As far as actually playing StepMania goes, my friends know I love nothing more than an insanely difficult challenge. Some "impossibly hard" songs have become like second nature to me, however, as I can now pretty commonly score a AA on most of these said songs. Don't believe me? Well, let me give you a few pictures, then. Keep in mind that most of these were performed with the keyboard unless otherwise stated.

Wow o_o . I don't see how anybody can really play these games on their highest settings considering the major amount of footwork involved , but you must be like awesome . Go for that AAA ! Practice makes perfect .

Dang you, you one Great! You were the only thing standing between me and a AAA Angry.gif !
Oooh, do I sympathize with you. Trauma Center's known for not giving you an XS simply because you made 32 Cools (the highest rating you get for treating something) instead of 33.
Psyche said it best -- practice makes perfect. Keep trying! X3
Congratulations on the accomplishments, though. If there's something I love more than anything else, it's visual proof. Keep e'm coming!

Whee, I got a new record on one of my favorites, Dancing Mad Once Again. A fourteen-footer song with plenty of triple and quad steps, lots of freezes at inconvenient times, and some fast streams, but it's all synched well, so it's good.
The reason for a higher score than 100 million is because it is a "LONG" length song, which is between 2:30 and 5:00. Songs with such a length have a max score of 200 million. Similarly, songs longer than 5:00 are "MARATHON" songs (like Anubis: Black Land Mix) and have a max score of 300 million.

O_O Dancing Mad?! They made into a song for that game? Why was I not told about this?!
Oh, this epic piece of information is tempting me...so...very...much...! *Twitch*
Congratulations on your amazing accomplishment once again, Mishiranu! In return, I demand you to go look at my own post in the Feats section. My own profound love for Trauma Center can be found there.

Well, it's Dancing Mad Once Again, by Virt and Ailsean. It's a much shorter remix, a bit over four minutes long, with some killer electric guitar and drums. Still, it's not any less extreme with the arrows made for it. I love playing the song with the music sped up slightly as well, considering it still sounds cool.

E-Electric guitars? Drums? Arrows?!
...
I must locate an Mp3 of the song immediately! Odds are I'll still like the Cantata For Dancing series from OC Remix (There's one more left, according to the 2nd CFD's description -- Kefka's Adagio), but this still sounds like it'd be really awesome. Heck, this alone is making me wonder if I should go find the game myself. o_O

Mwahaha! Sephiroth bows to me! His fourteen-foot stepchart of the Advent Children remix of One Winged Angel is nothing compared to my StepMania prowess!
Pretty close to a AAA, and I broke the 99 million point mark, which is not an easy feat at all for that song, especially on Challenge difficulty (hardest)! Less than another million points (at 100 million) would have earned me the esteemed AAAA rank.

Y...Y...You maniac!!! Then again, considering Sephiroth can be beaten by a kid with a giant wooden Keyblade...
Anyway, congratulations again! Strewth!
Come to think of it, you know what you should do? Request Vash to make you an animation of Mishiranu/Unknown playing StepMania to use as your avatar.

Here's three more accomplishments, all of which are songs from In The Groove. Some of you may say I have these illegally, but it states that if you own the game which these songs belong to, you can own the original stepcharts on your PC. Plus, ITG had a PC version, so it's all cool.

"Can I call you a dancing master?"
This is what the announcer in DDR says when you get a perfect score. And yes, he can call me a dancing master for these three songs: Kagami, Xuxa, and Queen of Light.
After downloading a patch for StepMania that adds an even more precise judgment known as "Ridiculous!!!!", which is even better than "Marvelous!!!", the system upgrades the game so that a Quint-A (Quintuple A or "AAAAA") is the highest possible grade. Thanks to this judgment, I've now gotten up to a score of 99% on many of my favorite songs. Quint-A is absolutely, without-a-doubt, truly 100%.
So here they are, my first three Quint-As. As a side note, Kagami did not come with a banner or background when I uploaded it, so I apologize that it says StepMania in the banner area. And yes, I do call Xuxa the "Rubber Ducky Song" when someone doesn't remember the name.

"Quint-A"? Well that's new . And holy freakin' crap, not too long ago you were struggling to get AAAA, but now you're getting AAAAA's ! You really must be the dance master O_o .

I wish I had proof for this one, but alas, this was on the arcade of In The Groove and I was playing by myself. Triumphantly, I have conquered the hardest song, VerTex^2 on the second hardest difficulty, Hard, which is an 11. Like I said before, this was on the arcade so this accomplishment was done with my feet, although I got a pathetic score of 58%, which is a low C. Oh well, at least I beat it!

Woooooooow...so THAT'S what you look like !
Great, so now I've seen you, Kinen, Ultra (yeah, I reinducted him into the staff lol), Galener, Senri, Zerberus, and you've all seen me already as well . *HUFF* AWESOME! *PUFF*
Oh yeah, that didn't seem like the complete video, by the way =/ . (the 1st one; I'd see the others but at the moment I'm going to bed for work )

Yeah, the VerTex^3 video is part two of the first vid I uploaded, the site has a limit of 4 minutes/100 megs, so in order to put it all up, I had to split the video in two, which sucks. But there you go anyway, other vids to watch whenever you guys have the time.

Through The Fire and Flames, for a long time, had us baffled at how to perfect such a song. StepMania is no exception; in fact, it's probably even tougher than its GH counterpart, especially since you have to hit every single key as they come, not just lazily hold them down or strum 'em. Dragonforce really had me going, but now it's time for them to stand down, because I have defeated them utterly and completely.
