The Nemare Academy for Gentlemen and Gentlewomen is a boarding school housing the reincarnations of animated movie characters and teaching them how to take their place in the world of princesses and monsters and magic. The Academy is located on the largest of the Acinot islands, which float somewhere in the northern Atlantic.
Brrr! It's like the inside of a snow globe out there, and the nicest thing about it being right in the middle of the term is that everyone can admire it from the safety of the warm castle. Yes, WINTER has come upon the islands of Acinot. Snow falls every few days, wiping out the footprints students make every day when they're finally unleashed from their classes.

To celebrate our third year of existance, Nemare Academy is holding a Founder's Ball. Fourty years ago, Clarissa Remi declared the academy open, stepping into the role of first Headmistress. She was a sophisticated woman, and so this year's ball will be celebrated in sophisticated black and white! Break out the penguin suits, boys - it's time to up your game! (We mean tuxedoes. Please don't come in a penguin suit.) It's a chance for students to step away from the boring same-old-same-old and put a little sparkle into their year! Don't be late!
