SO HERE'S THE DEAL.Heroes and villains, villains and heroes, what the hell is the difference when
you get right down to it? Easy, heroes are supposed to defend us, the innocent bystanders.
The civilians. Villains fuck things up. Simple, right? Well no, it isn't simple. It isn't simple at all.
Heroes are supposed to defend us and a certain majority of the time, sure, they do. But
more and more they're dropping the ball. They're getting too involved with just stopping the
bad guy and wind up forgetting that we're here. The innocent civilian bystanders with no
powers, no protection systems, no way to keep dangers at bay with any discernable
dependability.
And that's the problem.
They throw cars into buildings to stop the villain. They wreck property to stop the villain.
They put us in more danger to stop the villain. That's all it seems to be now. We
don't cheer for heroes, we gasp and seek shelter before a thrown car crushes us. It isn't
just about stopping the villain. It's about protecting us. And we don't feel protected anymore.
Effective immediately, there will be a CIVILIAN MILITIA formed. Because it's high time
we learn to protect ourselves and our families. From villains and heroes alike.
IT'S A NEW MEMBER GROUP! You may now make civilians that are a part of the militia! The leader of the militia, name hereto undecided upon, is in the works.
