Ok i am the otokage now here are my rules, requirements, and reasons

lets start with rules.
-NEVER ASK FOR RANK (its annoying, noobish, and whoever does this wil not be a sannin unless they say I meet requirements may i be _-Rank Here-_
-When you challenge villagers,dont be an ass if you win or loose
-I dont want any friction between my villagers and my allies.
-Abide by the golden rule, no acad killing
- be nice to those of a higher rank (they got there cause i respect them or they met reqs)
-Listen and dont say anything bad about gm's (cause a lot are my friends)

next the requirements, there are 3 factors i take into account
-My Respect for you
-Your Level
-Your skill in tactics and strength

Genin: take exam (unless you dont have any techniques to use then the req is lv 600)

Chunin: i'd prefer u take the exam but the req is level 1500

Jounin: level 2200 (level 1800 if you are a hatake)

Anbu: level 2500, my respect, your loyalty
>anbu cap doesnt exist but i will appoint someone unnofically)

Sannin: special reqs (dont ask and you will receive)

Ok i will be a good kage and i will help my villagers and my allies. i do not tolerate jerks so be careful and if i respect you more your more likely to rank up faster dependent on you fighting skill and tactics as well
