Blood Still Runs Cold


The outfit is a Chicago Crime Family, originally head by Al Capone in the early days of the chicago mafia and
the prohibition era. By the end of the prohibition era, Al had been jailed and the honour of the family
started to come to an end. The Family became an entrepeneur venture with greed. By the 70's, only the oldest
and most loyal of the crew stood close. Taking out the trash that betrayed and robbed the family, each member
cut some of their funds short and opened a casino in Vegas circa 1973. Money skimming was the key point here.
By 1984, The Outfit became a corporation, with absolutely no financial loss. Tax evasion hit big in the
veteran members, back in the John Gotti incident and now the outfit went underground with the most tough gangsters
in the city of chicago.

With the family up on it's feet, it's time for payback. Chicago's already won, now the aim is to hit Liberty City,
and with a huge iron fist. You think you got what it takes?

What We Play

Currently, The Outfit operates in VC MP and SA MP. Outfit Members have tags named [TO], and usually wear suits,
though this varies.

We plan on starting with Xbox Live pretty soon.

Requirements

Prove your worthyness inside GTAForums.
Demonstrate Loyalty and respect for elder members at all times.
Be Skilled or have interest in learning driving and/or shooting.
Know to negociate, no matter where or how.
Re-demonstrate loyalty to the gang, and The Commission.
Activity counts. We might be on a really tight situation, and man-power is key.

Probation

Probation is a period of time where each member has to become actually acquainted to the gang. It's
not actually specified the amount of time that one stays in probation. It will all depend on how the member
socializes with the rest of the crew, independant of the place.


GFX Rules

Your badge (signature image) is required to wear at ALL times. You will be checked, and if not worn
in the certain amount of time defined you will face more probation time, or even lose your probation rights and be kicked
from the Family, given certain circumstances.

Supporters

Firstly thanking all the supporters of the gang who choose to wear the Official Supporter banner.
You mean, and enforce by simply wearing a little banner, how all true acquaintances connect, and form the unofficial
alliance of Gangster Families.

Shout outs to The Tarkers and Propaganda Inc., the two who outstood the closure of the Public Gang Connection
and housed the now fainted Forelli Family in each forum. Lets hope it goes better than last time eh?

I'd like to point out that blood actually runs at body temperature (96.8 degrees F) which is rather warm, hot even.
