I have finally got some of the summary/outline for the first saga done, although that's maybe all of DBVS will be, just a saga, to clear up a few things in DBU, but here's what I did, I kinda also wrote it in a way as if I was going to make my own MOD maybe as well.....but here it is:
Dragon Ball VS
Saga One: The Invasion
Story - At the same time Goku Jr. was looking for the dragonballs for his grandma Pan, Vegeta Jr. was training in a forest. He felt a strange power level comin towards him. He couldn't make out what it was, but he then turned Super Saiyan and went toward the power level and discovered a Saiyan. He wore the traditional saiyan armor Vegeta wore when he came to earth, only black. The man then noticed Vegeta Jr.'s presence at shot a energy ball at him. Vegeta Jr. then jumped in the air and then the Saiyan saw Vegeta Jr, thinking he was the Saiyan Prince Vegeta, and apologized for attacking him. Vegeta Jr then drops his guard and turns back to normal. The saiyan then demands for the Prince to come back with him to the saiyan planet, Planet Vegeta, but Vegeta Jr refuses saying this planet is his home. The saiyan then tells Vegeta Jr that the saiyans plan is to take over this planet and its pathetic species and kill the whole population of humans and rule it as a saiyan planet. Vegeta Jr then powers back up and tells him he best not even touch his beloved home planet, or else he'll kill him, thats when this ticks off the saiyan and he then powers up to a Super Saiyan as well and then tells Vegeta Jr that he IS coming with him and they WILL kill very last human on earth. This angers Veget Jr more, and he then rushes into battle with the saiyan.

Unfortunetly, Vegeta Jr was no match for the powered up Super Saiyan Warrior, and took off with him to his Saiyan ship and kidnapped him and took him to New Planet Vegeta.
- About 3 to 5 months later -
They reached New Planet Vegeta, but Vegeta Jr refused to work for them or become their new leader, and thats when a few saiyan kids his age beat him to a pulp and told him he had much more to learn, but luckily Vegeta Jr escaped off the Planet after they healed him in the healing chambers in another saiyan space pod and reached Earth after another few months, but when he reached it, Earth was not as he hoped for it to be. The Saiyan in vasion had started.
A few months earlier......
While Vegeta Jr was racing towards Earth in a Saiyan Space pod, a few Saiyan space pods landed on Earth, and by a few, lets say a few hundred. Goku Jr, Pan, Dende, Mr. Popo, and Master Roshi all sensed the presense of all the Saiyan power levels, and immediantley, Goku Jr, Pan, and Dende all raced towards the power levels. When the three arrived, the sayains were all out of the space pods already, checking for power levels when they found Dende, Goku Jr, and Pan land in front of them.

"Who the hell are you!" Dende asked as he raised his hand atthe sayains warning them that he would kill them in a instant.
"A Namekian, huh? This should be easy then!" A man who approuched from the middle of the crowd was now in front of them all, facing the three.
"Who are you!" Goku Jr said as he stepped in front of Dende ready to fight.
"A saiyan boy?" The man said as he saw Goku Jr's tail.
"Who are you!" Goku Jr said as he took a stance to fight. "Who are you!"
"My name, is Sarutobi. Thats all you should know, now come on, I wanna see your skills!" The man said.

"You'll regret landing on my planet!" Goku Jr. said as he then flew straight towards Sarutobi, but teleported behind Sarutobi, stunning him and confusing him, and when he turned around, Goku Jr. kicked him in the face and sent him way off. "Who's next!"
"No way......he hit the elite!" Someone said from the group of saiyans.
"Its impossible, theres no way!" Someone else said. Then a woman stood up from the crowd and rose into the sky.
"No way, boss is gonna take on the kid!" someone else said.
"Hey kid, I see you wanna play, so why don't you take me on!" The women said.
"Goku, stay back." Pan said as she dropped her cane and got a serious face.
Fighter(s): Pan(Aged)
Boss: ????(Fashie)
"But grandma-"
"Do as I say!" Pan said as she rose into the sky and and then faced the woman perfectly 8 feet away.
"Okay Grandma, i'll take you on! I guess I should tell you my name, it'll be the last thing you ever hear. My name is Fashie." The women said as she then flew straight at Pan, but Pan countered by teleporting behind her and kicked her down, but Fashie regained balance and then went and punched Pan in the face and sent her far into the sky, but The Fashie teleported behind Pan and smashed her into the ground with her hand. Dende rushed over to Pan as she laid motionless on the ground and he tried to see if there was life for him to heal as he then placed his hands over her.
"Grandma!" Goku Jr yelled as his eyes turned green, and his hair rose up in the air and then turned yellow and the ground beneath him became a crater. "I'll make you pay for hurting Grandma!"
"Well, well, a Super Saiyan, huh? Guess that explains why you were able to beat Sarutobi with ease, but your not the only Super Saiyan." Fashie said as she then powered up and her hair rose into the air and she turned into a Super Saiyan as well.
"What, you can become a Super Saiyan too!?" Goku Jr asked as he stared at the powered up Saiyan girl.
"What, don't tell me your scared?" Fashie said mocking the young Saiyan boy.

Boss: Super Saiyan Fashie
"Bring it!" Goku Jr said as he then went at Fashie and she teleported and he then looked around for her but couldn't find her. "Where is she?"
"Above you." Goku Jr was then smashed into the ground by a kick from Fashie and then she continued with a energy blast and after the smoke cleared from the attack, only there was a huge crater and nothing left. "Hmph, finished in two seconds.
"Don't......think.....its......over.....yet!" Goku Jr said as he then smashed through the crater from out of nowhere and punched Fashie from her chin and she went flying into the sky. "Don't touch my grandma."
All of the saiyans looked in awe as they realized Goku Jr was too much, but when all hope seemed lost, Fashie returned back on the battlefield, completely unbrused and not a scratch on her.
"Heh heh heh. Looks like you'll have to do better then that." Fashie said as she put out her hand to finish him off with a blast.
"Wait!" Dende yelled as he stepped in front of Goku Jr motioning for him to go to his Grandma. "Tell me, why are you Saiyans here, and how are you alive, Vegeta told us that they saiyan race was completely destroyed by Freiza except him, Raditz, Nappa, and Goku.
"Well, about 120 years ago, are ancestors were brought back to life, all, except one that is. But for about 100 years we were completely regaining are old standings, and training to kill Freiza, but soon learned he died, so we stayed on our planet, reconstructing all our land, our homes to what they originally were. Just a few months ago we received a transmission of saiyans on Earth, and also that Earth was where we would make our new empire, we would take over this pathetic planet of weaklings." Fashie replied to Dende.
"Well, if that is what you are intending, then i'm afraid i'll have to take you down." Dende said as he then prepared to fight the Saiyan girl.
"You!? A Namek! Don't make me laugh!" She said giggling. "Boys!" Then a group of four men then all attacked Dende at once, and he dodged the hits and then kicked all of them in four different directions and blasting them each into nothing. "What! Hmph, maybe this namek isn't that weak after all."
"If you really think your as strong as you say you are, then come at me!" Dende said as he then charged up a little to prepare."
"Fine, but its your funeral Namek!"

Boss: Super Saiyan Fashie
The two warriors then rushed at each other and Fashie went to punch Dende, but he countered by ducking and smashing a kick into Fashie and then grabed her and then threw her in front of him and started shooting random ki blasts at her with intense force. He then finished it off by shooting a beam from his hand at her. The smoke cleared, and she stood there standing hurt, and her armor was smashed up, but barely still staying up on her body.
"Damn it, how can he have so much power, he's a Namek. I didn't want to do this, but it looks like I have no choice." Fashie said as she then created a small energy ball and sent it into the air. "Everyone, look at the sky!" She yelled as then everyone including Goku Jr and Dende looked up, and then all the saiyan warriors looked up at the sky, and they all transformed, and then Dende realized if Goku Jr looked at the sky, he would transform, so he then quickly ran over to him and pulled out his tail so he couldn't transform.
"Owww, Mr. Dende, why'd you do that!?" he asked
"No time Goku, look!" Dende said as he pointed towards all the angry looking Great Apes, and one that was yellow with Fashie's armor, which was probaly Fashie. She leaned in close to Dende and whispered.
"This is your final resting place." She said, and then punched at him, but he jumped in the air and kicked her in the face harshly, and she went flying back. Then more of them came at him, but they couldn't control themselves. Dende then started to fight them off, but there were too many of them, so he tried to blast all of them away, but Fashie appeared behind him and smashed him into the ground, and he fell unconcsious.
"No! Mr. Dende! Thats it!" Goku Jr yelled as sparks started to surrond him and he then made a fist and flew straight at Fashie, but she grabbed him, and then she started crushing him.
"You puney creatures I think i'll kill you now-"
"Fashie, come in, this is base, have you reached Earth?" a voice said from her space ship
"Damn, not now." Fashie said as she grabbed the ship and put it close to her mouth. "What the hell do you want Fieldon?"
"Hey sis, have you reached Earth yet? And whats with your voice?"
"Yeah, I already took out three."
"We're any of them saiyans?"
"Yes, two actually."
"What!? You didn't kill them yet did you?"
"Not yet, you interrupted me."
"The King says for you to get all saiyan life there and keep them alive, but take them with you, even with force, but don't kill them. And he also says keep anyone with a high power level alive too."
"Fine, bye."
"One last thing sis."
"What?"
"Keysen has already arrived, but he left a ship there for you, just incase you need it, for regeneration."
"I know, bye."
"Wait!"
"What?"
"We are leaving in a hour, and should be there in a month, try not to kill to many, kay?"
"Fine."
"Bye." Fashie then crushed the space ship. She then aimed her hand at the sky and launched a big energy ball at the one in the sky and detroyed it, causing everyone to turn back to normal, but they were all asleep except Fashie. "WAKE UP DUMB ASSES!" she yelled blasting the ground by them, waking up each and everyone of them. She then picked up Pan and Goku Jr and left Dende for dead, and flew away with the rest of her crew to the spaceship.
- A few months later -
Fighter(s): Vegeta Jr
"No, they already reached here, I may already be to late! No, i'm not, there still maybe hope!" Vegeta Jr said as he looked around at the buildings and the ruined city, so he then flew into the sky searching for any high power levels around. Then he found one all by itself, and flew towards it and ened up at a huge Lookout high in the sky. "Anyone here?" Vegeta Jr asked and then he saw a green man walk out.
"Yes, my name is Dende, I am the protector of the Earth for the past about 100 years."
"Then why do you look so young?"
"I drank from the Fountain of Youth."
"Do you know whats happend to the Earth, after all you are supposed to be the Guardian."
"A race called the Saiyans have invaded and taken it over, and I am not enough to fight all of them by myself."
"Then i'll help you, 'cuz i'm a saiyan too. The name is Vegeta. The best saiyan in the whole universe!"
"I still don't think the two of us can take them by ourselves."
"Do you want for the Earth to be doomed and be their new home forever?!"
"Well, no."
"Then lets go!"
"Its better then doing nothing." Dende said, and he rushed off to the Lookout guiding Vegeta Jr.

After arriving at the lookout, a man appeared from inside of it.
"Hello, Popo," Dende said walking towards him with Vegeta behind.
"Ah, Dende, where have you been? Its been months, I was worried!" Mr. Popo said relieved to see the guardian once again.
"I been training by taking on the saiyans who have strong power levels so that I could get rid of them and be able to get stronger and the same time, although I had no idea it had been that long. They've also taken Goku Jr. and Pan prisoner, i've tried to infiltrate, but they're too much."
"I was afraid of that, I was able to get Sensu beans from Korin, and I was planning on heading down to fight the evil myself and find you."
"Well, I was hoping you are still planning on fighting, because we need all the help we can get, I was planning on heading to Roshi's next to see if there was any others there."
"I'll fight then, it'll help too since over the years i've become much stronger," Mr. Popo said then noticing Vegeta. "So who's that, his power feels like Vegeta."
"He's his great great grandson, no doubt about it," Dende replied.
"Then shall we get going?" Mr. Popo said as then him and Dende left so Vegeta followed them.
Fighter(s): Vegeta Jr, Dende, Mr. Popo
"Why are waisting so much time for more people, we need to get to the saiyans and defeat them as soon as possible before more people die and suffer!" Vegeta Jr said to the two in front of him.
"We know that, but we're nowhere near enough in man power, at the very least we need three more, and that's at my level, so just deal for now!" Dende said to Vegeta Jr, making him angry.
Finally they reached Master Roshi's house and walked in to see someone asleep on the couchwith a magazine on his face.
"Roshi, that you?" Dende said as then the man woke up to the people inside.
"Dende, what are you doing here?" The man said.
"Master Roshi, the world's in danger, we need your help to beat them," Dende said.
"So no one is able to help, i'm the last hope, then i'll go," Master Roshi said picking up his turtle shell and putting it on along with grabbing his stick. "Let's get going!"
"Roshi, where do you think your going?" A woman's voice said then smashing a door open as she walked out and appeared to be the same age as Roshi.
"Hey Marron, the world needs me right now, I gotta go help these guys!"
"No way, your way older than me, and mom told me if you ever pulled anything like this I was allowed to smack you in the head!" Marron shouted as two children came running out from a room, a boy and a girl. The boy was bald and had orange attire on, and seemed to be 7, while the girl had blond long hair and wore a black t-shirt and black pants, and she appeared to be around the age of 14.
"Krollon, Charon, stop this instant, no running in the house!" Marron said as then A woman came from the kitchen. She had red curly long hair and a red bandana in her hair, a blue shirt with overalls, and shorts yellow shorts. "Oh mom, don't be so mean, they're just having fun!" The woman said.
"Mom, Krollon took my bandana, how is that 'fun'?" Charon said to her mother.
"I didn't take it!" Krollon said to Charon.
"Mimi, Roshi's trying to leave to go save the world from some new threat that he probably will be in the way of the others!" Marron said to the red head woman.
"What?! Same the world, mom can we go?" Krollon said to Mimi, the redhead, as did Charon.
"NO! It's too dangerous!" Mim said to her child.
"Fine!" They said leaving back into the room they came from.
"Roshi, i'd think we'd better go now...." Dende whispered to Roshi.
"Your probably right, let's go," Roshi said as then they flew into the sky.
"HEY! COME BACK HERE ROSHI!" Marron yelled shaking her fist outside of the house as they flew further away.
Fighter(s): Vegeta Jr, Dende, Mr. popo, Master Roshi
After a few minutes they stopped.
"So what is this 'threat' Dende?" Roshi asked.
"Saiyans, hundred, thousands, possibly even millions, they enslaved most of the planet already, and have Pan and Goku Jr prisoner, maybe even more people," Dende sai as then they noticed two small lights following them and they got closer ad it seemed to be Krollon and Charon.
"Hey Master Roshi!" Krollon said as then they reached the group.
"What are ya'll doing here?! You know Marron and Mimi are gonna get mad!" Roshi said to the two.
"But we wanna fight!" Charon said.
"Perhaps we should take them long, they have the strongest human power levels on this planet right now, along with you Roshi, we'll need them," Dende said.
"I guess you are right, lets go then! Lets'g go kick some saiyan butt!" Roshi said.
"YAY!" Charon and Krollon yelled happily slapping a high five.
"Yeah, yeah, let's just go." Vegeta Jr said.
"Your right, to Hercule City, that's where the weakest are, and they may know where to find Goku and Pan, we should take them out first," Dende said to the others as then they nodded and then they sped off.
Fighter(s): Vegeta Jr, Dende, Mr. Popo, Master Roshi, Charon, Krollon
Finally they reached Hercule City to see it being blasted away by saiyans as they then landed behind them.
"Well, what do we have here, some weaklings, this should be easy!" Vegeta Jr said laughing at them as they both turned around.
"You! Your the one who refused to rule with us, we'll, your to late, now you'll have to be under us!" the man said as then Vegeta Jr appeared in front of him and kicked him in the chest sending him plying into a building as he looked at the other saiyan.
"What are you looking at?!" Vegeta Jr said as he got angru and smashed his hand into the saiyans body gorishly and then launched a huge beam disengrating him.
"Vegeta, calm down, we need to get info from these people, don't forget!" Dende said as then a bunch of saiyans appeared, about 300 at the least.
"Well what do we have here, a traitor, a namek, a few humans, and a fatso!" A man said as it appeared to be the man from before who fought Vegeta Jr.
"YOU!" Vegeta Jr said in rage as then he went Super Saiyan from anger. "You! Your the reason all this happend, that the planet is like this, that I wasn't here to defend it! I'M GONNA KILL YOU!" He then rushed at the man and then started fighting with him throwing kicks and punches as the other man went Super Saiyan and they continued to fight as then all the saiyan warriors went at the others and they started fighting.
"Mr. Popo, stay by Roshi's side, together ya'll should be able to handle the saiyans," dende said fighting off the hord as did Krollon and Charon.
"Take this, Destructo Disc!" Charon yelled as she threw multiple discs at the enemies that came near her and her brother. "Watch out Krollon!" She said as one was about to attack him, but she launched a disc at the man killing him instantly.
"Thanks sis!" Krollon said as then he prepared for his special move. "Check this one out, ka....me.....ha....me...HAAAAAA!" Krollon yelled launching a normal sized energy wave at the saiyans hitting a good ten, and continuing to attack other people.
Vegeta Jr then launched a wave at the man, but he dodged it and then started to throw punchs and kicks at Vegeta Jr.
"Who are you?!" Vegeta Jr asked blocking each attack.
"My name is...............................Arashi," the man said.
"Oh, then that's all I needed to know, bye!" Vegeta Jr said.
"What?!" Arashi said as then Vegeta Jr launched a huge energy wave at him killing him.
- 15 minutes later -
After 15 monsterous minutes, all of the saiyans were dead, and everyone was resting, except, Vegeta Jr, that is.
"Why are we stopping here? We just barely got through a warm up and we're already stopping?!" Vegeta Jr asked impatient as usual.
"Vegeta," Dende said breathing a little heavy. "We're not exactly Saiyans, we don't feed on fighting, and we don't just finish one fight and go right to the next without a plan and resting. There's no doubt about it that the Saiyans have already picked up that all the power levels that were once here are gone, except us. They will attempt to get rid of us at all costs, we need to rest and prepare for the next upcoming battle, it will be much harder than this one, I understand if anyone wants to back out."
Everyone looked around, but no one said a word until Charon broke out a word.
"No!" She cried. "I'm not gonna stop here, not after everything we've done now, I can't just turn back, we just can't turn back, if one of us leaves, then we all fall, without one or the other, we can't stand!"
"My sis is right!" Krollon said as then everyone agreed and made a promise to stay together 'till the end.

I'm working on it now, and since it's not a fanfic yet, i'm starting to surrently work on the summary for right now so that i can soon do it as a comnplete full story fanfic to lead to DBU
