My emotional and psychological health is unwell.
I'm trying to cope as I normally would, but it's not being very effective. I feel like I need to define a problem within myself to begin a solution. I need to vent.. My mind is a swirling tropical storm. Just earlier, I hardly felt myself at all. I'm growing fatigued, so I'll cut things here.. |
