a childs toy in the enormous claw that isn�t meant to hold items like humans hands. Basicly in Crinos Failces seems to be a half wolf and half human with the intelligence of a human and the sences of a wolf making a deacly combination. Failces breasts disappear and her entire body is covered with black and grey fur. Her height is increased to 2.65 meters (she still stands on 2 limbs) and her weight is increased dramaticly to 210 kilos. Her body looks very musculair the muscles seem to expand even more whenever Failces uses them. The overall appearanc eis very scary and most creatures in the right mind flee rather then risking fighting Failces (this doesn�t effect rpb chars) Note: Failces gets a tail in this form Hispo form medieval and modern: (more wolf less human. Changes compared to Crinos) In this form Failces becomes more wolf then human (kinda the opposite of Glabro) she no longer stands on 2 limbs but all 4 of them. She gets smaller and she almost looks like a normal wolf besides the fact that she�s still big and her chest is to way big compared to the rest of her body. Failces skin is now completely covered with fur wich is almost completely grey exept for a few spots of black including one on her forehead. Her length is now from tail to nose 3 meters (lbecause of tail) and her weight decreases to 130 kilos. Lupus form medieval and modern: (all wolf) This her Failces wolf form she looks just like anyother regular wolf and NO other then (were)wolfs could identify Failces as something other then wolf. Her fur is now completely grey and there is little more to notice about her other then her length from tail to nose is about 2 meters and he weight is reduced to 75 kilos. Homid form Modern time: (human) Failces appearance in has some ressmblance with her medieval appearance how come none really knows perhapse she liked her appearance the wat it was and never thought of bringing major changes to it. She still looks like 20 years old. Failces wears a bullet proof vest and black jeans. The vest is covered by a black trenchcoat that covers her chest and arms but is open at her legs so she can move freely. Her hair is still the same black colour and now hangs in a pony tail on her back. And her head is covered with a black cowboy hat that is placed just above her eyes so you have to duck to get a clear look at her face. Failces also wears sunglasses to disguise her yellow eyes from others and she has put on black lipstick. Height 1.60 weight 70 kilos. Glabro form modern time: In glabro she gains her height of 2 meters and increased weight. The bulletproof vest takes on the size of her chest just as all other cloathing. Because of the hat and the sun glasses Failces still looks sort of human to most people exept for those who are suspicious and have a reason to be so. All with all not much can be noticed about Failces. Crinos modern age: Mainly the same as in the medieval exept that she now carry�s a weapon. Wich is a sawed of shotgun that is much bigger then any other shotgun and costum made to fit her hands(claws). And a belt with bullets for it. Hispo and Lupus: see medieval Homid Future: Failces still looks 20 years old in the future but with the development of medicens people have almost achieved imortality. The death still can�t be raised but all deseases and virusses are cured by nanobots. People basicly die by accident or when someone kills them. People no longer care about someones age though Failces still is older then any normal human. In this age Failces is pretty know in the world as one of the best martial arts fighters ever though many distrust her because of a lack of documents/records about her. With her job as profesional fighter comes a suit worn only by fighters. Hers is completely black showing she�s one of the best with white borders that all suits have. It kinda like a modern age formal suit for men though it doesn�t look bad on Failces. Failces still has yellow eyes but with the surgery eyes can have any colour in this age. A strange thing about her is a gold with metal belt wich seems to have electrical devices build into it. The belt has a long crystal knife hanging on it. Failces hair is still in a ponytail on her back and she wears black leather gloves. Size and weight same as medieval and modern. Glabro Future: The difference between homid and Glabro is much bigger then in the other time settings. Failces completely changes her cloathing into a back night suit. Her size and weight change the same as in other ages. She loses all weapons but because of experience Failces seems to have no need for them. The only thing that Failces mauntains is her belt. She does gain a katana that rests on her back. Crinos future: Her crinos form is much like in the other time settings exept that the belt is still there. Hispo: Failces hispo form is different from the others as now it seems to have mechanical implants including on making her teeth from adamantine and servo engines at her limbs. And the belt is still there. In this time such a creature is also not something that impresses everyone as with genetical engineering al kinds of guard beasts are created to protect govermental secrets. Failces isn�t one of them though but she could be in the eyes of humans of this age. Lupus: same as modern and medieval all implants disappear. History: Fialces is a werewolf so first I will explain more about werewolfs before starting Failces personal history. Werewolfs are among the most ancient of creatures. They existed since the first humans came in contact with wolfs. How they came to existance none knows for sure perhapse some power mixed the 2 species with each other but there is no telling. What is known is how other werewolfs come to existance. Not all people can become werewolfs to become one you need to be choosen by nature (no god can desides this. Natural order selects the choosen) But still they won�t become a werewolf unless they are bitten by one and survive the process of changing at the first full moon. Werewolfs hate vampires because they are evil and oppose nature itself. Some even think that werewolfs were created to hunt creaters such as vampires. In general werewolfs are stronger then vampires but vampires can reproduce faster then werewolfs and therefor are stronger in numbers. Werewolfs are pretty rare to find as the chance of one being created is small but they are among the stongest of creatures. Besides vampires, werewolfs hate demons and sometimes angels. The reason werewolfs hate angels is because they often have habbit to intervere with the buisnesses of nature and that�s not something they should. As long angels don�t mess with nature they have nothing to fear from werewolfs but if they do it�s likely that they�ll be hunted down and killed. Werewofls are feared by normal humans but humans fear all that�s different from them including vampires and angels. One thing that often occurs when they see a werewolf is that they don�t believe what they see and if the werewolf manages to disappear before the humans can check their not dreaming they�ll think they were just delerious and forget about what happened. Werewolf exist though all ages and due to their ability to appear completely human. A few werewolfs always keep themselves hidden to ensure the survival of the race. Werewolfs don�t age but through time they have learned how to manipulate bureaucracy to hide their true age. Failces was born in a time there wasn�t even a writen language she was named Failces by her parents and grew up as a happy young girl. At the age of 17 something strange happened a man entered their village and he seemed strange, he had yellow eyes and seemed as if he had lived in the woods all his live. Most villagers kept their distance but somehow Failces was drawn to him. At that time she didn�t know she was a choosen one to become a werewolf but she would find out soon. After a few days the Failces was alone fetching water for her family she picked up the bucket and turned around and saw the man standing one feet in front of her. He had come there without making one sound. Failces was scared but the man spoke gently to her and explained that she was a choosen one. Failces didn�t believe him and tried to run away from the man but a hit from his fist knocked her out. By the time she woke up she was in the middle of the forest with a serious bite wound in her shoulder, Failces stood up and saw a wolf on her right. Failces was scared but it seemed to be asleep and she tried to get away from it a soft as possible. As she looked up through the trees she saw that night was coming and there seemed to be a full moon. Failces walked in a random direction hoping she would encounter something that would give her a clue on where her village might be. Then she entered an open place in the middle of the forest and looked up. She now stood in the light of the full moon and she could feel herself changing. Her arms became stronger and hair started to grow all over her body. It didn�t take long before she reached her Crinos form. Failces was confused and didn�t know what was happening she did smell something familiar. It was her own house, from deep inside the forest she could sense her home and she started to run towards it with a speed she didn�t knew she had. Then she reached her home village, she walked into it and heard a scream. One of the elderly women had seen her and the giant beast had terrified her. Soon people came out of their houses to see what happened some of them carrying sticks and heavy objects to use as weapon. They started to throw rocks at Failces who tried to tell who she was but was unable to use normal speech just growls. Failces realised that she couldn�t stay and fled her village. She hoped that oneday she could return but she also had heard some of the people scream that she was the beast that must be responsible for Failces disappearance. Failces knew that there was no way for her to return and entered the woods in search of the one who made her like this. While searching for him she noticed that the bite wound wa gone and that she was less confused then before. Failces stopped and concentrated on how she once was before the change. Slowly she started to change back into a human but without clothes. Failces saw she was naked and tried to think of a wolf. As Failces already expect she slowly changed into a wolf and now was able to run around without worrying about her clothing. Failces found the place where she had woken up and saw the wolfs was still there. Just by looking at it she knew that that wolf was the man that had turned her into a werewolf. Failces jumped at it but the wolf that seemed to be asleep got up and jumped away with incredible speed and agility. The wolf spoke to her in wolf language: �Failces I�m not your enemy, if you really want to fight me go ahead, but it�s not your destiny to fight me as I will surely kill you. I�ve made you a werewolf because you�re choosen to be one not because I wanted to. I just do what I must I ask of you to go into the woods there is the rest of my clan they�ll tell you what your purpose in live is. Failces knew it was futile to fight this major change in her live and did as she was told. She found the clan and they told her that her destiny was to fight evil and to leave live beyond mortal measures. Failces agreed to fight with the other werewolfs and her live as a werewolf warrior started. Failces learned quick and soon she was one of the stronghest of the clan. Failces didn�t live amongst them all the time. Most often she could be found among humans learning from them as wel. Failces learned how to read and write and ages past quickly for her. Then a war with a nest of vampires began Failces and her clan killed all of them but suffered many losses. Failces was the eldest of all the remaining werewolfs. Fortunately they found a different clan and Failces was allowe to learn from their elders so she could lead her own clan with wisdom and power. Failces learned how to shifted directly between forms and how to keep her clothes when changing forth and back. She laer learned how to use earth magic and last how to travel between world by the use of some realm called the shadowlands wich were full of danger but allowed her to travel anywhere she liked. Failces lead her tribe and all was well for a long time. Failce became older but didn�t age. She was involved in many conflicts and at a sertain moment she was the only living member of her clan. Failces was already a greater werewolf and the eldest living werewolf on the world and with her live she had lost so many clan members that Failces decided to never create new mebers again. Instead she would fight alone against evil. This remained through the entire middle ages. Then times changed and humanity started to develop science at great speed. Failces found these interesting times and often helped humans with her knowledge she gathered through the ages. Then a time of darkness started. Vampires we�re more active then ever and evil seemed to be growing. This was known as modern time and failces played a dominant role in the defence against evil though none knew about it. Failces survived these times as well and lived a rather peacefull live for an other few centuries and one day she realised that she was probebly one of the eldest things alive and that no one ever heard of her. Nature was almost gone and all forests we�re now controled by humanity. The werewolfs didn�t have much to do as vampires were found out by humanity and almost completely annihilated. Failces decided that this world had nothing of interest to her anymore. She was already martial arts champion and no other then a few werewolfs knew how that was possible. Failces stood in the middle of her room and concentrated, then opened a gate way to the shadowlands and started to travel across time and space in search of worlds in need of assitance. From time to time she would settle down on a world untill she felt the need to move again. Weapons, magics and ability�s: Morfing: Unlike some believe werewolfs don�t need a full moon to change into their other forms. In fact it only makes it easyer for them to do such a thing. Failces can take anyform she wants and the transformation only takes a few seconds. She can change to any form for exaple she doesn�t need to take on Glabro form before going from human to Crinos. Each form has it�s own benefits. The changing of form can�t be stopped and Failces is capable of defending herself by dodging attacks durings the changing. (wounds are carried over to the next form) Homid: The human form, as humans are the dominant species of the world it�s handy to look like them. In this form Failces can use various items that she can�t in Crinos, Hispo and Lupus form. Failces strenght, speed and stamina are far greater then possible for humans even in this form wich can be considered her weakest. In this form Failces can easily lift and throw up to 400 kilos with one arm. She can move so fast that most humans would be able to follow her with their eyes. Glabro: This form increases the stamina, speed and strenght of Failces and she�s still capable of handling weapons and most items/objects. Though precission work can�t be done as her hands are to big to use fragile objects. In this form considered most usefull. All exept the most powerfull of enemy�s can easily be defeated in this form with barehands. Failces can for example lift 800 kilos with her bare hands. And is only her Hispo form is faster. Crinos: The most powerfull of all werewolf forms. In Crinos a single puch or bite from Failces is capable of killing very powerfull enemy�s and it goes right through armor. All physical attributes are high. Though speed isn�t at it�s max since the bulky body isn�the most agile or balanced. It doesn�t mean it�s slow but it doesn�t compare to the speed of the Hispo form. Hispo: Hispo is the fastest of all forms with her 4 legs Failces is capable of running like the wind and can easily walk faster then a car drives. Her agility is at it�s maximum as well and this form is mainly used for quick attack. One disadvantage is that her choices of attack are limited to her teeth and sometimesscratches with her arms. Lupus: As a werewolf you should be able to become a wolf right? And Failces can in Lupus form she�s just like an ordinary wolf and though her strenght and Speed are higher then that of her human form it�s mainly usefull for hiding from followers that are searching for a human. And ofcourse spending time with wolf friends. Ritual of matter changing: This ability is an ability Failces learned during her long live as a werewolf. It is an automatic ability and isn�t controled by Failces herself. This ability makes sure that her clothing changes or disappears when she changes form. And reappears when going back. She can�t use something from a one form that�s only there in an other form (like the big shotgun in her modern crinos form). The ability is part of the changing procces and can�t be stopped by any means. Werewolf ability�s: Werewolfs have many ability�s. One of these is a natural resistance against poisons and mental spells/ability�s (for exaple: you can�t mind read Failces nor controle her by use of magic against her will) An other are enhanced senses wich allow Failces to smell, see and hear everything from the softest of sounds to the most feint of smells etc. Also includes night vision form her yellow eyes. Failces abvioulsy talk with other wolfs wich seem to be pretty intelligent. These ability�s can be used in any form. Hard to identify: This ability totaly makes Failces appear human in homid form and wolf in wolf form. This means even with a DNA check it won�t show that Failces is not a normal human or wolf depending what form she has. (note that you can�t mind read Failces so there no way she can be identified by that either) Soaking damage: This ability allows Failces to decrease damage dealt to her body by using her stamina to prevent it. Once damage is inflicted it can�t be healed by this ability and some forms of damge can�t be soaked (this includes cut off limbs and wounds inflicted by intense heat, that�s not a average fire spell). Basicly this means that a hit that would normaly break a rib not only bruises her a little and cuts from a sword is not as big as one might expect. This ability can be used in any form though her stamina differences in each of them. Rage: If Failces gets angry she can�t harvest that anger and use it to powerup some of her attacks. Though this can�t be done endlessly when she used up her anger she�ll won�t be able to do such things unless her opponents angers her in some way. (she can�t make herself angry to get get better attacks) Hard to kill: Werewolfs aren�t likely to go down with one hit, even when injured Failces will fight to the bitter end though she finds it unlikely that she loses as she just will change to a more suited form to fight her opponent(s). Silver and fire: In most story�s werewolfs can only be killed by silver this is not true, Failces can be killed or harmed by any sort of weapon. Silver is just harder for Failces to soak. Though what fighter uses an silver weapon unless it knows it�s gona fight a werewolf? Fire is something wolfs don�t like they rather don�t come near it though it doesn�t seem to inflict more then normal damage to them. A trace of this fear for fire also rest within Failces and she will try to stay away from fire whenever possible (a simple camp fire has no effect) Weapons and equipment. Medieval setting: Homid form: a big 2 handed axe best used for dealing massive damage wich hangs on her back. 2 long daggers almost as big as short swords they are hidden under her cloack. A repeating crossbow able to fire 5 arrows before it needs to be reloaded. The arrows and crossbow are hidden as well. Failces wears a leather armor capable to absorb minor attacks. Glabro: The axe stays the same though Failces has less problem handling it due to increased strenght and weight. Her daggers get bigger and now have the size of short swords. The crossbow and it arrows get bigger as well. Crinos, Hispo and Lupus: Nothing but Claws and teeth though no other weapons are required in these forms. Note that the teeth of a werewolf act like really sharp knifes and will easily go through armor without damaging the teeth. Modern setting: Homid: The bullet proof vest is one of the things that saved Failces during the her live through the modern age, it�s capable of absobing most bullets to a certain limit. Still AP ammo will go right through it. Failces is heavily armed but all of it is hidden under her trenchcoat. Her weapons exist from: 2 Desert eagles, 1 MP5 with expanded magazine, a katana and 1 9mm pistol just in case. Glabro: Failces can still use most weapons, the 9mm pistol disappears and the katana becomes a bastardsword wich can be used either one or 2 handed. Crinos: Well the only weapon she has in this form is a sawed off shotgun wich is really big and the bullets are in her belt wich appears during the changing of form. Hispo and Lupus: Claws and teeth. Future: Homid: Failces wears a belt in future setting this is a common item worn in this age and is exualy an energy field. Technology went so far that they we�re able to create energy field that stop all projectiels and ranged weaponry becoma absolete. Lasers (and other light beam attacks) shouldn�t be used on the shield as the it will result into a uncontroled cold fusion at both the place the shield is located and where the beam of light is fired from instantly killing both Failces and the attacker. (This way I don�t have to worry about dodging light) Failces doesn�t wear anyweaponry as ranged weapons are absolete and she�s known as one of the best in martial arts. Glabro: The belt remains her outfit changes into a nightsuit for hiding in shadows. A katana rest on her back. Crinos: Still the belt. No weapons. Hispo: Implants are added to this form. They enhance Failces speed + strenght and her bite becomes more lethal because of her adamantine teeth. Lupus: The only form that�s the same in every age. I asumed wolfs don�t evolve much. additional weapons: Failces carries two katana's in medieval Homid and Glabro form. 2 2-handedswords in midieval Crinos (she can easily wield them one handed). In homid and Glabro modern setting, Failces carries grenades and an extra katana. Martial arts: In Homid, Glabro and Crinos Failces can use martial arts techniques wich she learned from masters of different times and worlds. Magics: (all time settings) Failces is a greater werewold and with that comes magical ability�s. (Were)Wolfs are neutral good creatures not evil as some might think the only thing is that they serve nature and often hate humans for destroying it. Their powers all come from nature themselves and involve manipulation of nature. Packhunt: (orpg only) Failces can summon wolfs to her aid in times of need. When she uses this spell a group of 5 to 10 wolfs will come to her as fast as possible. World gate: Failces can travel from one world to an other though she often stays at one world as long as possible or she feels that her help is needed eslewere. When she arrives on a world in a different time setting her appearance/equipment changes accordingly. Earth magic: Failces is experienced in the use of earth magic. This power doesn't limit her only to manipulating the soil beneath her feet but also allows her to create (stone) objects and launch them at high speed. Failces doesn't need to see or be in contact with the ground to manipulate it, though it often helps, instead she can manipulate anything within a 40 meter radius unless she uses it to create and at the same time to fire the made object in wich case it will appear as if the object shoots out of her body. Failces can increase the range in wich she can manipulate the earth, either by sending a wave of energy over the ground, wich covers the place with her magic and therefor giving her control over it (can't be removed by opponents), or by cutting herself and imbue her blood with the magic, this will increase her level of control and range more then the previous (also can't be removed). Earth magic doesn't effect forged weapons. As long the metal has been altered from the form it was found in. ie. a weapon made from crystal can still be manipulated as the substance hasn't changed. Failces can also use fields of magic (diciplines) related to earth magic (this doesn't mean fire and water) these include Reconstruction - An broken object can be fixed with this magic Lesser healing - Though water is most common used for healing earth magic can also be used for curing light wounds and illnesses. Transmutate - again works better in combination with water but still earth magic can be used to change the form of objects. e.a. When Failces uses her earth magic a red with brown glow surrounds her, Failces can use her magic constantly for over an hour before it becomes depleted. Also when not using the magic it slowly recharges. Pesonality: Failces has the nature of a wolf and therefor isn�t unconfortable in company of others (wolfs are social animals). She even prefers to be in a crowd rather then being alone. This changes if she needs to fight then she likes to be alone as she doesn�t want others to see that she�s a werewolf. If it�s already revealed what she is a werewolf she will have no problem with this. Failces hates people who destroy nature for no reason. And has a great hatred versus evil creatures and vampires most of all. Failces will never co�porate with one even for the sake of the world. Instead she will just kill it as fast as she can. Inbattle Failces will try to defeat her opponent in close combat with either martials arts or weapons if she has any in that form and time setting. If that doesn�t work she�ll try to resort to different methods. In modern age settings things are a bit different, then she will try to shoot her opponent with he fire arms and if that doesn�t work either use her katana or shift into Crinos to kill her opponent. god�s-killer: Name: Karen Newport Name amongst were-cats: Eternal truth Race: Werecat/Bubasti. Class: Elder. Age: 4500. Weapons: Spear of Gaea, Dual knifes of Al�Catar. Magics: Elemental, Minor time, Physical alteration, Minor mind. Ability�s: Shifting, Rage Height: depends on form. Weight: depends on form. Armor: None. Eyes: Grey with green edges... Hair&fur: Jet black (in all forms)� Appearance: This character has like the WoD wercats 5 forms Homid Karen Newport has a very handsome face and long fowing black hair down to his shoulders in Homid form, He looks �different� but not freaky it would almost appear to be some sort of an animal magnetism. He is very handsome and attractive �although he has unusually dusty skin- which generally makes women friendly towards him and men (in general) envious and resentful. He is quite broad and well shaped (as a man I have no idea how to describe this) If he was asked he could well be on the cover of Playgirl� He wares what ever clothes are �fashionable� in the time of the RPG. He weighs about 75 kilograms with out one gram of fat on his body, which is weird if you have seen him eat since he has been known to eat his body weight in one sitting� His eyes are quit ebutiful and look o hold a certain wisdom which one doesn�t expect in someone that young� (in order to shift from here to feline he must pass all the forms in between first going to Sokto then Crinos then Chatro and in the end he assumes his feline shape of choice. Sokto His general shapes stay the same and he can quit effectively cover his ear shapes with his long Hair and he Gets even more Handsome although the traits do show and are quite visible it makes him more handsome in a strange way� His weight increases to bout 100 kilograms, most of which is still muscle. Crinos Not the most flattering picture because I had to resize it� But it shows the general idea about 7 feet tall weighing 200 kilos mostly muscle grace and lethality can use the claws for which cats are so fabled� Chatro Looks like a large sabertooth version of the extinct �great cats of kaypur� about as big as a large tiger or lion how ever it is no manes what so ever, and it is heavy enough to bash about every thing (up to ogre size) to the ground before having it for lunch claws are very very frightening but they are in proportion with a cat about 3 foot high and weighing about 75 kilo grams. Feline This is one of 2 forms an ordinary house cat resembeling an oriental shorthair or one of the now extinct Great cats of Kaypur which were worshiped in ancient Egypt. Unfortunitly I have been unable to find a description but I think it looks like a tiger or lion only with jet black fur. History: I�ll explain a little more about were-cats in general before I�ll start on Karen�s personal history; - Silver; This isn�t the only way to kill were-cats it just makes it impossible to regenerate there wounds, but any way who has silver weapons with them anyway they break easily lose there edge after one blow so this shouldn�t be a real problem� - Rage; When Gaea and Luna created were-cats and all other were-creatures she granted them with rage which they use to in crease there speed and perform certain rites and rituals, This isn�t in unlimited supply and it is generally replenished when one is either insulted or fails something critical (for example if one continuously misses ones rage level rises and if one makes fun of you in battle it will quite often be the last thing they do) - The werecats were originally created to serve as the eyes of gaea the other were-creature served different purposes (the wolves were the warriors �or fangs- of gaia for example). They are a proud breed and the Bubasti are very proud even for werecats. Long ago in the Age of the Egyptians the Bubasti were once revered, And they were seen as images of the gods and they helped each other out the Bubasti got there secrets and the Egyptians were free of rats and the plagues they usually bring. They even build a city in which they and there kin folk could live and prosper. This balance was maintained for close to a thousand years, and during this time a cat was born A cat that was some ho �different� from most cats. During his youth he was left ignorant of his heritage as was tradition with the were-people and his youth was almost happy, even for one as distant and scholarly as the young Eternal-truth. He grew to maturity with out much incident until he was reaching maturity at about two years, when he suddenly the first change hit him. He was sleeping one night out in the savannah when all of a sudden he was wide awake feeling a little strange but as if he was about to find out the purpose of this existence� He felt his body change and then he blacked out but when he came to he was in his normal form and he saw there were corpses laying there of poachers and some other things. But there was a spear laying there with an aura of magic and power, as they didn�t need it any more he deceided to take it with him and he picked it up and went to Bubastis where he had heard stories about cats changing shape and he hoped they could instruct him� When he was on his way he met one of those fabled creatures, one called Purrs-at-the-moon, who instructed them in there ways and was his helper for the first year, at the end of the first year He was granted his bastet name Eternal-truth and he was instructed in the tribes Yava �or clan weakness there most secret secret- Which explained his never ending appetite -for Bubasti are forever hungry- and that he should strive to protect the tribes immortals for If they die the tribe dies with them. This was fine until some 15 years later the 2 vampire Sekmeth -or seth- and Asar �or osiris- waged war on each other which ended in the destruction of Osiris as is described in Egyptian legends from that time. I could tell you their story but it isn�t relevant to my history� As it was the Bubasti were caught in the crossfire of this war that raged all and were almost extinct. But the Childred of Osiris were eventually destroyed by the followers of Set. And the Bubasti were the ones that had to defend the black soil of Khem as it was still called in those days after the Silent Striders were out cast and cursed by Sekmeth�s followers, But the hungry ones learned one vital lesson during this time of trial which still endures in the night of modern day cairo, they learned that in order to win this �very one sided- war they must be patient and wait for the perfect moment before they strike the blows so they may inflict maximum damage with each blow and have the largest chance of getting away unharmed� But back to the history of Eternal-Truth, he was one of the few Bubasti that didn�t go under gorund during those difficult times and risked his lives on many an occasion to gain a better understanding of the enemy they face, and his progress through the ranks was steady but swift, and he learned of the more obscure gifts of the Bubasti, and he learned the gift of the scarabs flight which has earned him a right to live in the modern nights and bar untimely, death at the hand�s of Sekmeth�s vile kin he will live to see the Apocalypse which is rumoured to be near at this time� Those vampires don�t call these the final nights for nothing you know� He is now one of the most influential wercat�s on the planet and the setites tell the disobedient children that they will deliver him to Eternal-Truth for he has killed so many of them he is a �boogieman� and many songs of his exploits are sung around campfires late at night when there are no humans near and it is quite possible that he will pass into legend when the apocalypse finally arrives to wipe the filth of the wyrm of this planet� Weapons: Spear of Gaea: This spear is imbued with spirits which grants the spear and its wielder special powers. Here�s a shortt list of each spirit and it�s effect(s): War spirit: Damage dealt by this spear is almost impossible to heal without high level magic. Terror spirit: This allows the wielder to send out a radiance of fear causing normal people to flee. Oak spirit: Makes the weapon indestructible. Fugu spirit: The spear spreads toxins through the body�s of it�s victims resulting in reduced stamina and life force (ie.max hp). Banshee spirit: Upon stiking a high shrieking is emited wich reduces chances of opponents blocking or dodging. Cameleon spirit: User can either become invisible untill she makes an offencive move. Or makes a illusionary duplication of the wielder. Karen can use the spear with an unearthly grace and skill. As well her speed I legendary amongst werecats. Dual knifes of Al�Catar: These knifes burn with a bright fire wich is caused by a fire spirit inside of it. The knifes deal fire damage. Magics and Ability�s: Rite of Talisman dedication This right enables the clothes and weaponry of Karen to match his currant shape in crinos for example his clothes vanish and his spear grows longer so he may use it with out difficulty. This rite also enables him to shift to feline and back with out having to �re dress� as hiscloth reappear and disappear as soon as he passed Sokto. Gift of save return Karen can activate this Gift to make an item she owns �or is owned by a friend- return to her as long it�s more then 20 meters away. Catfeet Karen has an (almost) unfailing sense of balance which results in his never tripping and the like, also makes him more dexterious then the average werecat (which are VERY dexy) Sent of the true form Karen is capable of identifying any creature no matter what they do to hide their true nature/identity. For example if a spirit posses a human, Karen is capable of seeing through the human skin and learn of it�s true form. Cursed Blood Through using this Gift, the Bubasti's blood becomes black and acidic, inflicting damage to all who come in contact with it. If Karen is cut open with weapons they will quickly lose there edge (and even dissolve if they re of low quality or of weak materials). Barrier of the Ka A mental shield forms in the Bubasti's mind, warding off foreign influences (immune to mind magic) Sekmet's Fury This potent Gift allows the Bubasti to assume a powerful and deadly sixth form. The Bubasti shifts into Crinos, grows an extra 2-3 feet in height, and sprouts a mane of jet-back hair not unlike a lion's. His claws glow red and are wreathed in flames. This of course looks very impressive and raises the physical stats of Karen enormously but when this is done she falls into deep sleep which lasts for 6 hours. Whisper of tiny paws This allows Karen to change into a house cat in which she is completely indistinguishable from an ordinary house cat (short of magic)� Scholar's Friend A simple yet helpful Gift, this secret allows a Bubasti to read a book, scroll or tablet in any written language. This talent doesn�t teach the cat any new language, nor will it help him understand esoteric concepts or missing bits of text. Even so, the ability to read anything set in front of you is a subtle yet powerful gift. The Fleeing Scarab One of the Bubasti's most obscure tribal secrets, this Gift allows a cat to remove her soul, incarnate it, and send it out of harm�s way while her body dies. The soul, which often takes the form of a flying scarab beetle, searches out an appropriate new host body, climbs into its mouth while it sleeps, and "lays" the old soul into the new host. The Bubasti who knows this forbidden secret is theoretically immortal, though such longevity is purchased in other beings' lives. Lick wound This gift allows Karen to lick his wounds which will close stop bleeding and generally heal. This takes quite awhile and each wound must be treated separately Silent stalking This gift allows Karen to pass over any object without making any sound. Even squeaky wounden floors or dried twigs can be passed over with out making any sound. Clawstorm Any cat is dangerous when cornered, so is this one, when cornered this gift may be activated to give Karen an incredible burst of speed. Walk between worlds This allows the Werecats to enter a place called the umbra �or Shadow- which is a separate yet some how the same. In this spirit world one can communicate with spirits and exchange favors. No one but were creatures can enter, if you are there it is VERY advisable to lay low and hope nothing sees you cause not all things are very nice there. Monkey�s uncle Allows Karen to change his looks to resemble any humanoid race(must be about the same size and mass) he doesn�t know the customs or bear himself right, but he looks the part very successfully. Kittens cry Also called "Pathetamew" for its pitiful sound, this Gift imbues the werecat's voice with a tone so pathetic that anyone who hears it goes out of his way to comfort her. This compulsion extends to attackers, who break off hostilities unless they're attacked in return. Most Bastet consider this a dirty but useful trick. Killers leap By invoking this gift, the Bastet may leap incredible distances(double or triplethe expected distance) Feed the Gods By reaching out with his hand, a powerful Werecat can rip the heart out of an enemy from a distance, pull it to his palm, and consume it in a burst of fire. This Gift kills the target if it succeeds. Only strong magic can rebuild the ashes of the heart or grow another one in its place. This gift is VERY VERY difficult to pull of(on in 5 tries works and it can only be used once per battle)� Banish Burning This Gift became necessary during the Madness, when sorcerers and witch-hunters both tossed cats on the pyre to please demons and God. With it, the Bubasti may protect herself or a companion from normal fire and grants a resistance vs. magical fire (ie 50% less damage).
