Motorstorm 2 :bouncy: set to be on a island this time. i cant wait for this later in the year!! and Resistance 2! both games are gonna be great for ps3 this year!

Gears of War 3 lol

apparently the next game from those guys (Team ICO is it?) is called Trico (working title) at the moment, and will feature a child with a half cat, half bird companion.

also on the rumour front, NCSoft (Guild Wars) are hiring for peeps to create a Sci-Fi themed MMO for PS3.

also IO interactive (Hitman) are working on an entirely new series for PS3.

oh and 2K games are hiring PS3 devs to work on a new project runoured to be the BioShock sequel.

dont think its god of war 3 as thats expected , and i think its a new ip.

i was chatting the other day to some mates online and i think that this year or next ,theres going to be atleast one game that raise's the bar.

and with upto 11 new ip that sony are expected to be working on , i wouldnt be suprised if its ps3 game that just blows everyone away , as in my eyes the 360 is at its peak.

cant wait to see the diffrence from gears of war =gears of war 2 theres been a 2 year gap and theres going to be some very good improvements , tho i dont expect a huge jump.
its this game this year that will underline the fact the 360 has peacked.

i agree with you rogue and half mafia there wont be much more from gears2 in the gfx department! there just add new stuff to it like we have heard about from GDC show. and i also think the 360 is coming to its peak now and i belive the ps3 will to start showing better visuals and etc etc by 09 as its nowhere near its peak and wont be for a good while.

Who knows m8 that might happen in 09 i think it depends how well there sales go into late 08 and 09 with 360. are people gonna be that happy if they announce another console to be out in 09 tho im not sure but i see that as abit short on the 360's life if that happens.

if MS do bring out a new xbox at the end of 09 i will not be buying it because that means ive only had the 360 for 4 years which is just stupid. i think MS no they have had there moment in this generation but that was when the PS3 and Wii was not even on the market lmao. also when the next xbox does come out the 360 will be droped as fast as the first xbox.

well guess what guys for my final major project at college i will be designing the Playstation 4 so near to june i will beable to show u my model and ill will be redesigning the controller aswell.

lets hope i get hired by Sony and they use my design and ideas in the PS4 :D

I have to agree with that. :lol:
BUT with MS they need to sort out the 360 before thinking about another console. It's in bits at the mo with 4 skus. It's just daft. People that own the core will start to get left out in the cold with newer games. GTA, Burnout and I bet GOW2 and Unreal will need the HDD. ;)

Bring out one console MS that does everything including blu ray. ;) :D
