I think that it would be good to have an influx of new players to keep the game moving. Perhaps you could combine the first two options. I don't really like the third one.

Yeah, I don't support the third one either, I just wanted to cover all the options. Anyway, here's what I'm thinking:

We set up a thread where people can post to confirm that they put an advertisment on another forum (it's not mandetory, but we'll have a goal, maybe 5 advertisements.) After we reach the advertising goal, we'll set up a thread where existing players can switch to capitalist superpowers.

Is that ok with everyone?
