Having just come back from a terrific morning with Pam and John (lovely, thank you again!) I promised to put the info for this open day on our site.
It's open to public as well as all beekeepers in Cornwall and last year's was a terrific day - with Nosema testing (and this year the addition of morphometric analysis to determine the genetic make-up of individual bees) as well as various talks, hands-on demonstrations (last year skep-making), commercial stalls, plants, books, pasties, tea / coffee etc.
It will be at Truro School, Trennnick Lane, Truro TR1 1TH on Saturdayy 18 September (doors open at 9.30 a.m.) and cost a FIVER!
It's organised jointly by:
* Cornwall Beekeepers Association
* West Cornwall Beekeepers Association
