HARBOR
The harbor area is almost entirely waterway, with towering walls preventing a view of the ocean. Wooden walkways spread on each side, though fishing here is usually only done by apprentices with nets. Free boat rides are usually available, especially if a curious candidate wants to go look at the bell in the center isle and doesn't want to swim.

BATHHOUSE
Naturally the warmest area in the entire area, the bathhouse is a great stone structure resting in the middle of the city. Pools large enough for a whole group of weyrlings to be bathed rests in the middle while workers tend to keep the water hot all hours. Private baths capable of having no more than three are available with a table in the middle, and then there are group bathing units as well for rushes (like busy scheduling of candidates).

RIDERS WEYRS
The horrible climate makes people living in a traditional cave layout near deadly to the human participants, but the massive walls serve another purpose. Extended much like the Great Wall, there are wind-blocked housing units made to fit the jet-sized dragons with ease, number in the hundreds and surround the Weyr. They haven't been full yet, save once when part of the wall was destroyed. These serve nearly as houses, able to fit one rider and one dragon with ease, especially if the dragon is small, giving the rider at least a bedroom. Running water also means a private area for relieving one's self.

DINING HALL
A great hall of sorts, a large building has been erected for special occasion dining, as well as smaller "eateries" being available for those who want a snack throughout the day. Little shops aren't usual in the spread-out city layout of the Weyr. Mostly the hall is used for three large, scheduled meals and for all feasts and holidays.

STORAGE BUILDINGS
No longer a cavernous setting, there are simply lots of warehouse sized buildings with trade items stuff within.

HERDBEAST CORRALS
Mostly filled with shaggy caprines (goats) rather than herdbeasts, and a very small number of Runners, most of the milk from Ozanath is goatmilk and most cheese goatcheese, as the herdbeasts are regularly in a state of slaughter. There are enough for the dragons to eat most of the time. Domesticated wherries and quails are also present.

OUTER HOLD
Western Isle Hold is located on the beach, with cultivated fields of many treats and orchards behind the inner hold walls. Also walled, the Hold has a Harbor, much smaller, but similar in design to that of Ozanath, so as to prevent the ships from being destroyed. The share, and must house, Ozanath's ships from time to time so the harbor is often crowded in summer.

INNER HOLD
Dragonrider weyrs, kitchens, and all the usual assortments of the Weyr are actually found within the Walls of the Hold due to the fact that the Lord Holder demands the riders work the fields.

HATCHING SANDS
Unable to be hosted at the Weyr due to the cold, the Hold has the location of the Hatching Sands, though it's less inconvenient since dragons spend half the turn here. Sands for the whers have also been provided. The sands are the pit of what mimics that of a large amphitheatre.

MINING CAVERNS
The live volcano has taken the lives of men before, but it is necessary to mine as well as to gather stone for the buildings.

KEYPEAK VOLCANO
People are not permitted to climb this mountain, but it seems children have a habit of not listening, and lovers like the hotsprings.

KEYPEAK HOLD
Place on the Northern part of the crescent shaped isle, while the volcano is Southern, the middle area is used for fields and wine-making, while the hold is fairly small. Dragonriders still must live here from time to time, but over all less activity happens, even if most people want to live here to avoid Western Isle's taxes.
