[Zantetsuken]

Ok this is a military division of the Earth Village that is an organization in itself. We have 3 uniforms and we take ideas for swords. essentially we are recruiting new people to train and help out if they stay in our organization. We do have a base (which location will not be disclosed) and we have a ranking system.

Captain-Commander: In charge of an organization. Reports only to Zantetsuken
( Respect from Zantetsuken)

Title: Prestigeous award given to a person who has exhibited great skill and tactics, unlike the others, this title will be colored and is a personal acknoldgement from banku and zantetsuken

Captain: in charge of a regiment (which will be given with the title). Regiments usually have 4-5 people. Captains lead these people and are highly trained in tactical warfare
(Level 2.5k, Respect from Zantetsuken + Banku, 100 kills)

Brigadeer General: 2nd in command,
(level 2.2k, respect from captain)

Brigadeer: Respected title, does not lead regiment unless captain is unable to perform duties
(level 2k, must be strong, 50kills)

Lieutenant (level 1500)

Major (level 1000)

Colonel: Decent title, used to signify level.
(level 700)

Private: lowest level and is given

Essentially any rank can be given by a show of strength. Basic rules are listed
-respect higher officers
-do not pick fights with people in the village (unless you are sparring)
-do not fight like a noob (no spamming)
- Do not disobey zantetsuken

Requisites for joining the org are also very simple.
-MUst be loyal
-Has to have a good attitude
-doesnt matter about the skill (we'll help u with the skill)
-Does not necessarily need to be from Earth Vilage
(all u need to do is join Earth when you join the squad)
