For all you Ilustrator users out there. I know there's a way to manipulated a pattern fill. I mean, After you define a pattern, you can enlarge the pattern without affecting the size of the square or circle or whatever. I know you can also move the pattern around a bit. Anyone know what I'm talkin about? And more importantly....how do you do it?!

Alright I figured it out. All you gotta do is hold the "~" button while using the selection tool and drag. As for the resizing of the pattern I still dont know.......
EDIT Still workin on the resizing of a pattern fill, but rotating the pattern within a fill is pretty easy..... Just select the path and then use the rotate tool. when the dialouge box comes up there should be a radio button for "Pattern"....not object. |
