Well, personally Sims 2 is better ;D
it's just that Sims 3 is more complex.
Like, you can go around the neighborhood, plant trees, cook more types of food and

I've played Sims + expension packs as well as Sims 2.
When I first saw pictures of Sims 3 I counldn't stand the graphics at all for some reason, but you get used to it and it's awesome how many great features they came up with.
What really bugs me is how the game wasn't really finished when it came out and that they had to release tons of updates to make the game work right, that's just bad.

I love the Sims! Sims 1 and 3 are great but I play Sims 2 the most. I've been obsessed with downloading Sims 2 content for years. =D

I've played the sims and sims 2. Haven't tried sims 3 yet because I still need to upgrade my pc. The last time I played sims 2 my pc crashed. :NOOOO
