It's a pity, but my great friend ice2003 has no time enough anymore to keep the TLS-tech place alive.

Due to spammers that try to register before they put spam topics on my forum, I had to put acceptance for registration on manual.
I also blocked 2 e-mail domains: mail.ru and mymail-in.net.
