What games do you own?

I was thinking what a lonely experience the ol' ps3 has been so far for me and wanted to know what games we all have so MAYBE we can arrange a night were we ALL get on and have a laugh. I hope that when Socom comes out we'll all be on more regular, but, until then lets see what we've got a nd get on something the majority have.

I never see you much on EG:WT ourumov! Devildamo, BlindMonkey and myself are always playing it, personally I think it's the best online experience so far on the PS3 you really should get on it!

As far as getting everyone together the best bet will be MGS Online when it comes out on the 12th June or socom, I think this game will be the one to finally get most people on the forum together! I would say GTA should have done it but everyone seems to have either got bored of it or is hooked on the single player! I did send several invites out to forum members for multiplayer on GTA but got bored of waiting for something to happen!

Oh and when MGO comes out please make sure you all have coms! This is a team game chaps and coms imo are essential! They were crystal clear in the beta but it seemed me and kris were the only ones who used them!!!

Everyone is doing GTA single player tbh. I was online on F1/Unreal/COD3 over the weekend and still can't get back into GTA.lol

I know mate, I think it's mainly because of the lack of comms on EG that puts me off a bit.

I always use my headset, but sometimes I get over excited and start shouting/laughing too loud and the wife gets a bit shitty , so sometimes it might seem like I'm ignoring people, but really i'm just giggling quietly to myself.


It looks like UT3 and GTA are the main ones that we all have, I don't think we've all tried to get on for some point to point races etc, so that would be a good shout. I'd be up for UT anytime, only prob is that I've lost my friends list ffs

If Everybody's Golf did have voice comms, i'd only like it in your own private game rooms, if it was in any other part of the game i'd hate it.

I totally agree with you on everybody's golf. Just imagine the chaos in the lobby's or a 50 player tourney! I actually like the keyboard chat now tbh but as you say it would be good for the private games. Don't worry about being shite at NBA mate so am I, good sports game tho and wouldn't mind a game tonight before golf if you're up for it?

So by my reckoning its either UT3 or GTA that we all have, as GTA can be a pain sometimes online, maybe we should go with UT3.

What do you lot think? Friday 9pm UT3. I'll host and leave mods/mutators etc off.

Any golf game with no comms make my head go numb just thinking about it.

Anyhoo, Friday and Sunday is fine for me. The patch sorted out the GTA thing so they say.

I'd like to get on Resistance with some people that have it as mine is here now.

I generally hate games without coms! But EG is different and it really has to be tried online to be appreciated, it is that good! The lobby's are fun, the game modes are great, the whole online system is great!

It has coms in the form of keyboard chat which is surprisingly good kris! It's certainly not essential to have mic coms as a team shooter!

I know golf isn't everyones cup of tea but imo EG:WT has one of the best online set ups around and thats including games on the 360 too! I would say to anyone who hasn't tried it to may be give it a shot by hiring or buying if the price comes down! IMO by far the best game on the PS3!

Hopefully a new course today or next thursday on the store for those who already have it!

Anyway back to the subject on hand: I would prefer to play GTA online if it has been fixed.
